Iāve
been
here
about
5-6
years
now.
The
maintenance
team
is
amazing.
Always
quick
to
respond
and
fix
whatever
is
needed.
They
are
so
kind
and
courteous,
always
going
above
and
beyond.
My
AC
motor
went
out
on
the
hottest
day
of
summer
and
they
to
my
unit
immediately
to
fix
it.
They
make
it
a
point
to
know
all
the
residents
and
are
always
doing
whatever
they
can
to
help.
I
honestly
think
they
are
one
of
the
best
parts
of
this
complex.
I
trust
them
completely.
Management
Is
also
very
friendly
here
and
Iāve
seen
it
go
through
many
different
hands
in
the
years
Iāve
been
here,
each
time
o
think
itās
been
wonderful
people
working
for
us.
No
complaints
on
any
of
that.
They
do
a
really
good
job
at
trying
to
keep
everything
clean
and
listen
to
your
complaints.
prices
have
really
increased
over
the
last
year
with
the
market
and
the
heating
and
air
does
seem
to
struggle
with
shut
downs
quite
a
bit
due
to
its
age.
The
water
pipes
need
repair
often
and
recently
my
guests
cars
have
had
some
issues
with
getting
towed
because
there
isnāt
anywhere
for
them
to
park
for
longer
then
8
hours
during
the
week.
(you
have
to
move
their
car
to
different
lots
throughout
the
day
because
each
lot
has
a
timed
rule
so
guest
canāt
come
over
and
go
out
with
you
all
day
unless
they
go
across
the
street
and
pay
a
parking
fee.
There
isnāt
enough
free
parking
on
the
surface
lot
for
residents
so
you
either
have
to
park
in
over
flow
across
the
street
and
move
your
car
each
morning
so
you
donāt
get
towed
yourself
or
pay
a
monthly
fee
for
a
parking
pass
so
you
donāt
have
to
worry
about
moving
cars
every
8
hours
.
The
parking
issues
is
honestly
my
biggest
complaint
as
itās
a
struggle
having
guests
over
and
just
expensive
as
a
resident
to
pay
to
ensure
you
arenāt
also
towed
.
I
truly
do
love
this
place,
thereās
just
a
few
things
I
think
need
to
be
worked
out
for
the
amount
of
money
it
costs
for
the
apartment.
