We needed a table for 12, and they sat us at a table for 10. We then ordered food for everyone and watched 4 tables that were seated after us get their food and make it halfway through their meals before they brought us our food. And we only seen our server twice during the entire meal, once when taking our order and to give us the bill. Not impressed at all.

Very good Chifa, one of the bests in Peru. But still there is a difference between a Chifa and Chinese restaurant.
