UPDATE:
Tried
this
location
again
&
got
some
rancid
Prairie
Farms
creamers
given
to
me
with
my
coffee.
They
really
had
to
have
had
these
around
for
some
time
for
them
to
be
solid.
I
started
opening
and
poured
part
of
one
into
a
cup
that
then
made
that
undeinkable.
Did
not
know
these
were
what
I
was
given
until
I
left
the
drive
thru.
I'm
never
going
back
there.
This
location
is
still
gross.

The
last
several
experiences
at
this
location
have
been
horrible.
The
crew
are
not
friendly
and
inside
is
a
MESS.
They
also
are
limited
on
what
they
offer
with
their
donuts.
The
most
recent
visit
they
made
a
mistake
and
refused
to
fix
it.
When
I
asked
for
the
franchisee
info
to
have
that
person
rectify
the
situation
some
kid
named
'Maddox'
working
there
refuse
to
give
it
to
me
"..because
he'd
be
really
mad."
He
told
me
to
Google
the
store
phone
#
and
try
calling
that.
The
look
of
stupidity
I
have
him
must
have
been
priceless.
He's
the
one
that
overcharged
my
app
and
made
the
error.
That
is
the
way
Dunkin
deals
with
problems
when
you
call
customer
service
or
use
the
app
bot:
they
have
you
speak
with
the
franchisee.
You
don't
'Google
the
store'..
I've
had
other
locations
willingly
and
happily
provide
that
contact
info
if
a
restaurant
has
ever
made
an
error
that
they
can't
fix
(mainly
referring
to
being
overcharged
on
the
app
and
the
crew
person
doesn't
know
how
to
fix
the
$
on
the
app).
Eventually
I
had
a
request
in
through
customer
service
for
the
franchisee
to
call
me.
That
was
2wks
ago
&
no
call
or
email
from
them
ever
came.
Based
on
how
messy
this
location
is,
how
LONG
the
drive-thru
waits
can
be
(>10mins),
how
rude
and
incapable
the
kids
working
there
are...it
should
be
evaluated
from
a
regional
manager
and
considered
closed.
It's
really
gotten
that
badly
mismanaged.
