Phenomenal! Came here during the soft opening and loved it! The food was spectacular and the new restaurant was gorgeous. Our server was Keko and she was extremely kind, attentive and gave great recommendations for our appetizer, soup and entree. We got to meet various members of management during our dinner and everyone was so nice. Can’t wait to come back! Glad to finally have an Olive Garden nearby!

Still a very new Olive Garden. Right next to Costco and the highway. Very beautifully decorated and spacious environment. Lots of outside light coming in if you're going in daytime. Food is consistent at all Olive Garden restaurants and this was not any different. Wonderful service as well. Definitely worth a visit if you like Italian food.

Had a really good time at Olive garden. Love the food!. Enjoyed our visit. We even took dessert to go.

The joint wuz jumpin' on a Monday afternoon! Lovely atmosphere (although I prefer the oldskool) 😎 Food was on point, per uge..homegirl forgot the bread sticks till the last minute tho. It might help to not drop the food and scurry off 🏃‍♀️ it's like, girl hold up, I wanted 🧀 parmesan on my salad! 😂 I wanted that cherry on top foreal! Other than that, fine meal, real exquisite 👌👌👌 We added on the $6 take home meal too which is noice 😏

The restaurant is beautiful, all the decorations and atmosphere is just spotless. It is classier then other locations for sure. You can only enter from one side and one direction, which is inconvenient if you are coming from Costco. So getting in is kinda inconvenient. There was plenty of parking when we went there. Our server was super nice and friendly. We did feel rushed though. We got our salad, soup and appetizer pretty fast and then very shortly after got our our food. We hadn't even started on our pre food yet. That being said the food was really fresh and tasty, except for the fact that the chicken was not cooked all the way so we had to return the Chicken Alfredo. The manager offered to prepare another one for us to take with us, free of charge which was greatly appreciated. Overall had a good experience.

I made a to-go order online for 7 PM., and that was a mistake regardless of living pretty close. I called the restaurant to let them know that I would be at least 15 minutes late, traffic is horrible on rt 30 during the Christmas season. At that time the associate said my food was already prepared, and would be ready for me… When I arrived around 7:30ish, there were two other cars waiting in spots. My food was delivered to me in less than one minute. I took one bite and proceeded to drive home. Food was just okay by the time I got into it.

The gentleman Juan from the bar provided us with excellent service. Like the gentleman Adrian who served us, he was very friendly and attentive. the food was delicious. It was worth waiting 1 hour.

Great food and service! Easy way to get a table with joining the wait list beforehand online which I definitely recommend doing.

Oh. My. Gosh. 🤩 Have you guys been to the new Olive Garden in Plainfield, Illinois? 🍝🍴🍷 It is LIT! 🔥 I mean, seriously, I had the best time ever there. First off, let's talk about Jade, our server. 💁‍♀️ She was on point with everything - refills, recommendations, you name it. And she was so nice! 🥰 Like, not in a fake way either. You could tell she genuinely cared about our experience there. And then China, the hostess, 💃 She had the best smile and attitude when we walked in the door. I swear, it was contagious. 😁 I couldn't stop smiling the whole time we were there! But let's talk about the food. Oh. Em. Gee. 😍 I don't even know where to start. The breadsticks 🥖 were out of this world. I could have eaten just those and been satisfied. But of course, we had to try everything. The salad 🥗 was so fresh and delicious. And the entrees? To. Die. For. 😋 I had the Shrimp Scampi 🦐and it was like heaven in my mouth. Overall, I give this new Olive Garden in Plainfield two thumbs up. 👍👍 If you're in the area, you have got to check it out. And make sure you ask for Jade as your server and say hi to China at the door. They seriously made our experience there unforgettable. 🙌

Food was very good. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Glad they moved closer to where I live. Got busy around noon.

We've gone to quite a few Olive Gardens through the years. Joliet opened up a Olive Garden and the food is very good. Appetizer of Calamari which was so tender, I could have cut with a plastic fork. Hubby ordered Chicken Marsala which he loves, and I order the Salmon with asparagus, instead of broccoli. The Chef makes it so good. We have gone 3 times so far and the food has been excellent every time!! Our waitress is named Madison, go check it out, you won't be disappointed.

We went for lunch around 11am on a Thursday. We were seated right away but it immediately started filling up fast. By the time our meal ended there was a wait to be seated. The food was actually decent. This is the most basic of meals. Nothing fancy or authentic, but most of it tasted good and the service was good. The tosted ravioli was not great but we liked the crispy chicken alfredo and the chicken parmesan, but not as much as just making it ourself at home. The salad was good and the breadsticks were soft and yummy. I love the floor to ceiling window in the front. That's where we sat. I didn't really care for using the tablet for everything, but that's the future I guess. It has a call server button so you don't have to wait for refills, you can just notify through the tablet. Total ticket was $75 for 2 dinner entres, an appetizer and 2 drinks, including tip. I'm not sure the price is right, as I feel like there are much better places to eat for $75 but if you're hungry heading into costco it might be worth it, but I think I'd rather get a slice of pizza from the food court and spend $72 on costco stuff. 🤷‍♀️

1st time at this OG..there was a short wait for a table (about 20 minutes) so we grabbed a drink at the bar which is very small (about 6 seats)..the bartender was very busy filling drink orders from throughout the restaurant but one of the managers (I think) got our drinks..our server (Marco) was very attentive and the food was good altho it did take awhile to get drinks as there was only one person filling the orders..restaurant was clean, atmosphere was good..overall, we enjoyed the experience and will go back..

Nice new restaurant, Mike the server was organized and took care of us.good bread sticks and salad, good portions and delicious. Management? Out of many beers on Saturday night.all and all i recommend going here.

Service and food was great. Our server Mateo took good care of us. This was our second time at this location and both times they ran out of breadsticks and soup and we had to wait a bit while they made more but it wasn't a problem for us. Plus my drink was strong which didn't hurt lol

We had a party of 8. Would have liked to have been able to make reservations, but apparently Olive Garden doesn't do that, so there was a wait, but since we were there at an off time (2 pm on Saturday) it wasn't too long of a wait. The food was really good, the waitress did not rush us out, which was very much appreciated. So glad we now have this location open! We were not disappointed in our first visit to this new OG! My only major complaint is the parking. WHYYYY are the spaces so miniscule? You could hardly fit a hotwheels in these mini spots.

After a series of experiences with poor service at another local Olive Garden restaurant, we decided to give this location a try and it was FANTASTIC! Newer restaurant, beautiful inside and out, and attentive service. My wife and I (along with our whole family) have always enjoyed Olive Garden. We were sad that service had been slipping at our go-to location, but this one actually exceeded our expectations, so we’ll be back again soon.
