This is the best place ever. Yeah, sometimes the wait for your appointment is longer, but they try so hard to take care of as many as possible, without as much staff as they really need. I stayed here in crisis residential voluntarily, it was phenomenal. Owadi(not sure if thats spelled right) was the evening staff usually and was like a father figure to me. They all took care of us, an I always felt cradled in a warm blanket of protection. Although I'm on a lot more meds now, it works for me. I have all the resources thanks to the people who ran the psr core groups. The recovery group was fantastic as well! There was NEVER any inappropriate behavior from the staff....with the exception of this black lady with crazy eyes who kept opening my room door, screaming about a fire drill. Everyone here works their butts off though and I can say I truly love you all for helping me. You're all fantastic people who have changed my life and made me FEEL I deserve to live for the first time. Thank you!

This was a great place very helpful for a lot of people. Then Management became very different staff changed rules changed email started some people don't understand it perfectly administrators busy telling you all about their lives and then you walk in one day to a surprise no funding and there's a surprise same people InCharge of the Larkin house open for 118 years and surprise it closes starting to wonder if the management isn't on board to serve themselves and still serving the people that really need the help

The Psr groups here at Ecker are great I even enjoy the wellness center and I am also a client of Cst. I feel the Case managers are very caring and supportive. If I could change one thing it would be my psychiatrist Dr. Kartan I don’t feel like she cares much about me as a patient and lastly the amount of time that people have to wait to be seen by a state licensed therapist here It is much to long.

I love my psych, Dr. Kartan so much. Very knowledgeable. But the nurses neglect to call you when you need a med increase and I'm still waiting for a phone call WITH an update on my med increase since last month. Not a good look.

I think the staff is knowledgeable and very well trained and educated. But for the price of services they are a little lacking a client’s actual needs.

Spent an hour at the intake dept. to get an appt. with a psyche doc for some sleeping pills. The first opening is in October. Are you kidding me bro

Very good counselor Karen is Awesome. They care for your mental health needs I find. Very hard to get things done calling.
