Marianne and Kelly from the office have made our moving so easy and smooth, this ladies do go above and beyond in their customer service. We were able to secure a townhome and make it our home for now. The place is very pretty and very comfortable, my unit is a new unit so everything has been perfect, new appliances, new floors. We have a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath very comfortable for us. We haven’t had any problems as of right now. Even the maintenance man has been has come and help fix small details has been so nice and helpful

I AM TYPING THIS IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST EXPERIENCE.... KELLY BEST IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST SHE GOT THE JOB DOWN I GIVE THIS PLACE 100 STARS IF I COULD JUST ON KELLY ALONE...... THANK YOU KELLY FOR YOU MADE PROCESS SEAMLESS AND FAST.....

The 5 stars are for Marianne only. She is by far e most amazing person to work with. Extremely organized always available, fast response, and just an over all well rounded person. As for the other young lady who works there, she is below acceptable standard, if office hours close at 6 the doors should not be locked and phone calls shouldn’t be ignored at 5:15 pm. She’s never actually in the office, she will however leave a clock in the door that says she will be back at a certain time however don’t expect her to be back at that time that’s happened to myself more than twice. Just unacceptable especially for future residents who need assistance. If you don’t want to be at work don’t apply for the job.

Kelly in the management office is amazing. She answered all my questions and took us on a tour of the units. The townhomes are so spacious, and I love the open concept living areas downstairs. The location is excellent for entertainment, shopping, dining and healthcare, as well as easy access to the local schools.
