This is a bit long but worth the read......My son has special needs, he's been wanting to go Go Kart riding but was really afraid because of a past experience. From the minute I called K1 Speed to ask some questions to the minute we left I was extremely pleased with their customer service. It started with Sergio who answered all my questions when I called and finished off with Patrick, Stephanie & Junior. We took Sergio's advice and got there when they opened as to not have too many other guests there at the same time. I went to the front desk and Stephanie explained everything from pricing, to hours, what to expect during racing, etc..... At that point I explained my son's situation to Stephanie who very nicely called up her manager Patrick and another team member Junior. Both Patrick & Junior went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable. They allowed my husband and I to be the only ones racing while my son was on the track. Junior adjusted the speed on my sons kart so that it wouldn't go faster than what he could handle. My son had such an amazing time that he wanted to do it again. I was more than happy to oblige. He then played some arcade games and he left with the biggest smile asking when we'd be coming back. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU K1 SPEED ORLANDO for making our boy feel extra special on his 16th birthday and for making this a positive experience. You have no idea how much these special needs parents appreciate establishments like yours. All our best, D & J Rodriguez

So, my main issue is that they let people who are drinking alcohol drive in the track. Our group had two people who were doing shots at the bar and where clearly intoxicated, one of the old guy who was drinking was crashing into people and screaming obscenities at the other drivers, my girlfriend include, and if you dare to pass them they will crash into you purposely to make you lose control and lose speed, the whole group crashed very bad into me due to this twice, the first crash was because they crashed into someone making them lose control and spiral which then the staff had slow down for a moment the whole track, which made my go kart stop and have almost everyone behind me crash into me video attached in the review. Thanks to those crashed which where not an accident and were aggressive, my neck and arm hurts. I raised it up to management and they said that they were going to talk to them and listed their name so the staff is paying attention to how they are racing and they even pass by us while I was talking to the manager and they did nothing, they let them race again without talking to them and they were still crashing into people in the next race. The karts are okay but please look somewhere else if you trying to have just fun, and more if you have kids with you, thankfully we didn’t have kids in our group because it got pretty dangerous and unsafe.

OK, so we had high expectations and we stopped here for a different experience than going to the Florida parks. This place was a huge disappointment. 😞 It took forever upon arrival to get checked in and to pay for our races. They were only two groups in front of us and I believe we waited in line for about 30 to 40 minutes after we entered our information at the kiosks. As we waited for our race, we stopped at the bar to get soda and water. The young lady working the bar seemed be a little high or off or something was wrong with her. She kept stopping, forgetting orders, putting her head down, laughing and giggling being really silly for no apparent reason. We went with a group of five, and when it was our turn to race, we were given the rules and we put on helmets and were seated in the go karts for another 15 minutes until another race completed. There were a few kids with us too from another party. The other race paused several times, and there was a big incident where someone was actually bleeding. 😱 people were running and everything! We should have requested a refund and gotten out of the karts at that moment, but we didn’t. Right before our race was to begin, they added one last person to the race who had his own helmet maybe a regular or an employee. We would’ve had much more fun without this character joining us. The race started and as we were trying to get a feel for the kart figure out how they work testing speed, the clown they let join crashed into me several times. He was not only smacking into me, he was smacking into several people trying to make his time and not one time did they pause the race for him or ask him to stop what he was doing or remove him. Me trying to speed up to go away from this person made a mistake when I was going into a turn and I hit another car pushing gas by accident instead of the break and immediately the race was paused and I was removed from the race with the other person I ran into. One booboo and removed? 😮😱 The teen I hit and I were both pretty certain that it was not on purpose and as we were talking, he agreed that someone was hitting everyone. His father and his mother was watching the race and also agreed that it was crazy that we were removed and there was a person that was continuously hitting other people trying to make a time or something. We paid for 2 - 12 lap races and I did not want to continue to participate in the last. I was all done. My oldest daughter did not want to proceed either. My husband was pissed and informed them before they started the next race and told them that guy that they added in the previous race hitting folks not to be added to his last race. With him being removed, they had a smooth race. We were sorry we wasted my husband’s money, but it just was not worth the headache to me after the first experience. And I would certainly not recommend. Please get adults to monitor this operation. Was a huge disappointment.

My son had a blast, although it would great to have a discount for local residents. Recommend thin driving shoes (non-thick soles) so you can feel the pedal to drive the most efficient, faster and more control. Staff friendly and polite (they even agree for the cost giving 10%-15% for local residents would be a marketing benefit)

Let me tell you what, I usually go to K1 Speed in Phoenix, and usually fly down there to participate in the Challenge Grand Prix. I’ve never been to the Orlando location before, but today, on July 23 2023, I went here for the very first time. These staff are of the utmost professional, clean, customer service/business-oriented, and friendly people I’ve ever encountered. They know exactly what’s going on and they do a wonderful job in such a clean and fun facility. Stephanie at the front desk was more than helpful, and extremely friendly. She was such a doll! I am so happy to have had the opportunity to go to Orlando‘s K1 Speed while in town for a different matter. I will be back again next time. I am in Florida. Awesome job. 10/10 highly recommend. !

We went to K1 Orlando for my bachelor weekend. Had an incredible time! I’ve been to a few K1’s and this was by far the best one yet. HUGE shout out to Josh G who I believe was the manager. He went above and beyond for us and it made all the difference. I’d plan another trip to Orlando just to go back and Race and K1 and work with Josh again. He definitely made our experience better than expected and that was more than we could have asked for. THANK YOU JOSH! I have the K1 Cup displayed at home as I write this haha

Went on a Saturday night and the crowd was a lot lighter than we were expecting which was a pleasant surprise. I love the new location, a lot more space, larger track, more arcade games which aren’t overpriced, pool tables, bowling alleys, bar and plenty of seating. Prices have went up but what hasn’t so expect to spend a pretty penny. The camera add-on is a nice feature which for $5 was probably the best spent money we blew there. Overall a great time, prices could be more reasonable if they expect to get crowds like those of their competitor Andretti’s.

Came in today with my partner in crime Kayla , the place is very clean and very much new and amazing atmosphere. The staff is super nice and are great at teaching new riders. There was one young man with a man bun I believe acting as manger on duty he was really amazing. He took care of us when my cart ran out of juice in the middle of my lap. And whenever there was a crash or incident the staff responds immediately and left a really good impression on how much they care about their customers safety. 10/10 would recommend K1 speed to friends and family.

This was our family first time at this instablishment. Which we were very excited to come try out. The racing part with the instructions being given was very unprofessional. The young man did not wait when asked to give a second so I could figure out the helmet size and have my son make sure it was on correctly, being that there was no help for that particular part. Being we were a party of five. That was very annoying to me. There were two different activities that took the money from the card and did not work. This took a worker about twenty-five minutes to address the situation, which was putting the money back on the card. There is no service to the games (pool table, bowling). The food service was okay. We asked for condiments that never came. The women bathroom smelled like an outhouse. Our overall experience is that they enjoyed racing. But you have to be careful with that. My daughter leg got hurt from being crashed into, so just be careful .

Man this place was pretty awesome actually!! I have to admit When I went in I didn’t know really what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. The carts are super fast! The group I was with apart of got bumped around a little but the attendants were very accommodating and managed all the carts really well. It’s go carts so you get bumped around a little but had a lot of fun. Also I liked the element the carts were electric so you didn’t have all the fumes indoors to deal with. Great place!

Seriously some of the most friendly and helpful staff on the track and behind the counter. The track was clean and did not smell at all. The track staff made sure everyone was sized for their helmet and had a neck gator, checked everyone's seatbelt / harness. The track was fast and cars were too. It was hard when you would have a slow driver or driver that was inexperienced as they would end up stopping the track race because they were stuck. With 12 drivers on the track at once you would have 4 drivers get 19 laps in, but the rest of the drivers are 7-9 laps. Hardly seems fair for a $25 drive. May want to group drivers depending on experience and of course family/friends. Overall 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!

Awesome! How Many Words Is 500 Characters? Answer: 500 characters is between 71 words and 125 words with spaces included in the character count. If spaces are not included in the character count, then 500 characters is between 83 words and 167 words. According to research by Miller, Newman, and Friedman, "the average length of a function word was 3.13 letters; for a content word the average was 6.47 letters." To get the estimates above, we assumed that words in sentences range from 4-7 letters. We also assumed that sentences have 15-20 words and paragraphs typically have 100-200 words and 5-6 sentences. What Counts as 500 Characters? A character can be any letter, number, punctuation, special character, or space. Each of these characters takes up one byte of space in a computer's memory. Some Unicode characters, like emojis and some letters in non-Latin alphabets, take up two bytes of space and therefore count as two characters. Use our character counter tool below for an accurate count of your characters. How Many Sentences Is 500 Characters?

Giving it 2 stars because the front staff working the front desk and the bartender were great! However, everything else was incredibly frustrating. The pricing is more expensive than other places, which would have been fine if the race staff had some customer service: *They were all drinking on the job, there was lots of plastic alcoholic drinks on the stand *You get lockers that don't lock or they don't give you a key to *Our party sat there for a good 10-15minutes for no good reason that we were aware of. We just kept seeing a group of 4 guys going in and out and then having a little meeting while we were all seating there. It's hot as hell with the helmets and face socks, all of us had no idea what was holding them up until the person at the beginning of the go kart had to ask what was happening. Then they only told the person who asked, what was happening while the rest of us were waiting in our go karts like 🧍🏻‍♀️ *Finally after waiting around, it started. At first I didn't 'let pass' my boyfriend. Sure that was on me - but I received the warning 2 more times for some odd reason??? While others that were driving aggressively and even spun me out weren't told a damn thing! *A friend in my party encountered slow drivers that would not let him pass and no warning was issued Regulate all drivers properly!!! That was the most infuriating experience we've ever had in a go kart place. Avoid this place and save your hard earned money-

Our party of 14 had a fantastic time at K1Speed Orlando. We did the three race package (3 races of 12-15 laps) and spent about 2 hours total there across the prep and races. 12 can race max at one time, so we swapped out a few racers between race 1 & 2. The staff was extremely friendly from check-in to finish. The facility was very clean. Helmets and face masks where very clean and came in all sizes to fit our party. During your break between races, K1Speed does put out other racers to compete. This allows the karts to be re-charged as needed. So the races are not one after another, you get 15 minutes or so between races. Karts where in excellent shape, fast and well handling for the course. Course was clean and challenging enough for our party. Only issue we had was during the championship race our lead driver broke his chain after lap 2 and was not able to finish. Even had a chance to meet "Flash" a young racer who holds the local track records. Overall we had a blast, would come back here again as a small or large group.

Took my family here the facility is pretty nice we race a lot at a different indoor place. I’m use to fairly long waits but the staff lied to me told me a 2 hour wait then after 2 hours told us we missed the call out. One member of our party was listening the entire time and we never left the building the staff was disrespectful and didn’t care they wasted our time. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

The track is cool, but we paid a lot of money for this and it was our first time. My car in the first race was slower than the others, but what's worse is that my daughter's car stopped totally 2 laps in and had to be reset? and then again and again until she was finally switched to a different one. We all had to be under caution for half the race. She didn't get more than 2 laps in a working car. This race shouldn't have counted or should've been extended. We paid for 12 laps. They should've been fast laps. Our second race was fine.

Loved loved loved. The staff were absolutely wonderful who went above and beyond after having the worst experience at Andretti. Catered to us like we were family and made sure our son had the best time after being let down at Andretti. Wish we had one here in the Coeur D'alene Idaho area.
