They'll reschedule your doctors appointment 5 days before it's date, even though you've waited months. Will never be returning. My family and I will be finding a new general practitioner that actually has time. Because apparently your doctors are too busy attending conventions to take care of their patients...

Top notch hospital, nurses and doctors seem to care about their patients and focus on finding solutions to their ailments. Staff to patient ratio seems reasonable and the building is clean and well maintained. The hospital isn't overly large and is easy to navigate and not get lost. There is a self serve cafe on sight as well as a chapel and gift shop. I'm sure there are several other things on sight as well, just pointing out the things I noticed while walking around.

I drive an hour to see the Dr. I have been a patient for lots of years. I first had Dr Buedreau and switched for a very short moment. I came right back and have been with Dr Justin Wright. I will not switch. I get the one on one experience. I am a person, an individual, and I am treated like I am the only patient at that time

Doctor was attentive and listened to the issues. Put a plan into place and we implemented it that day. Staff was courteous and friendly too! Glad to have found Witham as our health care option.

Check-in process was very easy and quick. The staff at Family Medicine is very nice. They great you with a smile. They are very interested in your well-being and want to make sure you are staying healthy. Dr. James Boudreau and his staff are top notch!!

I come to Witham for all my physician visits and procedures. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Green. He is professional, courteous, intelligent and pleasant to see. He tells me what my problem is and what's causing it and how to remedy it. He listens to me. I never feel like he is rushing me. He answers all my questions. I have great respect for him. His nurse is the same. She collects my vitals. She takes my information and and answers all my questions. She is always pleasant. She is a good nurse. She stuck me once to collect my blood for labs. Thank you for my care at Witham.

Dr. Nicole Clark is the most personable doctor I have ever gone too. If you have ever had issues with feeling like you are not being heard, she is the one you want.

Dr Justin Wright cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen. The staff is very attentive to my needs and are always cheerful and kind.

My husband Bill Walker fell today and because he hit his head he spent 6 hours in the ER at Witham at Anson Whitestown IN. Dr. Frye and his staff were wonderful. thankfully he did not have to be transferred to St. Vincent for further treatment. I appreciate having this facility so close to our home. Good job and thank you very much.

Excellent concern for my health and well-being. Prior to my initial appointment Jordan went above and beyond to see to my medicinal needs. Without a doubt an exceptional person who cares for her patients. Thank you!

What use to take a hour in one office for a regular health care doctor visit /one blood draw (1 doctor & assist, 1 office person) now takes half a day in two offices, 2nd location on the other side of building plus (1 doctor, 1 assistant, 4 to 5 office people, additional nurse) and God knows how many billing people and techs the blood will be going through It’s NO wonder medical bills are crazy, with the growing number of people you have to check in with. Two stars because at least all the people I had to work with apologized for the crazy running around and waiting I had to do.

Used to have so many great things to say about this place but had a head injury and just spent almost 2 hours in the waiting room to be seen at the ER while being the only one there, might I add. The same girl came in and out of the doors to talk to her friend at the front desk while ignoring me while I sat there, the only one waiting. My husband and kids were waiting in the car so I eventually left because I was told they weren’t sure when I would be seen after inquiring. I was really disappointed in Witham tonight.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had in ANY medical setting!! The nurse and doctor were extremely kind, patient and understanding. I went for a self-harm related incident and there was no judgement at all.

I just got home from Witham tonight after a scary night in their er in Whitestone and 3 days in their hospital in Lebanon. The people they have working for both areas are amazing and extremely professional and friendly. They keep a patient calm and confident in every aspect of what you are going through. A big shout out to the rn staff taking amazing care of me in rm 2215 . Thank you all for your hard work and patience.
