I take all my jewelry repairs here, I trust them, great price. All the salespeople here are very friendly. Recently acquired my mother's and grandmothers jewelry, gems, watches and, best of all the recipes. Here are just two of the items I have had repaired. If you expect above and beyond jewelry and repairs come to Palmer's jewelry.

Got scammed. Came in for an event with a bunch of watch company’s and bought two watches. I was happy with my first purchase, but the second one I bought I was completely up charged and lied to. The actual sales person for the brand told me the price was $450 due to discount… turns out the discount price was the actual sales price online. So I take the watch to the register and all the sudden $200 was added to the price. I asked if that was from taxes after the discount or something and they said yes, so I continued on out of feeling too deep in the transaction to back out and want to put back this watch I was so excited to get. I was later told that price was incorrect and they held onto the watch for two weeks only to tell me the discount isn’t eligible cause it’s “limited edition” all the sudden and the vendor mislead me. I sense total lies out of that and I will be sure I avoid this store next time there’s an event downtown. Buyer beware and make sure there aren’t better prices online first and don’t be scared to walk out of that store if they add a mysterious $200 to your transaction.

We have always been happy with our shopping experience here. Everyone is attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Plus the prices are reasonable for quality merchandise! Thank you all !!

$1000 fee not to buy!!!! Neither one of us walked away with absolutely anything from this store but an exorbitant fee for absolutely nothing at all!!! They’re going to resell the ring and not even lose a penny. Tried to shop local and patronize a small business, apparently that was a green light for them to take advantage. I’d highly recommend shopping anywhere else!!!

Everyone in this store has been great! The special engraving for both our rings and a special knife that has been handed down several generations in the family were awesome. What a great bunch of people who work hard to please each customer.

I had a vintage Swiss Army watch restored by Palmers recently. The turn around time along with ordering parts was more than acceptable. I haven’t been able to wear this watch in almost 15 years now restored!

Customer service may have taken a backseat in this industry, but the people at Palmer’s never got that memo. This has to be one of the greatest jewelry stores I've ever been in. They are extremely helpful and proper on recommendation based on your personal preference. The team is far from being pushy with sales and they excel at making your visit more of an experience versus a transaction. They also have a unique inventory of watches and services. I highly recommend Palmer’s!

Worked with Jessica and the Owner Mike, great experience all around, they are not high pressure at all which was great for someone busy like me, we patiently designed my ring together, and I got a one of a kind ring at a great price (same as cookie cutter online prices but mine is custom). I would highly recommend Palmer's because they don't just sell jewelry, it was the experience that sold me!
