Service was wonderful!! First time here and food was delicious, smoothie was huge it was the choc,peanut butter very tasty. There were 2 things I DID NOT LIKE! I was pressured to give a tip using my card. The machine did not let me do a custom tip. I like giving cash! Also, I was told that my order was eligible for a side dish (that I thought was included) but I was charged .99 for it. So I felt a lil deceived but I will know next time. I will definitely go back because the food, service and smoothie was good (beach club salad, jalapeños corn) I also liked the attitude of the manager toward her staff

I ask for the most basic sandwich and the store never gets it right. I feel in love with the sandwich from my first visit and it has yet to be the same. Buffalo Chicken wrap no tomatoes. On the visit there is absolutely no Buffalo sauce. I paid 12.89 for this meal and didn’t get what I ordered. Looks like I need to find a new spot. I have given up on Tropical Smoothie.

Great place. Unexpectedly exceptional food! Lots of varieties of shakes and add-ins as well as a diverse menu of health minded foods that a both filling and delicious! The atmosphere is light and cheery. Great a e for a quick lunch while shopping in Avon or on a workday break.

Love the Caribbean Jerk Wrap. The Sunrise sunset smoothie is always a good one. Their summer 2021 smoothies were also good.

My new favorite fast food spot. It's way more healthy than all the fried food options (which is almost every other food chain) in the Avon area. Great food, super nice staff, and super helpful with what options are available. I give it a 10!

I try to stop here every day My smoothie serves as a healthy breakfast and a healthy energy supplement. It's nice to be greeted by friendly family business staff that notices you I work in customer service and notice how important this can be. Hopefully I think the owners son was helping out one day and I was super impressed

Very rude employee working 5/28/23 at around 4. She took my order and I told her I had a free side and wanted an apple. She told me to scan the reward so I did. The reward scanned and then she said that she had to add the purchase before I scanned the reward. She wouldn’t give me the apple for her mistake. She ruined my experience here. The other two younger girls were very nice.

Friendly staff , helpful on selections. I got the paradise point, Mariah was super awesome! Also I always get the flatbread with peanut butter and granola
