Great local diner! Very standard menu, good food and typical diner ambiance. Normally, this would be a solid 4 star diner. HOWEVER! Their coffee is freshly ground (and absolutely delicious), the service was so friendly AND they had locally made muffins that were SO good. Great overall experience. Would definitely return.

Fantastic service. Food was done so quickly. We weren't even done with the appetizer. Everything was hot and delicious. Spaghetti with meat sauce and sweet potato fries were amazing. We will be back.

Best food in the area! Kind staff and huge portions. Had the stuffed pepper special for dinner along with the taco soup and it was fabulous!

Had an amazing lunch with my wife at the Gap Diner in Wind Gap, PA. It's an awesome spot, hidden right out in the open, and I don't know why we didn't stop sooner. Our server was Kim, incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the food, and she had a whole lot of enthusiasm for the restaurant. My wife and I later talked about how much it says about a business and the management when employees are so genuinely happy about their job. She gave us a couple recommendations, we tried each, and Kim didn't steer us wrong. Food was outstanding! I had the meatloaf with French fries and carrots, which also came with a cup of homemade soup. I opted for chili (also homemade). My wife got a breakfast meal that was kind of a little of everything to try. Turned out nearly everything is made homemade in the kitchen, not frozen and trucked in like so many other places, and all the meats/seafood/produce is fresh. From the old-school atmosphere of a family restaurant to the friendly service to the outstanding food, I highly recommend the Gap Diner!

How lucky we were to drive by this diner?! We stopped in and were seated in no time. It was the Sunday rush after church time, so we thought things would be maybe a little busy, and service might be backed up. We ordered, and our food was on the table in no time! Our server was very nice and attentive, The food was delicious, and the price was right! Whenever we are in the area, we will surely patronize this establishment!

We really enjoyed our lunch here. It was a coincidence as we had pulled off to get gas. The food was very good - omg the home fries!- and the waitress was friendly. Prices were good, too. If I'm ever in the area again, would definitely stop back.

Great little diner . Stop here for breakfast at least 2 times a week ….. for many years . Great friendly service from everyone here . Since I’m picky with my order , Donna and Georgette always put up with my special requests and make sure it’s right .

The photo speaks for itself. Tonight’s special Ground Ribeye Sliders were plate licking good. Perfectly cooked to medium. Service fantastic, Desiree was as sweet as pie & on the ball!

Kimmy was a fantastic server. Very enjoyable and caring to the food quality. She made the experience very memorable and enjoyable. I enjoyed the quality of the food. The bathroom where very clean and well kept.

GAP DINER makes some great diner food. They served us fast and had so.e pretty balanced in flavors. Just remember to bring cash. They charge for card transactions.

Honestly I wish there was a way that I could leave zero stars because this place was awful. I order French toast and a side of bacon and honestly who can mess up French toast…? Apparently they can. The menu said the French toast would have powdered sugar, it didn’t. It didn’t even have cinnamon powder or butter. My husband got pancakes and scrambled eggs and hash browns and wow were they worse… The eggs weren’t even cooked all the way and there was hair in it. The hash browns were cold and barely cooked. The pancakes were crunchy. I couldn’t even believe some place could be so bad. We had 3 other people with us and they were disgusted too with their food. We barely ate any of it and had to get food across the street at McDonald’s and I hate McDonald’s and it was better than that place.

Very clean. Love that they have breakfast all day. I had a Gyro omelet. Excellent! Brittany was our waitress, very pleasant, helpful, & attentive. We will definitely go back!

Food was delicious. Took a little long for the food to come out. To be fair, they were busy & we had a fairly large order. I enjoyed every entrée.

As far a diner food goes this was ACTUALLY really good and prepared well. Hashbrowns was browned properly with sautéed onions! omelet was prepared to order I'm not in that area much but would love to come back

Food was good but service was lacking. server had no idea what she was doing. she was crashing off 3 tables. told us we can't do apps because she was too busy..... I've never experienced that one before. worked in restaurants all my life and I've never heard that excuse before. get better staff is my advice.

A friend I haven't seen in almost 40 years met up here for lunch. Staff were awesome waiting for us to order. All was great. Hope I get to go back soon.

been here a few times for breakfast in the past few months, i went there this morning with my brother, its been great every time! prices are good, the food portions are more than enough (both of us needed a take out box for breakfast which never happened before, lol) the breakfasts have been awesome, home fries done just right, everything served hot, the taste is fantastic. i got the crazy greek omelet the last 2 times i was there because it was that good! great job. friendly atmosphere and great service too! thanks!
