The worst bar with disgusting men working security. They pick up women by their waist to move them and will use pepper spray on young girls. I cannot believe the absolute disrespect of the security working there, and am shocked that this bar is still in business. The police were called over and they said they hate this bar, get called every night due to an issue with their security, but can’t do anything because it is a “private security company” working for Keyes bar. If you want to go to a bar to be degraded and manhandled, this is the place to go. Note: man in brown jacket, security guard, and man in tie die are disrespectful and disgusting towards women.

This place is a ton of fun! On Friday and Saturday night they have dueling pianos and the guys have so much energy. They are very entertaining! The food is good too. Try the Fried Banana Peppers, they're delicious. I also has the macaroni and cheese with buffalo chicken. It was enough food for two, so consider sharing. My friend had the macaroni and cheese with barbecue pork and she said it was great too. I will definitely recommend this spot for a fun weekend night.

Came here to listen to the dualing pianos which was great. Bartenders when we first sat down were good. Then after shift change sat at the bar ignored the entire time couldn't get a drink because I guess we weren't one of their friends. Ended up leaving due to zero fricking service. That was today 10/14/23. Both bartenders sucked. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible terrible service!!!!

This place is dirty smelly and the food is inedible. The service sucks. The bathrooms are dirty filled with graphiti .do no not go here. The drinks were watered down the onion rings burnt . Tacos inedible

The Keys Bar & Grille at Gulf Coast Town Center in Fort Myers is a great place to go for all things delicious food and drinks in a cool atmosphere. I really like the space and everything that they have to offer on their menu here. The staff here is very hard working and makes sure that you have everything you need.

If you don’t like crowds, don’t go here past 4 o’clock. College bar, always has some thing going on at night. Friendly staff, but could be a little more attentive. Maybe I critique too much because I’ve been in the industry for 20 years, but the staff needs to be a little more attentive pay attention to the customers and the surroundings and faster. It’s not that difficult to talk with your friends while you’re making a drink and or opening of year… Especially when the bar is not full. Overall Good food good drinks, fun place to hang out during the day.

Great place to have a little bit of fun, have a few drinks and dance the night away. Usually it is a younger crowd. Service was great, especially for how busy they were.

Keys bar is always a good time. The staff is super friendly, personable and very attentive. Great atmosphere with great people. 10/10 recommend.

We went there with the SWF Dolfans club for the KC vs Miami dolphins game @ 9:30 am. Their Staff were absolutely fantastic. On top of everything all day. Never waited more than 2 minutes at the bar to get a drink. Just really great job all day and the bar was packed and kept everyone happy. Thanks to the Keys staff for giving us such a great place to watch the game.

Not good experience. Food took forever. Nothing can out at the same time. The let new cook, cook by themselves. She should not be a cook. Philly had pickles, that's what philly's have on them...... Pork taco smelled really bad and tasted worse. Ordered burger well done. It came out pink. Fies were not cooked all the way. Could be a cool place if they had someone that could cook. Not to mention look at the burger verse the bun. Servers and manger were nice and did their job well.

I had some bar food... French fries were awesome...loved them actually.... fish-and-chips and a Burger, you know, it comes out in a basket, not on a plate.... Not greasy at all and food is good... live music... inside / outside seating. It was good, everybody was nice, college kids drinking beer, not doing shots. I always stay clear when you're around a bar and people are doing shots of alcohol, but everyone was drinking beer being chilled, live music all good. Pool table too!

First time tonight. Wanted to grab a quick bite with my kids. Food was pretty good. Server was great. The restrooms however? Holes in the main door going in to the restroom. Stalls were all beat up. No lock and no handle on the stall door. Half of the main door is missing to the restroom. Made me wonder. if this is how the restroom looks? I wonder what the kitchen looks like? In my opinion it’s seen to many out of control college kids. If they cleaned up a few things it might be worth it. We may try again in the future.

Worst food ever. Food came out cold, not good to serve people cold fried popcorn shrimp and fish. Service was horrible as there was only one server, she only was quick when it came time for the bill. Draft beer was warm. The health department should probably do an inspection soon.

Quaint place, the entertainment was Fun. But the staff was terrible. I saw at least 5 young servers sitting around, but not a one asked me if I wanted a drink. Isn't that what they're supposed to do? I finally left after tipping the entertainment. I might go back, because I like going out, but if I am not treated like a customer, that's it!

Probably my favorite bar of them all. Incredible service from everyone and I love all the different events they do on a weekly basis. And the bartenders are the absolute best. Tyler, Pino, and all the rest are amazing.

This is definitely not a place to take kids for a Sunday lunch - or ever. Despite the name sounding as If it is kid-friendly it definitely is not. Strictly a bar and the employees definitely make you feel unwelcome if you do mistakenly try to give them business

This is definitely an underage drinking bar. Everyone here on Sunday looked like they were in high-school. Says they have karaoke on sundays but they only do once a week and not on Sunday. Staff was ok. Didn't stay long.

Great place for some day drinking. Ordered the fish and chips and it was good. The fish had more batter than fish though.

Absolutely disgusting!!!!! First it was 100 degrees in there !! Then my mozzarella sticks came and the center was freezing cold !! Pool table was dirty and disgusting . Then my husband went to the bathroom saw dead roaches on the floor and flies all over the place . Plus a ton of mold !!! I wouldn’t tak my dog here !!!

Came to the Keys Bar for a Sunday funday with some friends. They had great live music!! Griffin and Gianna were friendly and provided great service! Got some great apps and tasted delicious! Awesome food to munch on while having refreshing drinks! Will be back soon! Thank you Keys Bar!!!!

The only reason I will give this bar a 3 star is because the staff is friendly and courteous. But the owner could use a class in customer appreciation. My husband and I were regular customers every Friday and Saturday. With the hot weather upon us and no air conditioning I asked the owner if he was going to fix the air. He was rude and condescending to me and my husband and said he had bills to pay and if we did not like it we could leave. He could have spoke to us in a civil manner. Also the couple of fans he has does not work either plus they are dusty. This place needs a good cleaning including the ladies room. This could be a potential health hazard.

Very entertaining, love the dueling pianos. The staff was every short handed they had a full house with one waitress, but I have to say that they did there best to service everyone there and everyone had a great time. I would recommend this place. I think with the right staffing it could be a great place to go. Food was okay but it's a bar and grill, not a restaurant.

filthy place! Ladies room had no toilet paper,towels, or SOAP! Glasses had lipstick on them. One sweet waitress was expected to service entire place while two young men behind the bar did very little. Can't imagine what the kitchen looked like. We walked out after drinks arrived in dirty glasses. Came to see during pianos but that didn't happen!

We stumbled upon this place. The staff was great! Thank you Justin and Olivia. They said it is more of a college bar but we were welcomed. The food is delicious. It was recommended to come during daytime. We will definitely return.

The keys bar is an all around great time for any occasion. The atmosphere and the service is fantastic, highly recommend if you’re in the area!! Pino max and nico really make sure we had a great time.

Never never never again. We went here on a Saturday at around noon. Your shoes almost come off your feet with how sticky the floor is. The poll table was dirty, pool table balls were sticky, some of our food never even came out. Tacos had so much grease it poured out like hose when you picked up the taco, the salad was on the border of fresh but edible, fries were good but I'd be scared to see what the oil looked like it came out of

Attended The Keys Bar & Grille last Monday night and had a phenomenal time. On Mondays they have their weekly Beerpong night which drew it a huge crowd and tons of fun. With in the influx of guests the staff got, they were very efficient with how they were able to handle customers and make drinks. No matter how crowded the bar the staff was always super friendly and attentive. The drinks and the food I ordered (cowboy burger & chicken quesadilla) blew my expectations out of the water. I am a fan. I will definitely be back again-hopefully to win the Beerpong tournament next time!

Be careful going here nights. The entire team of bouncers assault the patrons, while stealing things out of people's pockets. My friend was asked to leave for no reason. He followed the bouncers instructions and headed toward the door, at which moment 3, 250-300 LB bouncers attacked him. He was lifted up by his neck off the ground, then put in a choke hold, he was taken to the hospital that evening after being thrown on the ground outside. Photos have been taken of all bouncers assaulting him. Keys bar and grill, get in touch with me ASAP, this is unnecessary and unacceptable behavior. We will be filing a law suit in a week if I don't hear from a manager.

I have been in a ton of dive bars that were dirty in a charming way but this place is in a league of its own. Dirty glasses, filthy bathroom with broken everything, the floor in the bar is so sticky your shoes would nearly fall off your feet. You couldn't pay me enough to eat actually food here.

The AC was cranked making it 10 degree cooler inside. Okay for a hot day, but it was only 65 outside. The show was entertaining and would have been better if we were able to understand them. The speaker system in the joint needs a serious overhaul.

I would rather give the money spent here to a homeless person then waste time eating here. Food was trash. Drinks were watered down and horrible. I never complain about eating out even if food is bad but felt obligated to save others from this disaster. 3 people running the entire place a bartender, waitress and 1 cook in the back. I would rather poke my eyes out with hot irons then go back here.

If you are looking for a night in jail, then I encourage you to go here. My group got beer poured on them, spit on and had to fight some punk FGCU college kids who thought they were tough guys. It's no wonder the LCSO opened a location at the mall, cause they run calls here constantly. This place is absolutely filthy disgusting, Department of Health has already been notified.

Entertainment was nice. Speakers make it hard to understand the singers a little. The food is the reason for the low review. The "hot" wing sauce wasn't hot but rather gross tasting. My wife had the boneless wings with BBQ sauce and it wasn't like any BBQ sauce either of us had ever eaten. Just nasty food.

I'm just saying, sitting outside on a nice day with a breeze and having to smell what I can only describe as a urinal isn't my idea of fun. Ordered a drink, was looking at the menu the decided I couldn't eat somewhere that smells like that. Staff was friendly and attentive but the place just needs a good cleaning.

Went there for dinner with my wife and 18 month old. I ordered a beer which when I got it was warm, I ended up drinking less than half of it. My wife and I both ordered burgers cooked medium. Food took forever to come out, especially since we were the only ones eating there, with one other couple at the bar just getting drinks. Food comes out cooked way past well done, at the tables looked filthy, and the high chair that we got for the little had so much food dried onto it, it was enough for a meal. Never going here again.
