I absolutely love Kathleen. I was given a gift for Christmas to start laser hair removal treatment. I didnt think this is something I would ever do. The first session with Kathleen went great and the first session I immediately saw results. I am Italian and my hair grows thick and dark in certain places. Now I've been working with her for over a year and a half having other parts laser hair removed and I wouldn't change a thing. It has changed my life and it's unbelievable how I went from having to shave every other day to nothing.

I had a couple laser sessions a few years ago back in Cali, but it didn’t do anything until I went to Sleek Aesthetics. I have only had 2 sessions with Kathleen and I have noticed incredible results with her compared to plastic surgery offices! You can tell that Kathleen is very passionate about what she does and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Instead of achieving the promised permanent hair reduction, I noticed minimum to no difference in hair growth after 8 sessions. It felt like I wasted my time and money on a service that did absolutely nothing for me. When I called to express my dissatisfaction they were dismissive and unhelpful. They didn't take my concerns seriously and simply brushed me off. Overall, I strongly advise against using this laser service provider. They lack professionalism and fail to deliver on their promises. Save your money and find a reputable provider that actually cares about their clients.
