AMAZING!!!! Authentic flavorful food and excellent value. Host was extremely welcoming and fantastic service. We have wanted to go for a while and they did not disappoint.

Spicy Pork Bulgogi was delicious. Kids also like their kids beef and chicken bowl, also their spring roll. The service was just a little slow as they are in need of help as posted on their wall.

This place is amazing and one of sarasotas best korean bbq places. Charlie is super nice and always welcoming, its a small family owned shop that provides superb food but if your in a rush or impatient then I would suggest going elsewhere. Its just him and his family working there and they can get busy. but its worth every second and cent.

This was so amazing!! I am so impressed! My son and I shared the dumplings and a bowl of the beef ramen and wow!!! I recommend to everyone! We will be back

Charlie is so personable and the food was absolutely fantastic! He gave us advice to find our perfect meals and it was stellar. It has such a great family atmosphere and feel! Highly recommend for great homemade Korean food.

Charlie and his wife are terrific! They give this restaurant a personal touch - even though it is just them working, they seem like they are never rushing and try to spend time with all their customers. The tofu soup is better than some of the ones I got in large cities where there are multiple options. I would come back just for that!

This restaurant is a must to experience. Family owned and operated for lunch and dinner on Bee Ridge Rd - just east of Macintosh Rd on the North side. Korean dishes for every appetite with choice of mild medium or hot on the heat scale. I ordered mild and it was delicate and delicious. The service was impeccable. Check it out.

This is the gem of the SE Sarasota restaurant scene. We go here every Sarasota visit (and hear loyal locals chatting with Charlie at the counter). Take out is great, but even better are the fresh courses brought too hot to indulge in immediately and the meats grilled in the middle of the table. We love everything on the menu, usually over-order, and happily wake up to leftovers the next morning. Thank you, Mr and Mrs Charlie, for bringing your flavors to town!

Had an incredible experience with Charlie. What a host! He created such a memorable experience for me & my husband as first timer diners. We ate & drank a fantastic meal, smiling & laughing from start to finish - it was truly a wonderful dinner.

I went in a noob and the owner/chef explained everything about his menu and how to enjoy the food. It was honestly my favorite restaurant experience in years. Awesome food, awesome service, and very clean. It just has yet to blow up. He helped on the grill and explained why he cooked it the way he did and how to best enjoy the meats with the sides and rice. Definitely give this a try, I am very satisfied.

A very nice restaurant small quiet very good food. We had the grill for 2 with beef short ribs and beef. It was packed with flavor in every bite. Only thing I wish is they had a spicier sauce but definitely worth it. Also wish the sampler appetizer had 4 and 6 servings on it so it can be split evenly. I wouldn’t mind if it was a couple dollars more.

I love Charlie’s! He was amazing, when you order the BBQ and Bibimbop he will make sure it is cooked to perfection! The Kimchi Ramen was exquisite.

Great family restaurant! Charlie (The Owner) was an excellent host, and the food was phenomenal! My wife and I had The Grill #34 for two…delicious! We’ll definitely be back.

The service is excellent even it is only only server. Every time the server served other table, always stopped by to check on us and also showed us the proper way to grill the meat. It is not all you can eat, but the portion is decent and they use good quality meat.
