    Fit Chicks is an amazing place. The level of care provided for us ladies who go there is so kind, personal and helpful. It has been a pivotal part of my life and recovery. It’s worth every penny and ounce of effort to be part of this community.

    Fit Chics has changed my life! I love the one on one training and all of the trainers are fantastic! They encourage and push you to do things you don’t think you can do. It’s also been a wonderful social experience. I’ve gotten to know some really great people. I’ve lost weight and have gotten physically stronger. It’s a fantastic organization.

    I began the journey of being a “Fit Chick” at the end of May this year. I had been considering it for a bit and decided to finally take the step to move forward. Taking this step toward “self care” has been such a great decision! The “Fit Chick” environment is such a positive, encouraging, supportive, and motivational community that I enjoy being a part of. I have made progress toward my personal goals of weight loss, getting stronger, and healthier eating. This month I went in for my annual physical and I’m so thankful for the positive results! Don’t wait! Take the step toward a healthier you! You are worth it!

    FitChicks is an incredibly inviting environment geared towards your long-term success in health and well-being. I have loved every session with FitChicks since I began a couple months ago! All staff and members know you by name and each workout is tailored to your needs, but designed to challenge you too. I’ve never had a more personalized experience in any other fitness center. The nutritional guidance is such a bonus as you have weekly support reaching your food goals. I’ve enjoyed the recipes and the focus on intake balance rather than dieting. I highly recommend FitChicks to any woman tired of going to regular gyms and not seeing the results they want!

    Will continue to recommend FitChicks if you’re wanting to invest in yourself now and for the future. The trainings are individualized and help you progress and push yourself in a safe way! But don’t forget the nutrition aspect and learning about foods that fuel your body!
