I went into the store wanting to customize a bracelet that can signify the remembrance of my daughter, Richie and his manager was so helpful throughout the entire Process texting me possible ideas etc. my vision was able to come together in less than 2 weeks. I received so many compliments already ! I definitely recommend them for custom jewelry pieces or anything you have in mind !

He is extremely knowledgeable and patient with us and treats us like we are VIP customers every time! Upon arriving to the store I was greeted promptly by Jasmine. She truly went above and beyond to help me find something that checked off all of my boxes. I really appreciated how patient she was with me and did not make me feel rushed at all. Jasmine was even able to help me determine what size would be best based off of a picture I had! Normally I never even think about writing a review, however the customer service, education, and kindness Jasmine displayed was phenomenal. I will absolutely be going back for anything else I need to see Jasmine!

Jasmine and Richard are so great. I bought a few watches and jewelry here with Jasmine in the past and she is always great! I bought my latest watch with them today and they made the process so easy and seamless. They brought all the options to the table which made the process free so much more personable. The level of professionalism, caring, and overall kindness is unmatched. It didn’t feel like I was being rushed to buy just one thing like other jewelry store do. Richard and Jasmine are the best manager and assistant manager combo I have ever seen!

What a beautiful experience I had with RIchard my husband surprised me with a new wedding ring and I went back to see Richard and upgraded my husbands ring the most comfortable relaxing experience all of the staff are extremely helpful and they had amazing deals .
