They
lost
2
longtime
patients
without
a
care.
Was
told
“Not
sorry
to
see
you
go”.
The
receptionist
are
rude,
nasty
and
unprofessional.
An
inexperienced
hygienist
(they
can
not
seem
to
keep
hygienists
that
long)
cut
my
mouth
gave
me
a
swollen
lip
she
wouldn’t
stop
when
I
asked
her
to
do
I
got
up
to
leave
and
she
yelled
at
me.
They
did
initially
try
to
make
it
right
by
giving
me
another
appointment
with
a
different
hygienist
the
following
week
and
a
free
treatment
(it
was
lie
I
never
received
it
they
kept
cancelling
appointments
after
that).
I
should
have
left,
but
I
have
been
a
patient
for
many
years
and
did
give
them
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
(I
was
very
wrong).
In
the
course
of
a
year
they
have
cancelled
3
cleaning
appointments
on
me
the
day
before
via
text
and
when
I
call
to
reschedule
I
have
to
wait
3
months
depriving
me
of
a
years
worth
of
cleaning.
The
last
straw
was
them
telling
me
I
have
no
insurance,
which
I
do
so
I
called
my
provider
just
to
double
check.
Not
only
do
I
have
insurance,
but
it
was
being
billed
every
time
they
cancelled
my
appointment,
and
that
“free”
treatment
I
never
received
they
billed
for
that
also.
I
am
absolutely
disgusted
with
them
and
this
unethical
behavior.
I
have
reported
them
for
fraud,
and
now
have
to
go
through
the
headache
of
sorting
out
all
the
fraudulent
billing
charges
so
I
can
get
a
bi
annual
cleaning.
Due
to
their
negligence
I
have
not
had
in
a
year,
and
because
they
billed
me
for
them
I
am
not
entitled
to
one
for
another
6
months,
which
is
crazy
cause
I
had
an
appointment
for
Friday
they
cancelled.
Luckily
we
found
another
dentist
who
has
kind
receptionists
and
is
assisting
me
through
the
process.
Double
check
what
they
billed
your
insurance
for,
I
will
never
return.
Avoid
this
place
if
you
can.
