Had
an
amazing
lunch
with
my
wife
at
the
Gap
Diner
in
Wind
Gap,
PA.
It's
an
awesome
spot,
hidden
right
out
in
the
open,
and
I
don't
know
why
we
didn't
stop
sooner.
Our
server
was
Kim,
incredibly
friendly,
knowledgeable
about
the
food,
and
she
had
a
whole
lot
of
enthusiasm
for
the
restaurant.
My
wife
and
I
later
talked
about
how
much
it
says
about
a
business
and
the
management
when
employees
are
so
genuinely
happy
about
their
job.
She
gave
us
a
couple
recommendations,
we
tried
each,
and
Kim
didn't
steer
us
wrong.
Food
was
outstanding!
I
had
the
meatloaf
with
French
fries
and
carrots,
which
also
came
with
a
cup
of
homemade
soup.
I
opted
for
chili
(also
homemade).
My
wife
got
a
breakfast
meal
that
was
kind
of
a
little
of
everything
to
try.
Turned
out
nearly
everything
is
made
homemade
in
the
kitchen,
not
frozen
and
trucked
in
like
so
many
other
places,
and
all
the
meats/seafood/produce
is
fresh.
From
the
old-school
atmosphere
of
a
family
restaurant
to
the
friendly
service
to
the
outstanding
food,
I
highly
recommend
the
Gap
Diner!
