I love coming here the food is always fresh and the presentation on point for a diner. The staffs uniforms are superb makes you feel like you're in a fancy restaurant. I had the soft shell crab franchise 😋 so good. I highly recommend it and they have a full bar 🍸for those that want a cocktail with dinner.

Elmer the waiter was very nice and attentive. He's a keeper. The atmosphere is beautiful and I love the Art deco appeal. The food was MEH! I always order eggs at diners because if you can't master an egg dish you shouldn't be in the kitchen. Perhaps they were busy or maybe eggs aren't their thing but my companion ordered Old Fashion French toast and it looked like it should have come with a shot of insulin. For the price you pay, add some garnish like a slice of orange or a fanned strawberry.

I Love this Diner. The Food is delicious and The Owners are Very Nice , down to Earth people. The Waiter staff always goes above and beyond there call of duty to satisfy the Customer. Place is very Clean and always a good time when I go there. Thanks again Nautilus. See ya Soon 👍

Stopped in and this is a very clean establishment, everyone was courteous. I ordered the pork souvlaki, which came with fries and a side of Greek salad, presentation was on point but my Greek salad was room temperature, being I'm a retired chef whom at one point worked in Miami after culinary school for chef Ramsay's establishment, never had I had nor served salad at room temperature, in the 5 star restaurant your salad fork was even chilled, nevertheless, that ruined my whole lunch experience and I left with half my meal consumed.

Hands down the best diner on LI. I've been going here for decades and the staff always treat you like family. There's a big multi-page laminated spiral bound menu with so many choices. It's the perfect place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner either by yourself or with a group. My go to is the Deluxe Waffle (hot, golden, crisp yet fluffy waffle with two eggs and your choice of bacon, ham or sausage). Great appetizers, soups, burgers and sandwiches to name a few highlights as well as specials that change regularly. They're always eager to make sure you have a good meal and check about food issues. It's always lively and buzzing, there's a full bar with tv's if you want to grab a drink and have a bite while watching a game. The food is always good and the servers are so friendly and all the staff are attentive. Definitely more than your everyday diner, more like a visiting with family at a restaurant - most days Stella or Peter will greet you with a big smile and escort you to your table. If you want to have a really good diner experience, Nautilus in Massapequa is the best spot.

Consistently provides good diner in an efficient manner. The menu is expanded. The Diner industry is encountering tough times. With the fast food stores increasing, there are now gas stations that are adding to the competition. When it comes to quality food delivered with little time delay and offering a huge selection, nothing can beat the Diner. It's good for all of us to take a time-out from the express lane of life to savor food and relax a little.

I ordered through Uber eats I order the hot open face turkey sandwich. I also paid for a priority delivery. So upon receipt the turkey and gravy were cold. I had to microwave to heat it up. Also I ordered peas as my side and received mixed veggie. I also ordered and paid for extra poultry gravy and never received it. This diner used to be a go to for me. But unfortunately I will never order from this diner again. I spent 32 dollars on a dinner that I wouldn’t feed to my dog. Super disappointed

Service was slow. Food was okay. I had breakfast for dinner. Could've been cooked more my corned beef hash, very mushy. Atmosphere was nice. Staff was friendly .

Just happened to stop in this diner on my way to an appointment and was not disappointed. Turkey burger was just ok, but the Texan Nachos made up for all the things that is wrong with the world! Bring your appetite and enjoy.
