I have been going to Future Nails & Spa for over a year and they are hands down my favorite nail salon. Management is friendly and makes you feel welcome. All the nail technicians I have had are very sweet and take their time with every step of the mani/pedi process. They have been able to make whatever vision I have for my nails a reality thus far, and are extremely detailed-oriented. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly nail salon, I would definitely recommend Future Nails & Spa!

This place is excellent!! I am a new customer that came from a shop in Baldwin. They are still good but reduced staff and changed their hours. My 12-year-old found this place due to the reviews. Not only were they better, but less expensive and faster. The place is also beautiful. This is my new spot!!!

Today was my first time First time coming to this salon. I’m so grateful and more than pleased with the service I received today ! Awesome pedicure I started with while trying to keep my two year old occupied. Then went for a manicure … so relaxing the women took her time and was extremely patient with me . Huge shoutout to Jerry for doing my chickie who is two nails while I finished mine … he was so great with her and got the job done efficiently while keeping her hysterical laughing and happy as can be . Will certainly return again !

I’ve been going here a couple months now and thought I found a good place. It is clean and looks nice. But not all the time your nail last a full 2 weeks. In my opinion Zoey is the best in your nails lasting but the hardest to get a time slot with.Coco is very rude and aggressive in the way she handles your hand, without talking, she pushes and grabs your hand & speak about you in her language. The guy at the front desk comes off as nice but is not a good listener when he messes up with the schedule

1st time getting my nails done and love the experience I had. I always checked reviews before hand and this place by far had the best reviews. Easy to make apt. Front desk guy is super nice. I was nervous going into it since I’m super sensitive around my cuticles but Zoey was very gentle and my nails came out amazing! Also the added bonus with a shoulder massage and hand massage was A+ I will definitely be going back.

Today was my first time here for a pedicure. The salon is very clean & decorated so cute. I was happy that there was no wait and Alejandra worked on my hot cream pedicure. She did an amazing job. I am all about cleanliness and they are up to par when it comes to sanitary practices. I will be back!

First time trying out this salon. On arrival, the location is clean and inviting. We had a 5pm reservation and were greeted and asked to pick our polish. Honestly, I was not really impressed by the quality of the service at this salon. There is a menu of different pedicure services. The price of the one I selected, the Future Spa Pedicure, was $43 and it wasn’t great. I’ve gone to other locations where the same service I selected is done better. I think I probably would’ve had a better experience selecting the basic pedicure. I don’t feel the same clean feeling I usually have after a pedicure in other salons. The Future Spa Pedicure included callus remover and as an active mom on the go, my feet feel the same way they did when I walked in. Maybe it was the individual performing my pedicure? But not such a great experience on my first visit. Would I come back? Probably not. It didn’t feel worth it to me.

Got my pedicure here. I absolutely love it there. I was in & out. First location in Long Island I visited to get my nails done since I moved out here & I know I will be a regular!

I got UV gel and tried this place for the first time. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately didn’t do a great job. The nail drill was set too high and was starting to hurt my nails. She painted on the uv gel rather than sculpting it, which I’ve never experienced, but I trusted the process. She didn’t take the gel to the base of my nail so they already looked grown out after only a few days. My nails were uneven, different lengths, bumpy, different shapes at the edges and when I asked her to even one out she said it was “just my cuticle” but it most certainly was not. The bottoms are chipping off and look bad after only a week, and I can usually go three weeks without having that problem. She cut them super short too. I would assume all of their good reviews are because they offer a 10 dollar off coupon if you leave them a review. Maybe they do better with other services, but my friend got a regular gel manicure and she wasn’t happy with her results either. The salon is very clean and pretty though.

I have Been to so many salons but the acrylics were never as great as this place! I’m new to acrylics and this place is so amazing with whatever design I want! I’ll keep coming back!! Thank you guys!

My first time here and they were able to accommodate me without an appt. Fill in and spa pedi was great. No issues. Friendly service and they took their time. The salon is beautiful and clean!

Service was nice and fast. Paid $90 for a full acrylic set with gems. They are pretty, but once you look up close there is cracks, lumps, and my two pointer finger nails are extremely crooked. Still pretty good compared to other walk in salons though.

Update: 10/9/2023: went back to repair the chipped nail. The owner was the one who did it but didn't take the entire powder off to redo it. He filed it down and put the sns on top. No apology or anything. The powder had a crack on it yesterday and today it broke off. Horrible. 10/4/2023: only 3 days after nails were done and it's chipped. How is that possible? If i can give zero stars. Ridiculous. I don't know how they have 4.7 ratings. Major disappointment. Came here today for the first time for SNS powder and pedicure because of the great reviews. Kira was assigned to do my nails. She was not friendly at all. No "hello, hi, or good morning". She went to file down my current powder set down to soak and said she will do my nails first. Didn't know what she meant since she was already doing my nails. I assumed she was going to do my Sns and pedi. Normally, a pedicure is done first then the SNS. This way there's time to dry your toes. She had me sitting there while she was chatting with her colleagues having coffee and breakfast. I chose a solid burgundy color №190 and pointed it out on the template to her. While she was filing my nail with the handheld machine, she cut my finger. She definitely must have seen it since she had to hand file and buff my nails then put cuticle oil. No apology. Didn't say anything because things like this happens but an apology would have been nice. It wasn't until the 3rd coat of powder, i noticed there were sparkle and the color was darker than the one i chose. I looked at the container and it says #192. At this point im annoyed. Since the color was close to the one I chose I didn't make a big deal. After she was done, I was passed off to another lady name Lisa to do my pedicure. She was persistent to upsell speciality pedicure. Was really hoping I would have found my perm go to nail salon but this is my last time. The guy at the cashier asked how everything was and i told him. He was nice enough to offera card with 2 extra markings toward a manicure after 10 markings but it would be no use. Since going home, i found all my nails under the powder were not buffed properly. Feels sharp. Need to buff it down myself. They need to train Kira on better customer service.
