Daisy was very friendly and helpful. She had a genuine conversation with me during the process of me getting my loan. She also gave me all the information I needed for my loan. Not the first time I get her when I come and she’s always on point with her customer service. Overall I had a wonderful experience and definitely recommend anyone to come here .

These people are crazy I make over $108,000 A YEAR. Have good credit and my own a company wanted a loan for $1500 for I could go clothes for the kids before registration tomorrow, which I also get paid tomorrow. They told me the max they could do was $250. Why would they even need proof of income for $250. He'll I had $900 bucks in my pocket just knew I was going to need a couple grand for clothes shopping. I could collect beer cans for $250 this is california that wouldn't even buy dinner lol.

My experience started when I called to ask some questions about the documents I need for my first loan at speedy cash. Vanessa was the one who answered and was professional and courteous. Vanessa answered all the questions I had with efficiency and accuracy. The next part of my experience was when I arrived. I was greeted by all the smiling faces of the associates working that day. The first available associate was Dulce. Dulce assisted me in starting my application to join speedy cash and get a loan in a professional and patient manner. After I finished the application, I went back in line and was assisted by Daisy in the rest of the loan process. Daisy was incredibly patient, helpful, and efficient in the process. I would like to thank all three of them for the assistance. Without them, I couldn't have made rent on time and I hope the company rewards them promptly for their great service. Thanks speedy cash! Honestly this speedy cash location have rude employees . Natalie had answer the phone to help me. I explained to her my situation and wanted a payment plan i do once a year of 4 payments. She kept saying that they don’t offer it but Ive done it before so I’m not sure why. I asked if she can look into my account to see the last time i did one . She said i don’t know. So I asked to speak to a manger. She informed me that she was one of the manager. I was confused. How are you a manager but couldn’t answer my questions. During the call, i can hear other tellers in the background laughing and talking to one another. Even the manager on the phone call with me was talking to others around her. This so called manager clearly has no idea what she’s doing because she kept placing my call on hold and after like 4 holds I talked to Celia. She than said the same thing. But as they were talking to me, I was getting annoyed because I can hear everyone laughing and having fun. She was even laughing. Celia than transfer to COVID hotline to help me. I never once mentioned Covid or anything so why did i get transferred to a department that doesn’t apply to me? I disconnected the call. I ended up looking up the 800 to customer service and they assisted me so fast and so quick. I’m not sure why they lack knowledge as managers but they do need to be trained a little more . It was a simple task.
