Hello Guys 🤠 I have many reviews to share. Just I was very busy this last 3 months, but I am back to my daily routine. I was in Huntington Beach today. I was craving for Thai food. A good Thai food to warm my day and belly!!! 😋 I just step in this new restaurant call Mah Kin. They just open recently 4 month ago and I was very happy to find a cool restaurant on Downtown Huntington Beach. 🗣I spoke with the owner and I was telling him, how good his food was. 👥My friend and I enjoy a lot this restaurant. Nice service as well. 🤵🏻‍♀️The waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly. Her name is Melinda. I really enjoy engage with her. Almost the time, she was checking on us. Making sure we had what we ask. Etc… 🥗What I eat on my visit - Papaya Salad with blue crab and wild. For entree I ate coconut shrimp soup. 🍵This soup is fenomenal and very taste. They add those tiny mushrooms 🍄 white.?! 5⭐️- The soup was in my opinion the top 5 extra plus. 👴🏻My friend ate L- vegetable delight FH fancy name for CHICKEN WITH TERIYAKI SAUCE /VEGETABLE AND SALAD 😂👍🏻 🍶I drink Nigori sake unfiltered - very cloudy ☁️ Very delicious but if you don’t drive. ⚠️ The bottle was so cute I ask with after I drink if I can have the empty bottle. 🧻🚽The bathroom was very nice and clean. Just a little difficult to a extra toilet paper, but I found it inside the bathroom Cabinet. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I found myself very happy with my choices to eat. ⛔️ Let me tell you a little bit about the papaya Salad: 🥗 This salad is very unique. If you don’t like raw crab don’t ordered. The flavor is strong and spice in the same time. Very exotic salad!!! ❌Don’t risk eat this salad if you not absolutely sure you like raw blue crab. 💳How much I pay for two people: $67,88. 🚗 Parking lot - exactly on the back the restaurant has a nice one. You probably will pay between $6-$10 dollars depends how long you will stay, but the parking lot is safe and have public bathrooms 🚽 on the first floor. 🆘 NOT a Ritz Hotel but you can use if you really need 🤦🏻‍♀️

Very yummy noodles with chicken, and excellent service. I’m glad they put the nuts on the side. I’ll be back, and very soon! I went back a few weeks later and I had the same dish, but also the vanilla ice cream with fried bananas, which was also super yummy! I’ve never had that before! Again, wonderful, friendly service!

Great service. Excellent food! We ordered the spicy edamame which was very flavorful and ordered 3 rolls of sushi. Good stuff.

When I say this place was life changing, I mean it. The sushi here was the best I have eaten in my life! Miso soup? Amazing. The spicy yellowtail roll? Unlike anything I’ve experienced anywhere else. I cannot stress this enough, if you have the chance to go here. Go! No hesitation!

Yummy, yummy, yummy sushi! Great location for a quick snacky-snack in Huntington Beach just off Main Street. Highly recommend the calamari and any of their beautiful rolls. 🍣 Everything is served up by and a delightful and accommodating staff!

The restaurant wasn't too packed, and service was quick and the servers were attentive. I got the duck curry, it was a bit too sweet for my taste with a spicy level of 6. It was also very creamy from the coconut milk, and personally for me lacked that red curry kick. I'd definitely give it another try though.

The best shrimp TumYum soup I have ever had! Yummy Toro, and delicious Tai fried rice 😋😋😋

Visiting from out of town. Was bummed out that one of my favorite poke spots closed half hour early so we decided to come here. Easily one of the best Pad Tai I’ve tried so far. Sushi was also amazing!!! We will definitely be coming back annually lord willing. Owner is also super cool and cares a lot about his business.

This is the perfect restaurant for both sushi and Thai food!! The fish is so fresh and their rolls are delicious and unique. The staff is kind and the food came out pretty quick! I recommend the mango green tea - it is SO GOOD! Their prices are a bit higher than other sushi places I’ve been, but considering they are right by the ocean and provide super fresh fish, it’s worth it.

Clean, comfortable and peaceful. I had seafood soup and it was very delicious, just what I needed after a day on the road. The staff was very attentive and considerate, choosing a seat for me with a spot for my luggage. Will definitely come back.

We had a lovely lunch here. Everything was fresh and tasty. Great service ~ loved being able to pick from sushi and thai when I’m a little indecisive.

Great service and original menu along with the usual Thai and Japanese flare. The location is a block off the Main St attractions and crowds. Worth a stop in but expect to pay top dollar. Typical price on a specialty roll is $17 - $19. My son loved the Thai noodles and added large shrimp for an up charge. Overall, nice but I'm having trouble justifying their prices other than location.

My husband and I been regulars since the day they opened. We ordered the $39 sashimi platter fit for 2 people, I was taken back when they bring out only 1 miso soup, ridiculous, if anything as regulars bring 2 it’s the cheapest item on the menu and actual cost for them can’t be more than a dime. I did say something and ordered 1 more only to be treated aggressively. Miso soup is complimentary at Sushi on Fire and Shabu on fire. No thanks, never returning. What happened to local appreciation as regulars
