    Wow, just wow, the worst customer service I have ever gotten or should I say "NOT gotten." I walked inside and said good morning to the cashier and didn't even get an acknowledgement or any kind of emotion or reaction. I ordered two donuts and and a chocolate milk from the cooler and still not a word. He rang it up and I used my credit card in the machine and he walked away... No thank you kiss my foot or nothing... I had to reach over the counter just to get my receipt that was still on the CC Machine. The donuts were put in the bag in a way that all the icing was stuck to the bag as well... Needless to say I will NOT be going back there again. There were over 4 employees in the store too so it wasn't like he was overburdened... NOT happy and NOT a good experience for sure. TWO THUMBS DOWN and I wish I could rate a zero but I have to give at least one star.

    UPDATE: Tried this location again & got some rancid Prairie Farms creamers given to me with my coffee. They really had to have had these around for some time for them to be solid. I started opening and poured part of one into a cup that then made that undeinkable. Did not know these were what I was given until I left the drive thru. I'm never going back there. This location is still gross. (See pics) --- The last several experiences at this location have been horrible. The crew are not friendly and inside is a MESS. They also are limited on what they offer with their donuts. The most recent visit they made a mistake and refused to fix it. When I asked for the franchisee info to have that person rectify the situation some kid named 'Maddox' working there refuse to give it to me "..because he'd be really mad." He told me to Google the store phone # and try calling that. The look of stupidity I have him must have been priceless. He's the one that overcharged my app and made the error. That is the way Dunkin deals with problems when you call customer service or use the app bot: they have you speak with the franchisee. You don't 'Google the store'.. I've had other locations willingly and happily provide that contact info if a restaurant has ever made an error that they can't fix (mainly referring to being overcharged on the app and the crew person doesn't know how to fix the $ on the app). Eventually I had a request in through customer service for the franchisee to call me. That was 2wks ago & no call or email from them ever came. Based on how messy this location is, how LONG the drive-thru waits can be (>10mins), how rude and incapable the kids working there are...it should be evaluated from a regional manager and considered closed. It's really gotten that badly mismanaged.

    The man at the register in the drive thru in the morning picks his nose freely and doesn’t wear gloves. For someone who hand’s people food they should learn to be more sanitary.

    One of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I pull up to the drive through and order 3 *egg and cheese* croissants. Instead of what I order, I receive *egg, cheese and Bacon* croissants. I as a muslim am not allowed to have bacon. This is not the first time it has happened and I want the staff to know that they are supposed to hear the orders correctly.

    Workers were wrestling in the store. No customers were in the store. We were only ones in line when we ordered thru drive thru. An it literally took twenty minutes to get our 4 drinks and mine was wrong. I wasn't gonna wait again so I left. While I was waiting 3 other cars got there order an left while I was stuck waiting cause I pulled forward like they asked me too even though no one was behind me when I paid! I'd avoid this location or hope for different employees to make my order next time.

    I always try to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to fast food services because I have worked in the industry. This Dunkin donuts is the worst though. I shouldn't wait for over half an hour in a line to even order. Every. Day. No one ever answers the speaker in a timely manner. I have sat at the window for ten minutes because they gave me my drink and walked away without giving me a straw. I love the matcha lattes and I don't mind a little extra matcha powder, but the one I recieved today was DISGUISTING. There is so much matcha powder that I'm literally getting chunks of the powder and it is THICK AND CHALKY. I am so disappointed in this Dunkin. I hope this review will give them the accurate staffing and training that they need.

    They seem to be rushing and my sandwich smelt burnt upon receiving it through drive thru window and it was very brown. I tried to get pass look and smell but still taste burnt. Had to return ask for new one, it was hard as the first one but still not to my liking. Will never go there again. Shorewood did an excellent job with my sandwich before.

    By far the worst experience ever! Had 4 coffees brought to me not one my right one then when I complained to the manger he just put more stuff online top of a wrong drink. Now I get if I order some crazy drink it was a peppermint mocha and they forgot my donut and fought with me about giving my money back

    After 20mins and getting only the Medium cappuccino blast, I had to ask for a refund for the 3 2scoop bowls ordered and creature creation. They opened the drawer and handed me $15. The order was $29. So my medium blast cost $15 then. Never again.

    I dont know why but my order consists of an extra expresso shot on the side due to many DDs shorting my order if it is in the drink. These people almost everytime when the ethnic men are running this joint STILL manage to short my order.... how is it my medium coffee is half full?? These people always seem extremely bothered they are doing their job and there is only 2 people in the drive thru line.

    Ordered a hot peppermint mocha and it came out tasting like old, watered down coffee with a small splash of peppermint. I should've known something was up when they asked if I wanted cream and sugar with it. Terrible. I've had better coffee out of a vending machine.

    This guys needs to improve their service big time. Walked in and waited at the counter for somebody to take my order,.... and been waiting. The people behind the counter acted like I am not there. Lol No it's not funny, they looked at me, but they continue their conversation.

    A fun place laced in shades of orange and graced with yummy donuts and mouthwatering sandwiches, even knockout avacado toast. Coffee is abundant and specialty drinks awaken the morning knight or slumbering princess in you. My fav sandwich is their grilled cheese.

    currently i work at this place and i needed more hours to work turns out if you ask for extra hours this guy will either take you off the schedule and/or keep you on call then he’ll mansplain why and he’ll just start paying you less, overall the coworkers are decent people who acknowledge you when you come in for your schedule shift.

    I wish zero stars was an option. I seriously don’t know how this dunkin is still in business. Zero customer service skills. I keep giving them another chance but I order the simplest things and somehow they mess something up everytime…not too mention they have horrible attitudes, refuse to remake orders, and forget items damn near everytime. Spend the couple extra $ and go to starbucks across the street

    I stop here between 5-6 am on weekdays. They never fail at making my coffee PERFECTLY! Anytime I goto a different Dunkin my coffee tastes bad. I appreciate you guys for making a tasty coffee. That is why I keep coming back!
