The Richloam trail provides for a peaceful walk through some beautiful woods if you're willing to make the trek. I managed to walk four miles of the North loop before running out of daylight and having to return the way I came and after looking at a map it appeared I had only gone about a third of the way around the loop so make sure you bring everything you need as the trail is quite long. The majority of the trail is shaded by the trees and there is plenty of wildlife if you pay attention so I'd definitely recommend visiting this trail if you're in the area. Just make sure to wear some boots or something you don't mind getting wet as there was some pretty deep mud near the beginning of the trail.

This trip to the area involved a 15 mile bike ride down the trail. It was a hot sunny day but the tree covered Trail was cool and somewhat comfortable. I found it interesting I saw 12 Turtles an otter, two snakes, a hawk and 10,000 squirrels. From what I read the trail is 28 miles with only one small Bend. Trail is also extremely flat. If you're looking for Hills or a interval high intensity workout this wasn't it. This was a good workout with a steady pace, no cars or cross traffic to worry about and very few other people.

Walked the South Loop. Didn't see anyone on the trail and the trail looked like it gets very little traffic. The best part of the trail is walking the path next to the river - I was surprised the trail didn't have more traffic on the paths.

Amazing place to go off road and see wildlife. Very wet in some places. Wide roads to access trails

The Florida wildlife management areas are beautiful areas to walk around, explore, hunt, enjoy nature. Beware if hunting season and always be safe out and about.

This is definitely a peaceful place to go. You don’t have to worry about the dogs running around here as much. Most people I have met here are pretty respect for a responsible. Taking my kids back here soon so they can learn the tree life.

Great for Hunters, wildlife enthusiasts and just to get away from the busy city life. The General store is a must visit.

There's nothing to hunt here. Came searching for hogs and went home without seeing one. 48 hours searching for hogs in this piece of land, not one sighting... one of the many public lands where there is no game at all... a shame.

Quite a beautiful place. Nice trails for off-roading. Plenty of space and natural obstacles to spend the day out here. There's a general store before the trails start, which is like stepping back in time. Friendly people, the banjo guy was awesome.

Peaceful. Great for fishing or just relaxing. Wouldn't really recommend swimming because there are alligators in the water.
