I visited Azusa Pawn for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised on the great service I received. All the staff was friendly including “Ray”, the gentleman that assisted me. He was very helpful by giving me tips and providing the best service. I felt very comfortable doing business there and would definitely recommend their services to my friends.

Got an offer on a 1976 Rolex 1530 watch for 11k from Avalon Pawn Shop a few months ago. maybe it's greed that I was hoping to get a better deal so I didn't take that offer. I saw Azusa Mega have lots good google reviews so thinking to give this place a try today. not too long after I arrived an older gentleman was kind enough to help me. He then told me it's a "fake" after he examined with the magnifying glass looking like a "Pro". I was ready to take back the watch and simply walk out of there. Then he said give him a minutes to check online so I thought maybe he just not familiar with this model, so I handed him the watch and told him what this is. Took him a while checking on the computer and get back to me saying "I can get this watch for 2000$ on ebay." which I know that's impossible. lol. I just didn't know what to say to this guy anymore. So I took back my "2000$ Fake" watch and walk out of there. 10/26/2023

Visiting Azusa and happen to come across Azusa Mega Pawn. Ruben was very friendly and helped me and my husband with good deals out the door. Would definitely recommend to others :)

I went in as they were closing up shop. But the Manager, Ruben, allowed me to hang out and check things out still. He made me an incredible deal on an Epiphone amplifier. I will definitely be back in and highly recommend this shop to everyone.

This spot is always a nice spot to come to browse around, you never know what you can find. Alexus helped me out today and she was very attentive and patient with the items I inquired about. Definitely made my purchase experience a lot better as she provided superb customer service. I look forward to coming back soon.

Please if you believe in decency and morality don't do any business with these subhuman creatures I'm disabled I told one of the men there that I'm having problems getting my disability benefits if he could work with me He told me ok I would have paid extra interest to show my appreciation But no instead I was lied to and my property was taken Well I will never go back to this place ever again And by the way these people beg and convince people how do business with them to give their business a five star rating So I'm sure most of these five star ratings are not genuine they are from people who were fooled to give this business five stars I hope I enlightened you with some truth and knowledge about these con men DONT BECOME A VICTIM God Bless

This place is awesome! They have everything from Guitars to Guns! Logan was super helpful and very easy to talk to. Needed a few $$ and inquired about pawning an electrical appliance I had. They gave me a fair amount and really helped me out when I was in a bind. Salute to everyone at AMP!

Ray Amadeo, helped me with my visit today, came in for a quick loan, within 5 min he had a great offer, exactly what I needed. Quick polite and efficient, this is the pawnshop to come to.

Went in with little to no knowledge of how pawning my collectibles works. Garret made it super easy for me and was patient through all of my questions. I was a bit uneasy going in, and felt comfortable on the way out. Will be coming back soon and recommending to friends.
