I absolutely LOVE this dentist office; they are definitely consistent across the board. The front desk staff is pleasant and accommodating. I appreciate how punctual they are as well. Let me not forget to add how extremely clean the facility is and how high-tech they are with all of their equipment. It was my 3rd visit here (the first 2 times were for a cleaning); this time I came in for a filling (yikes, nerve-wracking), and of course, like many, I DO NOT like needles. I shared that with the tech, and shortly after, he came in the room with a laser machine (instead of a needle to numb the area). I was skeptical; however, they explained what the machine does and how it works (it’s the new thing). They were not lying when they said I would not feel anything; I felt nothing! The procedure was done in less than 10 minutes (NO LIE). They have changed how I feel about and see the dental industry.

Absolutely the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to. From the staff, the cleanliness, to the upgraded technology! Me and my husband are truly amazed every time we come for our appointments. Dr. Freddy is the best! And they make sure that we are completely comfortable! I highly recommend this place as your dentist home!

All Smiles of Ocoee is amazing.!! They're technology is top notch The people there are over and beyond friendly especially Amber I think she and I could have talked for hours. And Maya who is at the front desk made sure I felt welcome And then some. It's a family-owned business and everybody chips in and I think that is so wonderful. The inside is just as beautiful as the people in it. I am so excited to have this as my new dentist!! Truly a beautiful family and a beautiful place. Had an excellent experience with my evaluation and treatment at Smiles of Ocoee. The staff is very friendly, attentive and professional. Dr. Navarette was very thorough and took the time to go over the recommended treatment plan in detail, he and his staff ensured I understand exactly what was needed. They were also very flexible and accommodating with making appointments that fit my schedule. All in all I’m very happy with the care I received

This is my forever dentist- they have amazing top of the line dental technology that makes procedures quick and painless (but not more expensive than the other offices I've been quoted)! I've had a terrible phobia of the dentist since I was a child and haven't been since I was 11. I knew I needed to go, so I checked out the reviews and this office was 5/5 stars. I was terrified walking in, but they were so caring and gentle. I had 6 cavities 😵 but they are one of the few offices that use laser cavity treatment. I can't belive this technology exists! It zaps the cavity away leaving the most amount of healthy tooth behind- no drill, no pain, no shots, no numbing, no recovery period. All 6 were filled within an hour and I couldn't even tell which tooth they were working on. This office is truly amazing and I won't ever be scared walking in here again!

Service at this facility is phenomenal! Front desk, dental assistant, and the dentist himself were all beyond amazing with their customer service and treatment. Amber the dental assistant was a joy to deal with, very pleasant and made me feel like I was a long time patient, though it was only my 1st visit. Dr. Navarrete was kind, gentle in his practice, and communicative. He sets the standard for a dentist you Want to visit. They are out of my insurance network, but I'm considering getting their insurance just because of their customer service. Highly recommended!

I am one that typically does not like the dentist. I am usually anxious about the entire experience. At best, my experience with dentists have been subpar. However, at Smiles of Ocoee I had an amazing experience! Before my appointment, Niya was very helpful answering any questions I had. I received the same treatment when I entered for my appointment. The atmosphere was welcoming and the establishment is very clean. Natasha made me feel so comfortable as she explained what she was doing. We shared some laughs throughout my time there. She also continued to check on me to make sure I was doing good. Then, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Freddy Mezquia. He was personable, detailed and made me feel like family. I did not experience ANY pain or discomfort. Did I also mention they have the latest technology to prevent pain/discomfort?! This was hands down the BEST experience I have had with a dentist. Please schedule your appointment. You won’t regret it! I’m so glad I found my forever dentist!

Without a doubt, it is the best dental office I have visited in Orlando. Crew is quite friendly, they have sophisticated equipment and everything is quick and painless. I recommend it.
