Yummy Greek food fresh ingredients. I love the chicken soup the Olympus burger is tasty the chicken is yummy delicious gyro meat. You will love it. The owner is great too!

We LOVE Covo!!! Me and my girlfriend come in AT LEAST once a month. They have a great atmosphere and the service is always amazing. Fair pricing for quality food. I reccomend this place to just about everyone I meet.

Used to be awesome, but now is terrible. They used to carve the meat off the spit per order, now they have decided to change that. They are now carving the meat as prep, putting on the grill and keeping in a hot table to scoop it out like Chipotle. The meat is hard and dry and DISGUSTING! You are better off going to any hot dog stand for a cheap gyro. I have told tons of people about how good this place is, now have to let them know to stay away. Now I need to travel to Lisle to Apolis for fresh Greek street food.

This is not a bad rating, nor is it a good one. This was my first time here. The restaurant was fairly empty and service was very slow. I ordered a bowl to go. Everything seemed to just work in slow motion. The food itself was fine. Not great, not horrible. Plenty of food for the price but nothing I’m dying to come back for. I like Mediterranean food but this missed the mark.

The only reason that led me to rate them with 3 stars is the salad bowl that I had at Covo’s. I couldn't figure out what ingredient in my salad bowl caused it to be extremely salty so much so that I had to stop eating after a few spoonfuls. My biggest suspect is the chopped beets. Despite that issue, I love their Chipotle-like fresh ingredients that we get to choose from, I like their quick service & the highly sanitized premises. My husband got a chicken wrap which tasted fine, not scrumptious but better than my said bowl. Their pita was freshly cooked & very soft to eat.

My wife and I went there for lunch on a Sunday. We were very disappointed with everything we ordered (except for the Greek fries). The food was lacking flavor. The saganoki was overly salty. And worst of all the Greek potatoes tasted like they where reheated a few times. Won't be giving this place another try .

Stingy, I ordered a salad and PAID EXTRA for the rice there is like no salad in here to begin with there is barely any chicken I also asked for mango pico de gallo spinach and banana peppers none of that is in here… horrible service manager said we can’t do anything about it

Food was absolutely amazing, we usually do catering for the hospital in Bolingbrook that I work at and on my break today I went in and ordered a skipastki with the chicken yeero, the man was taking his time and was very helpful with explaining what he’s doing while he was making my food .Definitely will be coming back !!!!👍

Always been a fan of Greek food but never been to this place, even after it's been here for years. After my first meal I knew this would become one of my favorites. Highly recommend people to try at least once. My favorites are the chicken skepasti with a side of hummus with pita chips.

The staff was extremely nice here. The atmosphere was also great. I got the beef and lamb pita, and although it tasted absolutely delicious, it was pretty messy. There was also a lot of meat, and the sauces where delicious. The Mediterranean sauce was spicy and had a hint of cilantro. It was absolutely great. I would definitely recommend.

I used to be a regular customer here till I bit into a big chunk of plastic in my pita. I contacted the restaurant about it but they just never responded. It's a shame because the food here was good, but the lack of care in both leaving plastic in food and never responding is good enough reason to not return.

The food is amazing. The meat is prepared on original Greece Gyro way where the meat is slowly roasted and rotated. There is the original gyro but there is some other additions like plate and so on. Give it a try you wont be disappointed !

Good location, nice store layout, excellent service, very wide variety of aides and toppings, food taste great, the price is affordable, what else to say??? 5 stars definately. I am a regular.

I tried the lamb bowl with covo sauce and the cilantro one. This might have been the best tasting fast casual meal of my life. Absolutely outstanding flavor. Very friendly and helpful service. And awesome prices especially considering the large serving size. I will definitely be back.

When they first opened they were one of our favorite places! I ate meat then and it was always moist and delicious. The tables and seats were clean and staff had a lot of energy and enthusiasm. The last few times I've been there, we honestly had less than stellar experiences. I got a salmon kabob which smelled so "off" I had to wash my hands after even touching the foil it was wrapped in. The seats and bathroom are dirty, Our friends' meat looked dry and tough. I was told no soup, then that it would take an hour. Really they need to go back to taking pride in their establishment.

. The young guy did a good job taking my order and informing me how long to cook the salmon for my bowl dish. The setup is similar to Moe's Mexican cantina or Salsarita. You pick the ingredients. The food is not traditional Greek as you expect unless you consider the dolmades or Feta greek maybe the pastry. Overall the food was healthy, good portions, and priced within reason. It did not satisfy my Greek craving.

I placed an order online and ordered the wrong sauce on my gyro. I was confused about the different sauces. The man at the front counter was willing to fix my order with no problem. The food was great, arguably the best gyro I ever had. I would like to thank him and the restaurant as a whole for the great service. I appreciate it!

I wanted to like this place. However the gyro was not good. The pita bread was toasted and when I folded it, it broke in half. The meat was hard and dry. Never heard of a toasted gyro. Not good.

The overall experience was pleasant as we were welcomed to the counter. It was our first time to order gyros in the style of Chipotle or Subway with fresh produce in front of us to select from. Loved the beef/lamb meat and the overall visit was great!

This place is incredible! Ordered the Skepaski with fries and a side of Greek fries and it was absolutely phenomenal! The owner Tony even threw in a baklava for free. His employees were very engaging and definitely made my experience here an enjoyable one. I couldn't even eat all of what I ordered because it was so much but I most definitely be returning! One of my new go to places when I'm in town!!!

Sure let's put freshly deep fried food in a styrofoam container fill it halfway with honey and put it directly on top of all of the other food, not to mention these taste like they've been refried and have no flavor. Normally all the food here is really really good but now I remember why I haven't been here in a while.

Phenomenal! I tried a lamb pita today with cucumber, tomato, feta, onion, and tzatziki(sp?). The flavors were out of this world - the lamb was juicy and marinaded to perfection. The ordering process (as well as price) is like Chipotle. I will absolutely be back again.
