This is one of the cutest coffee shops I have ever seen. It is in a very safe and hip neighborhood. The coffee was great and the food was excellent. I love the fact that they had gluten-free options in regard to cupcakes. I always enjoy supporting small businesses versus major corporation stores. If you're in the area it is worth going to. Also, the prices were very reasonable for a coffee shop in a major city.

The customer service was great. It has a cute and trendy look. The cupcakes are nice sizes and taste amazing. I have the perfect consistency and the word most people hate, moist. I got the peanut butter cup one and the tuxedo. They do have vegan options and ice cream/ dip and dots. They also have cake and whole cakes. Will definitely go back 10-10

These were the best cupcakes I have ever had. I had Summer Crush and Triple Key Lime. Amazing.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We had them make five different flavors of cupcakes for our wedding and we had so many people ask where they were from. Absolutely amazing!! The customers service was great and they were very easy to work with. The price was very reasonable given that the cupcakes are GIANT. So so good! Highly recommend!

We had 4 flavors of The Cup cupcakes (red velvet, raspberry, chocolate, and vanilla) for our wedding and they were a huge hit! Not a single cupcake was left over (we ordered 1 per person). Sylvie was so lovely to work with and get a quote from. We had a tasting with her and she helped us pick our custom frosting/sprinkle decorations. There were vegan and gluten-free options. We picked up the cupcakes on the day before our wedding frozen and transported them in sturdy boxes to our venue ~1.5 hrs away, and thawed them 3 hours before the reception. They were in perfect condition and so deliciously moist. Highly recommend!

Stopped by today after lunch and got the limited edition raspberry truffle cupcake. Best cupcake ever!! The cup never disappoints with their flavors.

The cashier was exceptional , very friendly team with a warm disposition. The shop was very clean and organized , menu process very simple with visual representation! I had the confetti cupcake, it was good. Very nice frosting on top, the cake is very moist. However to me I didn't feel like there were any notes or additions that separated it apart from another cupcake. Still very nice quality! :)

Good cupcakes. Nice large size. Pretty designs. Just wish some of the flavors weren't seasonal like spring fling. Strawberry is the best.

My husband and I live 3 hours away from St. Louis, but every time we come to the city we always make a special trip to The Cup no matter how far away. They have BY FAR the best cupcakes we’ve ever had! Every time we come in they have new flavors for us to try and the staff is always so friendly and amazing. We could not recommend this place more!

Cupcakes are great but workers are very rude. You would expect them to be a lot more professional over the phone and even more welcoming once you enter the store. If i try them again I will order online and just pick up in store, workers act like its an inconvenience to help take your order so I would try to avoid as much interaction with as possible.

Please go here! Not only are the cupcakes delicious, but the staff was so kind. Our group was walking back to our car when the tornado sirens started going off and the green suddenly turn nasty green. It was terrifying. We dashed into their storefront. The staff was calm and went out of their way to make sure everyone was safe.

I can never have a bad experience at The Cup (not that I am looking to have one). I was in the area doing volunteer work and knew that they had just had the new sign installed...love it and love them! #stlmetrofoodie

Very pretty and clean bakery. The cupcakes and icing are just delicious! Always enjoy walking here from work. It's great! It's ducked off on a quiet street in the CWE. My favorite are the confetti cupcakes.

I bought three cupcakes Gold Rush, Vegan chocolate and a Strawberry on a Saturday night. The strawberry cupcake was absolutely delicious and fresh (recommend it); but the other two were not at all fresh, tasted 2-3 days old, and we honestly did not enjoy (or even finish) them. Next time we go there, we would probably ask what's the freshest they carry...esp for what's atleast $4 a piece.

How can one describe the absolute most fantastical cupcake in the entire universe. Idk. We arrived at approx 5 pm and the cupcakes tasted like they was just made. A must try.

The strawberries and crème cupcake and the coffee cake cupcake are so delicious. Well worth the drive! The ladies are always so nice when I come in and the prices are so good. Will be back soon for our sweet treat.

I ordered a 9-inch strawberry cake for my birthday and I was not disappointed. The flavors were magical…. Possibly the best cake I’ve had in my life lol. I didn’t know what to expect but will definitely order again after my experience.
