My family has been going to Dr. Lo for years. He's the best dentist you'll find in Dallas. He's super knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice guy. He is professional, yet fun end easy going manner creates a nice energy among the staff. They are always polite and friendly. The hygienist are all just nice people...and they are gentle, yet leave your mouth feeling squeaky clean. And there are TVs on the ceiling, noise canceling headphones, shoes and movies on demand....they even offer you a blanket! Dental experiences don't get better than this! Dr. Lo - the way to Go!

My husband and I LOVE Texas Dental.. Chris is so compassionate and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Matthew Pepper is awesome! My husband has had some pretty challenging issues with his teeth. He has cancer and Dr. Matthew Pepper has sent us to an oral surgeon for a couple of procedures that could have had some complications. Both times-his issues were completely resolved -due to Dr. Matthew Pepper's initial evaluation & recommendations. Dr. Matthew Pepper is new to us, but we immediately had confidence in him the first time that we met him a few months ago. He is so thorough, diligent, kind, a good listener, professional, has great skills, and he is an encourager to us. We have complete confidence in him, and highly recommend him to everyone that we know. We are so thankful to have Dr. Matthew Pepper as our dentist !!!

Overall experience with Texas Dental is 5 stars. Dr.Lo is very experienced and will take time to explain all procedures and give you options, the hygienist, Toni, is very thorough and patient. The staff is courteous.

My visit today was stellar. Everyone was very pleasant and respectful. My hygienist was Chris and he was very insightful and knowledgeable. He used active listening when I mentioned my concerns for my teeth/gums and I never had to repeat myself. He constantly checked in to make sure I was doing alright during the teeth cleaning. Dr. Seggerman was there for the second half of my appointment reviewing my x-rays and examining my teeth. He broke down each step of the process he was executing and thoroughly went over his plan to fix my cavity, damaged filling, and recessed gum line. I would highly recommend this dental institution for anyone who is needing a first time dentist or not satisfied with their current dentist.

1st Texas Dental got me in for an appointment on the first call to them. They were very concerning and courteous. Once I arrived to the appointment, the office staff was very friendly and professional. Once I was in the dental chair, the staff was very polite and the doctors explained everything they were doing and gave me the best care. I've had a LOT of dental work here over the last 20 years. Dr. Wilson Lo is the most caring, dedicated to his patients and skillful dentist I've ever known in 60 years of experience with dentists across the U.S. He stays ahead of the latest technology and techniques. Amazingly I felt NO pain through yesterday’s front tooth capping (which is beautiful even as a temporary) and did not take as much time as I expected. Honestly, I can’t say enough about this place. I have had some not so great experiences in my life with the dentist and had severe anxiety whenever I even thought about the dentist. However, I can now say for the first time, now in my mid 30’s, that I no longer get anxiety about the dentist because of this team and office. They truly care about your experience and how you feel. I made an appointment for my daughter's dental exam. Dr Lo was very great with her. He was very informative and made her feel comfortable. I made an appointment for myself at this dental practice! The dental hygienist was also very personable and same as the front office staff. JOB WELL DONE!

It's not often one can describe going to the dentist as a pleasure. But Texas Dental actually makes it so. Dr Wilson Lo - mixing expertise and experience with humor and affability - explains both dental matters and his approach very clearly. He is backed by a fantastic staff who reflect the same values, and makes you feel very welcome and valued. Texas Dental will change people's traditional view of a visit to the dentist, and put a pretty smile on your face.

I was in Dallas visiting family during Thanksgiving week and broke a tooth. Texas Dental got me in to see Dr Lo the next day. He was very informative and gave me a temporary fix until I was able to return home. They were very fair with the charges. Thanks to Dr Lo and the staff. I would highly recommend them.
