Very clean and friendly environment. Dr was very knowledgeable and kind as well as the rest of the staff. Definitely will be bringing my pup Mikayla back here for check ups/health issues.

I take my dog here, and I am writing this on his behalf: "These people are so nice and gentle with me. I love visiting them because they handle me with care (I’m a small dachshund). They give me treat to calm my nerves and are so excited to see and check in on me. I can call them anytime and ask them any question, and they are always eager to help and better me. Love this place and give it a four paw recommendation."

a week ago we visited another doctor for a full exam, passed all the tests, the kittens are completely healthy. we wanted to go to this clinic to get vaccines, since we did not like the previous doctor very much. They refused to give us vaccines and were told that we must pass the first exam. Why do I have to pay for the exam again? they just want to make more money, it's terrible. I wanted to become a regular client of this clinic, but now I will find something better.

I just started bringing my dog and cat to TLAH in February, and I’m really glad I did! My dog Honey Bear saw Dr. Hayek, and my cat Sketchers saw Dr. Cruz-gsell. Both vets were knowledgeable and kind, and they took the time to answer my questions/concerns I had about my babies, they didn’t try to rush through the appt. I admit that I can be an over paranoid fur mama, so I am grateful for finding this vet office with such caring vets, vet techs, and front desk reps! The girls at the front desk have been super sweet the few times I have been there so far! I’d also like to mention Aurelia (I believe that’s her name, I had to look at the TLAH website) made a great 1st impression when I went to TLAH for the 1st time! She was the vet tech for Honey Bear’s appt, and she gave off this positive energy that made me feel like she genuinely cares and is excited about her job and what she does! Overall, so far I am impressed with both the quality of care and customer service I had received at TLAH and would highly recommend them!

Our beloved puppy, Phoebe went to surgery. The hospital doctor kept in touch with us from beginning to end. Patiently explain every detail. Phoebe's operation was very successful. Especially after the operation, the nurse Liv in the hospital inquired and follow up by phone for phoebe. Those make us feel very relieved.

TLAH is great! Not only was everyone super friendly but also quick to help! Was in and out of an annual exam/shots within 30 minutes for my Shih Tzu. Highly recommend TLAH!

Great place with a quiet, calm, pet-centered atmosphere. The staff don’t rush you through. The doctor and techs spend a lot of time discussing any concerns and plans to address them. The doctor was focused on the needs of our cat and sensitive to how he was dealing with the visit. 10 out of 10.

This Vet is awesome. Very personable making you feel that you are the only patient, while being competent and professional. When communicating are quick to get back to you with answers and keep you up to date while procedures are being done on your pet.

They are always u to date with technology and you can use their app to do a lot of things like scheduling or asking for records and so on. It's definitely a modernized facility. The decor and everything in the rooms feel clean and organized.

I can’t say enough good things about this pet hospital! 🎉 My dog, Simba, has been visiting regularly due to her pregnancy, and the doctors and nurses here are incredibly patient and caring. ❤️❤️❤️ I genuinely adore them! Today, we had a very urgent situation. Our appointment for Simba’s check-up was originally scheduled for next Monday, October 16th. However, I noticed signs that she might be going into labor sooner, possibly over the weekend. I called and asked if it was possible to move the appointment to today, October 13th. The nurse was quick to assess Simba’s condition over the phone and arranged for an immediate X-ray. When Simba and I arrived at the hospital, our room was already prepared, and they had even painted Simba’s name – it was a fantastic touch! The doctor was incredibly patient and answered all my questions about my dog’s pregnancy and nutrition, which was truly exceptional. This hospital, with its caring staff and dedicated pet lovers, is truly outstanding!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We’ve been coming to TLAH for the past few years—with a combined six cats—and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The vets are amazing and the staff are so nice! Everyone at TLAH takes great pride in their work and commitment to the best pet care. TLAH has always gone above and beyond for our fur babies. TLAH has been there at our best and worst, and we can’t thank them enough!

Great staff, they always answer every question and treat your doggy kid as one of their own! We’re moving to another city but I’m sure my Mia will miss them very much.

Dr. Hayek and the whole entire team at TLAH is incredible. I always feel so comfortable dropping my dog off with them and just know they always take the best care of him. Dr Hayek has a true love for animals and it definitely shows. She treats Marley as if he’s her own and it means so much to me. It’s so hard to find a good solid vet that’s honest and caring like she is. All the girls at the front desk are so sweet and just make us always feel welcomed. We’re so grateful to have found such an incredible spot to bring our fur baby!🐾

I’ve been hesitant in changing my vet since moving to the OC 3 years ago. But traveling 80 miles back to the previous Vet was no longer sustainable. So happy I found this hospital! I was very grateful for the doctor and staff for taking great care of my dog. I appreciate the doctor giving me all the details and cost options to treat my dog’s issue. Everyone exceeded my expectations! And love the option that I was able to check my dog in and the doctor would to see her as soon as she was able to (because they were booked and I needed to have my dog be seen asap). Would highly recommend and trust this hospital to take care of your pet!

Just started going to this vet but so far the staff are friendly and helpful and the Dr listens and takes her time. Overall, we have been very happy with their level of service and the way they treat their patients.

Dr. Hayek is the most caring, conscientious and patient vet I have ever had the good fortune of working with. She spends as much time as needed in addressing complex issues and answering all questions. I have three dogs, one is elderly and has many overlapping problems, and another has persistent stomach issues. She has helped them become healthier and their well being has improved greatly. In contrast to a previous clinic we were with, her staff is very careful, responsive and perform their roles with professional aplomb. Appointments are readily available in a reasonable amount of time. Texting is a huge plus, it greatly reduces the waiting and unanswered calls that I had to suffer through with the other clinic. The facility is extremely clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.

Tustin Legacy Animal Hospital is the BEST Vet I have ever taken my dog to. Love the staff super friendly. Most importantly the doctors are Amazing, very knowledgeable and thorough which is important to me. I love that the doctor take the time to check every body part of my dog to make sure everything is okay. Highly recommend this place.

I've been taking my cat here since I first adopted him 3 years ago, and I cannot imagine taking him anywhere else but here. Dr. Negvesky and the staff at Tustin Legacy Animal Hospital are all very helpful and I truly appreciate the time and patience Dr. Negvesky has in answering all my questions. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, they have done a great job in organizing how they see patients and continue to take the time to complete a thorough wellness exam and make sure the needs of my cat are met. Tustin Animal Hospital so far has been a great experience for myself and for my pet. The staff there are very knowledgeable, very professional, and always willing to explain things if you’re unsure about certain procedures for your pet. Their online profile and app make it easy for you to schedule or cancel any appointment. I would highly recommend coming if you have a new or existing pet; you will not be disappointed by the professionalism and courtesy provided to you and your pet via the staff.

Fantastic care from beginning to end! Dr Hayek took her time to address all concerns with my 2 year old Frenchie. I have full and total trust in both Dr Hayek and Dr Negvesky! They are both very caring! Also, the staff is friendly! ! Highly recommend!

Dr. Hayek is amazing we love her & look forward to seeing her each time!!! She is an amazing Doctor, Lily is a new nail tech is friendly and she did an azaming job . It's a state of an art facility with a great staff at the Receptionist area.
