Nancy was so helpful, kind, and friendly assisting me and my partner while we were looking into moving into our first apartment together. We've lived here for over a year now and love living in Washington Way apartments. When we were looking for an apartment for my son, we were concerned about location and safety. Washington Way apartments provided a great central location in a safe area. Nancy Lopez, our leasing consultant, was professional and friendly. She took her time to not only show us the property and amenities available at Washington Way, but to clearly explain the application process and pricing options. Putting us at easy in an unfamiliar area, Nancy was a wealth of information for local resources and answered our follow-up questions in a timely manner.

As someone who’s lived in many apartments, I can honestly say Nancy Lopez in the leasing office is the most helpful employee I’ve ever dealt with. In a large complex that holds hundreds she remembered my name the second I walked in the door, and in turbulent times (financially and otherwise) she did everything she could to lighten our load and help us stay afloat. An amazing worker and even better person.

Nancy Lopez in the leasing office is the absolute best I’ve ever ran across.I moved to Washington Way when my boys were younger.I left to get a house because my boys were getting bigger. Boys got older I found my way back to Nancy in another 2 bedroom.When I came to the leasing office the second time Nancy knew exactly who I was from years prior.She handled everything very professionally and in a timely. Nancy in the leasing office is wonderful! I’ve looked at 5 different apartment complexes and never dealt with someone so nice and helpful. I sold my house and was living in a hotel, trying to find a nice place to move to until I find a new house. Nancy asked me what I was looking for, helped me get approval for my 53 pound dog, and worked hard and fast to get the apartment CO done so I could move out of the hotel I was living in. Leasing staff make a huge difference when you are looking for a place to live. You want someone who you can reach out to for help, someone who cares and will be there when you need it. That’s Nancy, and that’s Washington Way! I am so very happy to be here. It’s quiet, the neighbors are nice, and there are plenty of green areas to walk my dog.

I never do reviews but wanted to share this one. I inquired about an apartment while living an hour away and filled out an application for Washington Way. Nancy Lopez called me after completing the application and told me she would walk me through everything making sure that I would be taken care of. She has not only kept her word, but have made the process extremely easy for me, a busy travel agent to get approved, sign documents, send payment after approval, and relocate seamlessly. I would highly recommend Nancy Lopez if you a looking for a clean, quiet community to relocate to and need an agent to help you do that with little or no effort on your part. Nancy, I enjoyed working with you as everything you said you would do, you did!!!
