They have the absolute worst customer service. They don’t help the customers and they are rude. My boyfriend loves Taco Bell this one sucks! The orders are always wrong or missing items. And the wait to even get your food is a joke! The older ladies that work here are the worst to deal with! I feel anyone who gives this place a good rating is an employee. Been here several times and its sucks!

This taco bell used to be good but they get a ton of door dash orders so you end up at the back of the line and takes forever to get your order. I think the drive thru gets slightly better priority but I went from about 3 minutes to over 10 minutes to get a basic order (2 tacos) fulfilled. I've decided to stop cooking here because it takes 3x a long as any other location

I live next door to this Taco Bell and since I’m pregnant I’m here 24/7. I usually buy at night yet for some reason lately every time I order word for word “2 REGULAR Doritos taco please” I come home and get all supreme and have to throw away half my taco dripping with sour cream. No matter what I do they automatically give me supreme. Supreme also costs EXTRA. They are basically giving me free food I DONT WANT every time I go. Please just give me regular tacos!

I do not like that you have to use a koisk to order your food. There are employees there who take your money anyway. The employees are very helpful otherwise. They say they can not take your order at counter.

The bad: Amount of filling in burritos varies wildly. The ugly: AVOID THIS PLACE between 6:30-7:30!! It is common to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru (including 15+ minutes after ordering! They appear to be pretty severely short staffed and this is the heaviest traffic time. At other times of day it isn't too bad though I recently went at 5:30pm and was processed through the drive through in about 4 minutes total including the time it took me to articulate my order. the good: Order accuracy is on the rise - about 90% accurate in the last 6 months where before it was more like 10% of the time everything would be in the bag the first time.

Always ask for a receipt. If you’re in a hurry for something quick and easy, don’t recommend most fast places between treat and ayers. Lately the only place that doesn’t disappoint nearby is Panda.

We waited forever and the order was wrong. There was no meat in the crunchwrap and chalupa. It’s pretty common that they either don’t have what you want or mess up your order.

I went through the drive-thru at this restaurant, so this review is actually about the Naked Chicken Taco. It came in a cardboard holder which was ideal since deep fried breaded chicken makes your fingers very greasy. Though the chicken shell was so big and wide at the base it easily could stand upright on its own. It was filled with all the typical veggie taco fillings and cheese. The veggies helped lighten the richness of the chicken shell. The batter on the shell was thin and perfectly crispy. It was also delightfully spicy. It was a fun, one-time indulgence, but it is not something I would eat repeatedly which is why it gets 4 stars instead of 5. Another great Taco Bell LTO!
