I’ve been going to Pinnacle for 3 years and have since moved to NYC. I knew I was coming back to Texas for the holidays so booked a cleaning in advance because I like them that much. The hygienists are always so friendly and tell you exactly what they’re about to do before doing it. The office and exam rooms are clean and modern and everyone makes you feel important and cared about.

Have been going to Pinnacle for almost 3 years now. I have changed dentists every couple years previously but I think I am going to stay with Pinnacle now. When I went to Pinnacle with Dr. Jang during my first couple appt, I had 3 cavities and Dr. Jang was able to work on the same cavity spot on my upper left molar that has been reworked a couple times and always had food and even the floss stuck there. Dr. Jang filled the cavity and now there is no more problem there anymore. I also got my wisdom teeth pulled last year and it was an good experience even though I was pretty nervous. Have no cavities for the past year, hopefully I continue to maintain that.

Regular patient here for my routine check-ups and cleanings - everyone here (doctors, orthodontists, hygienists, front desk, etc.) are so friendly and knowledgeable! I feel very welcome walking into my dentist appointments. Highly recommend!

Excellent professionals. They detected an infection in my gums and from there the treatment and follow-up was always impeccable. The attention of all the dentists is very warm, as are those who greet you at the entrance. I come back every three months and it’s really worth it

Dr. Jang has done all three of my boys wisdom teeth extractions. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend him and his staff, they are exceptional!

Recently moved to the area and had to find a new dentist. Everything was easy from scheduling to insurance verification. Everyone in the office is really nice and professional. I would definitely recommend!

Came in for cleaning and filling: Really great people, staff was really sweet even though i stupidly showed up late. Dentist was amazing, very friendly and had absolutely no pain with my filling because he a great job with the numbing ( I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other dentist with that ) love this place

I recently moved and my old dentists was over 2 hrs away. I was super scared to find someone new but I have kobed my time here and the friendly atmosphere helps encourage me to get my teeth cleaned regularly and try to have better oral hygiene.

Outstanding service. I had issue with a tooth and Dr Jang and team took care of me. Very professional and with compassion. I had a follow up to get an implant. And the experience was superb. Almost zero pain post op. Dr Jang attention to detail is very comforting as a patient. The staff is super friendly and take care of you and make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended to anyone unhappy with their current Dentist.

Very friendly staff and dentist! I didn't have to wait very long to be seen once I got there. Also I've never been to a dental office where the doctor was the one to do the cleaning so that was awesome! My dental hygienist was so nice and understanding when getting all my X-rays and impressions done since they're difficult for me. All in all it was a very wonderful experience and I'd highly recommend this place to anyone that needs any dental needs☺️

I’m picky about my healthcare services, and the staff and service goes beyond my expectations. They are kind, professional, and pays attention to detail. I appreciate how willing they are to educate me and walk me through each step.

Our regular dental practice recommended Pinnacle to us while our dentist was out of office and my child was in pain. Our visit was pleasant overall. We ended up having to do an extraction and the staff was pleasant. Dr. Jang was very patient and my typically frightened 7year old had an extraction with minimal discomfort. They entire staff attended to us professionally and made our visit smooth. Highly recommend but be prepared for a mountain of paperwork if it’s your first visit, I hope they transition to electronic signatures though.

Highly recommend Pinnacle Dental! There's minimal to zero waiting time and I'm in/out in less than an hour. The front desk staff are kind and helpful and it's easy to schedule/reschedule appointments.The dental hygienists are always caring, thorough, and attentive. Dr. Jang has great bedside manner and is always open to answering any questions. All the staff here make this typically unpleasant experience very comfortable and easy! Update 9/10/24: Pinnacle Dental is still exceeding expectations! Service is top notch and very fast and efficient. Dr. Jang continues to do a wonderful job and is very warm and approachable. I highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs!

I truly love this dentist - everybody here is kind. I have had multiple insurance changes and they always take my insurance, they have all of the best tools and technology. They helped me with my night guard and to whiten my teeth, and just with my regular upkeep. I feel like they definitely have my health and wellness as a priority, and I can honestly say it’s my favorite dentist I’ve ever been to!
