    Very disappointed with the management team at this complex. The complex is beautiful however, the response time is minimal to none without a phone call. We tried reaching Kim for 4 consecutive days post tour to get the application process moving forward (excluding Sunday) with no response until we made a phone call only to find out that the unit we were interested in already had a lease signed. We would have been opened to continuing our search with the complex had the management had some professionalism to them, but unfortunately this is not the place to call home.

    ā€œLuxuryā€ apartments where you will pay for amenities but will not get access to them. There is no reimbursements or replacement for it. Just pay and be silent. With the new management and maintenance team this place changed a lotā€¦

    PLEASE! DO NOT DO IT!!! Anywhere BUT here! Let me start by saying the hallways of these "luxury" apartments are DISGUSTING! Dog and animal pee stains everywhere. The other day I came out of the apartment and the wall sconce was on the floor! I refuse to bring ppl upstairs. It is that bad. Office staff is beyond horrible and all should be fired and replaced. They overcharged 2 days of rent after we had confirmation that the move in date changed and was supposed to get a call from the big boss and never heard back. They cut the air off claiming an ordinance when that is only for high rise buildings, which the building we are in is not. I reported that to fair housing. Let's see, roaches on day 2. No washer and dryer on day 4 and a leak after the 2nd week there. We have contacted an attorney about the deplorable conditions hidden behind a good name! The pictures I have turned over would make you want to live in a tent rather than here! The amenities are either not working or unavailable. 2000.00 a month and we never want to even be there it's so bad. I have told anyone and everyone and I will not stop, until every last thing is taken care of! SLUM LORDS!

    I really like it here! Iā€™m in the towers and the renovations they have done are really nice! The amenities are great and maintenance is very helpful if you have an issue! Everyone is friendly and a great location! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that my washer and dryer really should be replaced and the common area next to the pool doesnā€™t allow dogs. I feel like there should be a space out there that you could bring your dogs to. Itā€™s beautiful but I donā€™t use it because Iā€™m not going to grill out and watch the outdoor tvs while my dog sits in the apartment. Iā€™ve asked about this but no one will respond. Overall, happy with my choice to move here.

    Iā€™ve been here about 2 months now and Iā€™ve truly enjoyed living here but there are some issues that havenā€™t been ironed out since moving. 1. Our dishwasher keeps clogging so this will be the second time they have to come and fix it. 2. Internet issues are common so itā€™s frustrating when working from home. 3. They keep saying my rental insurance doesnā€™t have all the info but it does and the office just refuses to read past 1 page. 4. One of the office people are really passive aggressive since move in and has triggered everyone I know thatā€™s talked to her. She talks to people like weā€™re 5. 5. People donā€™t pick up after themselves here relating to leaving dog waste on the floors and property, as well as just leaving smelly garbage bags next to the chutes instead of properly disposing of them.

    I do love it here and Iā€™ve been here about 5-6 years now. The maintenance team is amazing. Always quick to respond and fix whatever is needed. They are so kind and courteous, always going above and beyond. My AC motor went out on the hottest day of summer and they to my unit immediately to fix it. They make it a point to know all the residents and are always doing whatever they can to help. I honestly think they are one of the best parts of this complex. I trust them completely. Management Is also very friendly here and Iā€™ve seen it go through many different hands in the years Iā€™ve been here, each time o think itā€™s been wonderful people working for us. No complaints on any of that. They do a really good job at trying to keep everything clean and listen to your complaints. prices have really increased over the last year with the market and the heating and air does seem to struggle with shut downs quite a bit due to its age. The water pipes need repair often and recently my guests cars have had some issues with getting towed because there isnā€™t anywhere for them to park for longer then 8 hours during the week. (you have to move their car to different lots throughout the day because each lot has a timed rule so guest canā€™t come over and go out with you all day unless they go across the street and pay a parking fee. There isnā€™t enough free parking on the surface lot for residents so you either have to park in over flow across the street and move your car each morning so you donā€™t get towed yourself or pay a monthly fee for a parking pass so you donā€™t have to worry about moving cars every 8 hours . The parking issues is honestly my biggest complaint as itā€™s a struggle having guests over and just expensive as a resident to pay to ensure you arenā€™t also towed . I truly do love this place, thereā€™s just a few things I think need to be worked out for the amount of money it costs for the apartment.

    Kim gave me information on renting at ReNew. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my many questions:-) in addition to provide written sheets with all the specific move-in and ongoing costs. Also she was friendly on our tour of the apartment. The office is very nice and relaxing, although quiet busy! As followup to this, in the subsequent month, I called back to have a tour of some different apartments for more information in my decision making. Had a hard time getting in touch or for someone to call me back. The followup was not good.

    A year after my last review and wanted to update my last one. Both me & my husband are very grateful for Brittan Boyles -the Assistant Property Manager- who is always going above and beyond. She helped with our lease last year and this year and she's been there for us with a solution every time we need something. At this point I want to mention that she's not afraid to say " I'm sorry this is/was my/our mistake" which is very important when working in the costumer service business.
