amazing little store filled with all kinds of beautiful and unique crystals! the staff, Carol and Andy are super friendly and very knowledgeable- 9 out of 10 times when i ask a question about a stone they know the answer right off the top of their heads. in addendum to lots and lots of beautiful stones and crystals, they also sell a lot of cool and nostalgic items likes kaleidoscopes and finger pianos, along with books, beads, and all kinds of decor! i definitely recommend the Rock Garden for all your crystal loving needs 💚

A nice shop! Jewelry, gifts, candles, stones and more. Very relaxed environment, beautiful things on display. Beads in the back of the shop, supplies, etc and a table where you can sit and make your own bracelet. Check it out!

This little store is great. The prices are what I'd consider normal for the items, and they have a great range of items as well. The owners are very nice and will gladly help you when you ask. It's bigger than what it looks like in the pictures and they also have a wider range of books, jewelry supplies and beads, and tarot cards than I thought. Overall, it's definitely worth it to stop by for a visit.

As a patron since they were located on State St., New Haven, eons ago, The Rock Garden is one of my favorite shops to go to for raw/tumbled crystals/stones and related jewelry-making supplies. It is apparent that the items they carry are carefully chosen; having so many unique &/or hard-to-find items. The selections are thoughtfully-displayed, and the space is open and filled with light. This store was a gem (pun intended). The amount of care that was put into ringing me out and packaging my palm stones was truly special. The selection was great and the price points were fair (I would rather spend a couple extra bucks and support a small local business).
