This is a place that I would recommend for the food but not for their lack of Covid-19 precautions. The staff is very friendly but our waitress had a mask on but dropped so her nose wasn't covered. A woman and man who appeared to be owner/managers(?) were walking around without any masks. When I mentioned it to the woman she said "My bad" and later put on a face mask. They don't take safety protocols very seriously. Now on to the food! My friend got the Fish & Chips($16). Fish(3 pieces) was crispy and not greasy at all, fries were delicious. She chose a salad with blue cheese dressing. I got the 8oz Prime Rib special($27, 12oz is $32), came with a baked potatoe(perfectly baked), bread, steamed veggies and I chose a delicious New England Clam Chowder. It was an excellent cut, freshly sliced from a roast, not like some places where it's reheated on a grill/griddle. Like I said, great food but we didn't feel safe and don't plan on going back till I'm sure their safety measures are up to par.

The hospitality was amazing; first time here and the servers were so accommodating. Everyone had a smile and kept my coffee coming, even though it was a packed house. I will certainly go back for round two. The food is also top notch; very good 👍

They have a home-kitchen vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive. My coffee was always topped off. I had the crabcakes Benedict for breakfast. It was very good! My wife also enjoyed her meal. We will eat here again.

It's an old mom and pop type of country restaurant and dive bar. Bright sunny restaurant in front and dark bar/ restaurant in back. The food is great. My favorite is Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs with biscuits and gravy. A nice strong screwdriver and long nap after.

Love my waitress! Second time coming in (was recommended by my in-laws because they love the service she provides) I enjoyed both experiences because our waitress was excellent! Food was good both times as well. Great comfort food. The ham and turkey sandwich with side salad hits the spot. The sourdough toast was perfectly toasted and buttered. Will keep coming back and will recommend to others.

This is our favorite restaurant, the food is tasty and well prepared. The staff is efficient and friendly. As a bonus the dining room is quite enough to have a conversation.

Awesome restaurant yummy and good quality foods and really friendly staffs! Reasonably priced. We all enjoyed. Will go again. This is the restaurant we go with our friends after our Calvary chapel Chino Hills service.

On 2 different Sundays, I ordered Eggs Benedict. Both times the yolks were completely cooked through, just like hard-boiled. The second time I sent them back, the waitress reported that the cook said that's how he always makes them! He also replaced them with under-cooked eggs, runny whites. The salmon is usually over cooked too. It's past time to hire a new Sunday cook. 3 months later, I gave them another chance. The grilled sole was cooked on top, fully raw on the bottom. All the veggies were crunchy and undercooked. The replacement order of eggs and sausage was good and done right. I don't know why this place stays so popular. I won't be back.

Service was great! Bartender & waitress amazing! Food not so good. Bone in prime rib full of grizzel. Steamed veggies were raw. Baked potato was good. Go for atmosphere & great people. Not for the food

If you are looking for a local "dive bar" with fun people, fair prices, good service and "no frills," look no further! I went on karaoke night and had a blast. There were about 30 people in the comfortable, but small bar.

Dinner was great, my wife & I both had shrimp & scallop fettuccine, with a mushroom appetizers. Service was very good. Been here many times over the years always above average!

Our favorite Breakfast and lunch spot ! And dinner is delicious as well ! Great service , and the coffee pot is endless ! The full bar with Bloody Mary to martini and any drink you fancy . Love our local favorite !

Long time family owned restaurant with Portuguese slanted cuisine. Really good , hearty meals. The linguisa sausage meals are spicy and delicious. Everything I've had here has been good including everything I've had in the bar too!

Stopped in for breakfast, had the breakfast chorizo burrito, and wife had the denver omelet. Great portions and quick friendly service.

Love this spot for breakfast. Will be trying the prime rib very soon tho. Great service. Waitresses/cute bartender are always very welcoming and courteous. Highly recommend the country fried steak and the omelettes. Atmosphere is very comfy and the bar has a vintage feel

the bar is a real throwback, something one step up from a dive bar. the service was slow, but friendly. the crowd is quiet and cheerful mid-evening. the drinks, though, are nothing to write home about. my top shelf cocktail disrespected the good bourbon in it. if you want something down the shelf a little way like a whiskey pickle back or a skrewball and chambord, though, this is your spot.

We have lived in Chino Valley since 1996. We have no excuse why we haven’t been here before! Nice dining room, warm and friendly servers. Bar is set behind the dining room. I wish we could have waited for karaoke, but we came too early. The shrimp, burger and fish fillets were all very tasty! The bread they serve on the side was super yummy! We were so full that we took our meals—and a cheesecake—home for later! We look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu!

The waitress was super nice and made my birthday 🥳🎉 memorable. My family and best friend went to go eat. I ordered the roast beef dip sandwich meal. So good! It comes with cheese and grilled onions if you like. Choice of fries or onion rings. You can add a salad too. And I think soup. Which is good with ranch dressing. It's the best roast beef dip I ever tried. It I believe like a signature dish, because they always have it. But I could be wrong. And it comes with pickles. I love this place because it's a nice quiet family restaurant which has been a local. It does have a cozy intimate bar which seems like a fun place to drink 🍷🍻. This restaurant has been around since 1957. So it's a must try local restaurant. Food is great!🥳 😋 I forgot for my birthday gave me a pistachio sundae which was so good for my birthday 🥳🎉.

Found this little place when looking for a place to have an all American Breakfast! Our wait time was about 5 mins. and all the staff was just wonderful. The food was amazing. It's just such a homey and cozy place. Will definitely be going back.
