Came here opening night and the ice cream was good so we'll be back🍦 Definitely could tell it was their first day because orders were coming out randomly, way out of order and the back seemed disorganized. I know they have a lot of teen workers which is good but the few adults we saw seemed equally disorganized. Can't wait to try more stuff.

Awesome little ice cream shop by the tracks between Reading and Lockland! I had the Black Raspberry Truffle in a fresh made waffle cone, which was delicious🍦The owner was friendly and helpful. If you live in the area or just visiting, definitely check this place out, it is worth it!

So incredible. The staff is so friendly and fast! The ice cream is the best! Amazing prices! Cute atmosphere! We have been so many times and love coming back! We got the nachos this time and couldn’t finish them at all cause they were huge! My kids love the cotton candy Cadillac Sundae!

Great family owned ice cream shop. They are part of the community. Great way to support your local businesses. Decor is really cute too. If you have kids that like trains this is the place! Literally right next to the tracks. Everything we got tasted amazing. The service was fast. Ignore the reviewer about the high cost. Have they been shopping lately? They are using high quality ingredients. Definitely worth it!

Lots of amazing specialty sundaes! Their milkshakes are thick and delicious! The Cherry Cordial ice cream is amazing and they have the best butter pecan ice cream I have ever had. If your eyes are bigger than your stomach-get the Knuckle Sandwich! They are HUGE! Fun family atmosphere with 50s vibe!

Can’t say enough great things about this place. I try something new each time I go and love everything I’ve tried but my favorite is the homemade butter pecan ice cream, to die for!!!!❤️❤️ The ice cream stand is so tastefully done and fun. Love all the events they do and how they really appreciate their community and the community appreciates the Sugar Shack! They have really breathed new life in the Lockland area and I’m very excited about it!! Definitely a special treat for the family!!
