I was extremely happy with this facility. I was treated better here than at St. University or Barnes. It wasn't all about the money. They even cared about getting me free medicine until my insurance kicked in. God Bless them.

Yesterday visit was horrible,I felt like being 52 years old with little health issue like blood pressure,that it's impossible for me a Black woman to have good health,I was question about everything the normal person is see is out on maternity leave ,I does what she ask of me for better health results but these 2 ppl I saw yesterday ask me over 20 question,and when I asked were both of my parents living I said just my dad but started crying about mom because it's still fresh for me ,the doctor told me to seek behavior health ..like what ? There is no such thing as grieving I guess..it was like they were trying to put things in a laptop as to say their isn't any black healthy ppl on earth ..let me mention I only take 2 blood pressure pills of 5 mm ..I left this clinic upset normally I don't have any issues

Quick easy service, my nurse practitioner Smith is the best! Nursing staff is always so accommodating nurse Billips is a big help always! Nurse Vanessa always send my meds through expeditiously with a smile.

Nurse Smith in Adult Medicine is very thorough. She takes her time and actually listens and addresses your concerns.

Just left here today. Made an appointment for 100. I waited 3 months to find an opening. I got there waited in line for about 15 mins for them to tell me they do not do dental. This place is false advertising.

I usually don’t have any issues when I come here for pediatrics or women’s health but my children’s dental office closed so I made appointments here. First appointment was at 8am, 8:30, and 9am. I got the paperwork filled out so we wait. Around 8:45 I’m irritated because not of my children have been seen. The receptionist didn’t mention there would be an hour wait. Around 8:57 the dentist comes strolling in. No sorry for the wait I’ll be right with you, no good morning or anything. There’s no professionalism in the dental department. But I guess since it’s in high demand they don’t need to be professional.

First time at this clinic and they were very professional and fast.

The health center gives excellent service. Each time I have been there, the staff is caring and compassionate. ❤❤

My family members have come to the Riverview location on several occasions for vaccines and to see pediatrics, and they asked me to share their experiences for them. Nicole Crisp is an amazing PNP and has taken such great care of our 2 boys. The nursing staff does a great job as well talking to the kids and their families. The adult medicine nursing staff is welcoming, caring, and efficient. Thank you to the Riverview Staff!!

This place is awful. Needed a vaccine. Talked to them on the phone and they said we can do a walk in no insurance needed. Show up and she said doctor randomly stopped giving shots. Walkin times where for another 2 hours. Waste of time and gas.

I have seizures the doctor won't fill my prescription

They are extremely slow and don't set expectations in a timely manner. Poor resolution

I haven't been able to see a doctor in over 8 months. Each time the doctor no longer works there or is unavailable. I can only go in on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Then they act like it my fault when I can't get medications.

The people here are competent but the system simply isn't designed to facilitate a caring atmosphere. Communication with them can be dreadful and patients are left waiting for no clear reason.

My Dr. or nurse practitioner is amazing. You can tell she really cares. She never rushes you and listens tentatively to anything you have to say, even if it's not necessarily about your medical issues. She's not the only awesome person here. The nurse at Adult medicine is super friendly and willing to help in any way she can. I overheard her telling a patient that he needed his medicine and gave him the $12.00 to get it. Last but not least the nurse who preps you for the Doc or takes blood is just as friendly and awesome as the afore mentioned nurses. I would never believed my appointments would be so awesome and helpful. Keep it up ladies your truly amazing.

I have been bringing my children here for 8 years. We loved Dr Menon before he retired. Then Dr Krish came behind him and was excellent and very thorough as well… Now they have This Courtney Watza lady in there who couldn’t care less about us.. shes rude and aggressive. My son (who never complains of pain)came in complaining about neck pain. This Dr Courtney watza was pumping milk and we had to wait on her. When she came in and examined my son she just wrote the pain off. She suggested he take Motrin 3 times a day for one week which he’s done, and still no relief.. he also filled out a survey that asks how often he’s sad and all that good stuff and she never even mentioned it.. what’s the point in having him fill out the survey if y’all couldn’t care less. U can tell the difference in care since dr menon and dr krish left. Currently seeking a new clinic after almost 10 years EDIT: he is still in pain and is now getting stiff. Can’t turn his neck around without moving his entire upper body. It’s looking like an ER VISIT is needed. Mind you I went BACK to the clinic today Monday 11/27/23 to set another appointment and request some testing be ran (as they weren’t ran the first time) and the entire building was out for lunch. Dr Courtney Watza should’ve ran some tests instead of just feeling around his neck and throat..🤦🏽‍♀️😞😞 Furthermore Why would the entire building go to lunch all at once. That’s insane and so inconsiderate of the patients they serve.. smh

The wait is too long and that's putting it nicely.
