our
sales
person
was
the
best.
As
for
the
delivery
crew
that
is
where
it
went
south.
They
arrived
to
install
our
new
stacked
washer
and
dryer.
The
dryer
had
to
be
rehinged
to
open
the
other
way.
The
installer
failed
to
do
it
properly.
I
had
to
fix
it.
They
stacked
the
set
and
found
the
cord
that
they
provided
was
to
short.
I
had
to
purchase
a
new
one
from
a
different
store
and
install
that
myself.
That
was
when
I
found
the
code
for
the
door
because
of
the
improper
installation.
Then
we
start
the
unit
and
the
exhaust
vent
blew
off.
I
had
to
fix
that.
While
there
I
had
to
tighten
the
water
line
on
the
washer
that
they
failed
to
tighten.
I
was
reimbursed
for
the
installation
by
the
store
manager
after
complaining.
I
had
to
go
to
the
store
because
I
was
tired
of
waiting
on
the
phone.
The
reimbursement
wasn't
that
great
being
I
had
to
take
a
half
day
off
work
and
loose
pay.
So
with
his
reimbursement
it
only
cost
me
a
hundred
dollars
in
lost
wages.
I'm
not
sure
why
home
depot
would
have
a
company
with
such
poor
customer
service
deliver
to
their
customers.
I
can
say
every
appliances
in
my
house
is
from
home
depot.
I
can
also
say
I'll
never
buy
another
appliance
there
again.
