👍 My fiancé and I stayed in one of the mini cabins. Before booking I was dismayed that there were not pictures of the inside of the cabins so now I am posting some. The mini cabin was clean but it is definitely MINI!! Not much space to maneuver around but totally fine if one person is cooking. Loved... People often mention mini,

My fiancé and I stayed in one of the mini cabins. Before booking I was dismayed that there were not pictures of the inside of the cabins so now I am posting some. The mini cabin was clean but it is definitely MINI!! Not much space to maneuver around but totally fine if one person is cooking. Loved that there was a mini fridge (with a small freezer section), a range with 2 burners, and a microwave to cook with plus pots pans and dishes there as well. We also forgot our grilling utensils there so there should be something to grill with unless they removed those grill accessories. We stayed during the week and it was great, the park was pretty empty and I don’t think it would have been that great if it were all full simply because you are like 4 ft from the other cabin. But it was perfect for just us being there. The pool is decent but definitely grab an umbrella from the front gate for some shade, otherwise there is none (it’s a $20 deposit) If you are going to mini golf you should also lather up on sunscreen because there is not very much shade out there either. The greens for the mini golf holes are pretty torn up but you can play around the shredded parts and still have fun. But it really should be fixed for a smoother game :)

The manager of the resort really strives to have a safe comfortable environment for family, friends, and their employees. I’ve honestly never seen a safer resort. Great for family’s and people who genuinely like to have fun out in the country. Great for swimming and their lake is fully stocked.

I spent 5 nights here. A nice park out in the country away from the hustle and bustle of town, very peaceful at night. Spaces are good sized, full hookups, table and fire ring. Lanes and pads are gravel, plenty of maneuvering room. I had a back in site, nice and deep. My reservation was messed up but the staff was able to work with me and find me a spot. T-moble service was barely adequate.

We camped here in our camper on Labor day weekend for the first time. The place was packed. It is obvious that this place has seen better days. The pool concession stand was closed and looked like it had been closed for a very long time, the mini golf course had no astroturf and all of the obstructions were removed, there was a backstop for a base ball diamond, but it was a weed field, no dirt or infield to speak of. Even with all of those things being what they were, the place was clean. Super clean. They had candy bingo in the main resort building which had the feeling of an old hotel lobby complete with check in desk that was abandoned. When this place was built there was no expense spared! It is a very nice place just a little dated, but not run down. There is a movie theater that played movies eventhough there was not a soul in the theater. Super weird but kinda cool. Our family had a fun time here. The pool was awesome. They have free boats to use on the lake. We used them and had a blast. Even went fishing and caught some blue gill and smallmouth and a turtle. No wifi. There are some abandoned villas, an abandoned office and empty laundry facility in the back of the property that borders the lake but i was told that was a different owner. Again kind of wierd but whatever. We had fun and will be back.

This place is a gem! So decently priced, so many amenities, amazing 5 star staff. No wifi, but away from it all.

Our cabin was adorable! Very clean. We slept great! It was nice and quiet. While I appreciate the glade plug in, I had to unplug it because the cinnamon scent is a migraine trigger for me. Maybe put some curtains over the blinds in front because that pole light is bright!! Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely recommend

Quaint little spot for easy get away from the city. We only tent camped and while we had a blast, lots of parts are run down. There were a few platforms for camping, but the platforms were not in great shape, the rest was open field/woods camping. RV sites seemed to have it best. Seemed like a lot regulars who came frequently or stayed long periods. Pool was clean and ok size and nice to have since you can't swim in the lake; and the lake not very used. We went on Labor Day weekend and it was pretty empty at the whole resort (minus RV campers). Mini golf was run down and not much else regularly going it seemed unless at the pool (cookouts) or in RV section. Overall, if you want to tent camp (but you can't park by your spot unless you get the few spots next to the bathroom) with a few perks, it's an ok place. Kids liked the playground. Cabins were booked so didn't get to check those out. Probably a good way to go there too!
