    I had a great experience today. My food was ready sooner than expected. Tuna tasted fresh. Salad was great. They where out of cherry tomatoes for the salad, which is fine with me. The strawberry mint lemonade is amazing. I highly recommend

    Extremely disappointed with the availability of ingredients and quantity of food for the price of the Baja Bowl with Chicken. We were charged full price ($12.30) for a product that was missing a substantial ingredient and offered no substitutions. We ordered from the kiosk at the counter and were notfied that the store was out of corn and black bean salsa. When we selected the option to subtitue the ingredient for something else, there were no other options offered on the screen. Once home, we opened the bowl and it was only half full (see picture). Again, we paid over $12 for the bowl pictured below. This is definitely a limitation of ordering from a computer screen rather than a person. If you go to this location, I wouldn't recommend ordering from the kiosk. I recommend Panera consults with their software developers to have this feature corrected/addressed. I understand that restaurants run out of ingredients, however, there should be an option to select a substitue or the customer should be offered a discount. If a business provides a customer with half the food, it seems logical to assume that the customer should be charged half the price. We are unlikley to return to this location anytime in the near future. We will also be checking our orders prior to leaving the establishment whenever ordering out again.

    Past couple times ordering here have been either missing items or poor food quality. This last time however was too much, found 2 small curly black hairs in my food and wanted to vomit. Second time contacting customer care from a separate experience and never hear back. Will most likely be my last time here, but please do better to be cleaner and following health guidelines.

    My boyfriend ordered online ahead of time to have it ready and when he got there 15 mins later our order was still not complete. When my boyfriend asked the manager as to why he had to wait so long they replied with "sorry we are just really busy" well sorry DOES NOT CUT IT!

    3.5 would be more fitting. So it may be nothing, but I found it rather interesting that this place had no restroom signs, or directions. Instead you sort of look around and wander. Usually a great spot. I’m a little disappointed every time I attempt to use Apple pay, which is now offered by Panera, their machines only accept them on random rare occasions. The dine in option is actually available during COVID. Lastly I ordered a chicken ceasar sandwhich and I received an almond salad sandwich. Thankfully we’re not allergic, and at least it was appetizing.

    If I could give service a negative score, I would. The atmosphere sucks; I wasn't fond of sitting next to unknown fluids and food looking smears all over the seats. The "service" team here was not much of a team and were blunt and rude. No interest in solving their own issues with poor food ordering on their behalf, and is more than happy for potential guests to leave unhappy and unserved than try to solve any challenges with ideas (which are clearly far and in-between in this Panera). Honestly, go literally anywhere and you'll have a better experience-- the gas station would be a friendlier and cleaner experience, I'm sure.

    We had ordered the bakers dozen bagels for a pick up at 7:30 AM. They did a terrible job slicing the bagels (pictures attached) and the bagels were just tossed in a bag. This is supposed to be Panera Bread, represent the company a little better!

    I had a mixed experience with both the food and the overall cleanliness of the location. While the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and tomato soup were delicious and satisfying, the chocolate croissant fell short of expectations. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the chocolate croissant. It did not meet the same standard as the other menu items and left room for improvement. Furthermore, I observed stains on the chairs and seating area, which raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. It was disappointing to see that the staff seemed inattentive to these issues. I hope that the management addresses these cleanliness issues and ensures a more hygienic environment for future customers.

    My Panera experiences have been less than stellar lately, but this morning's breakfast was pretty good. My egg and cheese sandwich was a bit greasy but still pretty good with bread that tasted fresh. My decaf was some of the best I've had at a Panera, too--in fact, anywhere. Whoever made it this morning should make it every morning!

    They have changed the menu again. However, the older sandwiches and soups are not written on the menu board, so it's hard to know what they actually have. Neither of the things I ordered were even listed.

    My food was okay a Bacon Turkey Bravo. My wife on the other hand had a Chicken Fuji Apple Salad that did not have any Fuji Apples in it.

    I recommend Adonis the staff member. His service has been so phenomenal to me. May he get a raise! Please ask him to serve you, he'll give you the satisfaction you need. I can tell he has been sharpening his customer service skills very well. Very talented, very brilliant, I hope for a brighter future for him.

    Expensive and they get my order wrong literally everytime I go there. Its to be expected, the place is ran by 16 yr olds. Foods super good though.

    Teagan was so unbelievably kind and helpful navigating the menu for me when I was stumped on what I wanted to order! Amazing customer service, and so sweet. Will definitely return again.
