We just got back from a trip to Disney last week. We made sure to catch this show as our kids are big Frozen fans. You have to arrive a half hour before the show in order to secure a seat and then wait in an area that is warm and not well ventilated before being let into the theater single file. Quite honestly, once the show started, we were very disappointed with how LITTLE Anna and Elsa were in the show. Anna makes a quick appearance in the beginning and Elsa only is in the last 4 minutes of the show. The remaining half hour of the show was lead by two narrators that have NOTHING to do with the movie and are more concerned with jokes that the adults can understand when this show is ONLY really for the kids. Additionally, the show mainly just has clips from the movie that we have all seen a hundred times. Personally, if I'm in Disney, I'm there to see the characters and our impression was that the characters would be singing the songs! I think that would have been so much more magical! My son even made a comment during the show stating, "What is going on? Where are Anna and Elsa?" We were very disappointed to end our day at Hollywood Studios seeing this show and would much rather have spent our time on one last ride!

So very underwhelming! Elsa only appears for 2 minutes at the very end, the rest is watching the songs from the movie (yes, frozen 1 movie) with two unknown live characters telling jokes the kids donā€™t even understand (they call themselves the Arandelle historians), these 2 tell the story from the first movie as the songs come on the screen, with a few ā€˜ā€™ mistakesā€ that are meant to be funny but fall short. At the very end, and for half a song, Elsa finally appears - wearing a cheap looking costume; pretty sure one can buy better dress and better wig at Party City. Canā€™t believe we wasted a lightning lane pass on this one.

December 2021 - my family had a good time on relaxing and watching a good show. Yes, most of the characters only come out for a short time but I loved the story from the two on the stage. I thought they did a great job retelling a store most parents have seen a million times. Kids were screaming if it was wrong, laughing and singing. My only beef is 2 things: 1. We got in at the last second while they were seating us. We missed something at the beginning. Would have been nice for everyone to be seated before starting. 2. Lights were shining into the seats and it was hard to watch at times towards the end. Overall: good show and worth going to. Parents you get to relax and the kids will love it. My 3 daughters under 10 wanted to go again.

This was a show that we have been wanting to see for quite some time. They recently opened up the show so it was one of the main attractions for us to go to Hollywood studios. Our daughter is a huge Frozen fan and we couldnā€™t pass it up. You do have to be there early and twice we missed it but fortunately the third time we made it and it was a great show. I do wish that we got more of Anna and Elsa and it wouldā€™ve been nice to see Olaf. Anna shows up in the beginning and Elsa shows up in the end. I was nervous because during Let it Go she didnā€™t show up but at the end she did and all was good. Obviously you have to see the show if you have a daughter or are a Frozen fan.

A surprisingly fantastic sing-a-long show that I thoroughly enjoyed. The Royal Historians, Aria and Just Eric, make the whole show worth it, telling fun jokes and commentary throughout. I'm still reeling at how good they made it! The singing is also a lot of fun with great special effects. Just good vibes throughout

This was a first event of the day for a 6yr old who adores Elsa, and she really enjoyed it! The show is pretty loud, but it has a good pace and some fun interactions. The finale has a delightful "snowing" effect.

Last time I went it broke down halfway into the show so they made us leave. I came back yesterday and oh my gosh what a great show. Eric is so funny and his family was in the audience too ! It was very fun to sing all the songs at the top of your lungs and everybody is doing it too which was fantastic. We didn't get the best seat but it was ok . This is a show anyway would like . There was also some pg rated adult humor as well. Mentions of old yeller , Elton John, and more. The show has a basic script but it changes by the arendaleians commentary. The show is worth the wait and you can even see it multiple times and not have the same show. The fun doesn't have to end after the show, you can go meet olaf. Olaf does not give autographs in a book but has cards . A cast member told me he worked on those cards all winter. This is definitely a bit longer than usual or feels like it . But maybe like 5 minutes more than carousel of progress or laugh floor . Definitely coming again and again. Oh and also I had purchased a pressed penny from the machine and it had an issue, but the friendly cast members helped by providing us with a spare that they already had pressed. Thanks cast members for all that's you do !

My big kids and I had an absolute blast belting out the catchy tunes and joining in the icy fun. The talented performers had us hooked from start to finish with their amazing voices and hilarious banter. The interactive experience made us feel like part of the magical Arendelle world. It's the perfect way to cool down on a hot Florida day!

It's for adults too! The actors are really funny, entertaining the kids but also packing in lots of little jokes that only the adults will get. Really funny and a good opportunity to have a sit down. I'd recommend it for sure.

Located inside of Disney's Hollywood Studios. Admission required. You might think this is just a kid's sing-along for the same Frozen songs you've heard your child play a million times. I mean, yes it is indeed that, but the Adults will still enjoy this just as much and if not more than the kids. The "Royal Historians" are what make this 30-minute show so spectacular and hilarious with kid-friendly jokes that only the Adults will actually understand. During the holidays, expect to even get a special surprise appearance from Olaf himself!

Itā€™s not as our expectations! Elsa only appears for 2 minutes at the very end, and even Anna. the rest is watching the songs from the movie, and just keep saying the wrong stuff to let you laughing. At the end, and for half a song, Elsa finally appears, and Anna. The only good thing is getting a break from the weather outside! Donā€™t waste your time here go do more rides or even see other shows!

Wonderful show. My daughter loved it. Talented actors, great sound system. Nice special effects. Lots of seating, handicap accessible, friendly staff. Great show that everyone enjoyed. Runs about 30 minutes, every hour on the 1/2 hr.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: You should be aware that: - This is a live retelling of Frozen 1 with 90% of it being the songs from the movie playing on a screen with lyrics. - You will see real characters only 2 minutes at the very beginning and for about 8 minutes at the end. -The show is narrated by two unknown actors; ā€œthe Arendelle Historians.ā€ -If youā€™ve seen the Beauty and the Best show, THIS IS NOT LIKE THAT. For families with kids who love frozen I think this will be very fun for them. There were a few jokes for the grownups, but in general it is quite kiddie and definitely focused on singing, not seeing your favorite characters live. Personally, for an adult with no kids who loves Frozen, the show fell flat until the last 8 minutes or so when Elsa finally comes out to sing with Anna. The historians were annoying for the most part. The female historians took the attention away from other actors while they spoke, which I found visually confusing as a spectator. Overall, recommended for families with children. Not so much for adult Frozen lovers.

Hilarious and fun show. A great place to be on a hot day too. The Arendelle historians crack me up. If your kid loves Frozen they will love seeing Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf while singing some of their songs. Bonus for the snoap!!!

LOVED THIS! Went in thinking it was for 3 to 4 year olds & needed a mid-day break from the heat. Wrong! The humor along with this awesome, light-hearted, fun show was just what I needed this afternoon. Go see it! You'll be glad you did!

The greatest thing in the show were the guy playing Eric, one of Arendelle residents. Great Job Eric, great job!

Super fun and entertaining sing-a-long stage performance featuring everyone's favorites from Frozen. If you like the Frozen songs and characters, this is a great and uplifting show.

If you have a kid that loves Frozen this is a must see. We tried the frozen ride in epcot because our niece loves Frozen and she was terrified of marshmallow and didn't like the ride. The darkness of it didn't help either. But this one is In a movie theater and should be your first choice for any fan of frozen. It's not scary and the sing along are fun. Definitely go here.

I was excited to watch this show with our boys but unfortunately was let down, my boys however really enjoyed the end. Even with fast pass, you're left waiting about 15 minutes until the show starts. The theater was set up nicely and it was nice and cool and comfortable inside. First of all the sound was WAY too loud OMG! Like seriously check the volume of your sound system. My ears were bleeding by the end of the show. For a show that went on for about 30 minutes, you briefly see Anna at the start and two random characters, once Anna leaves the stage you're then left with the two random characters who basically narrate the entire movie and that's where the sing a long parts come in. They try to be up beat and funny to keep us entertained but I was left rolling my eyes and just completely unimpressed and just annoyed. By the end of the show during the last 5 minutes all of the characters finally come out and they throw in a few surprises like soap sud into the audience as "magical snow" from Elsa, which was pretty cool and the boys really loved that but c'mon... they leave us hanging for majority of the show for the best part to come in at the very end. What was the point of the characters getting all dressed up, rehearsing their lines and having an amazing stage set up only to have the MAIN characters of the movie to come in for a measly 5 minutes at the end???!! You can do better Disney.

We used the genie+ lightning lane pass so we did not have to wait in line. However, once we were let inside, we were ushered into seats 5 rows from the front but off to the side rather than letting us pick one of the many middle of the room seats that were available. Like others have said, most of the show is movie scenes we have already seen a hundred+ times at home and two narrators with dad jokes who have NOTHING to do with either of the movies. Olaf would have been a much better narrator for this show, but we only get to see him for a minute at the end. You see Anna and Kristof a few times and Elsa shows up at the end with Olaf. Would love to see this show with more time with our favorite characters and with real singing, not just lip syncing.

Believe it or not, Iā€™ve never seen Frozen. Today my husband and I went to the Frozen ā€œForeverā€ sing-along show, and it was one of the most fun things that we did all day. It was a nice way to catch up with the story, and the actors who portrayed the historians did a fantastic jobā€¦ It was funny, it was moving and the finale when everyone sings ā€œlet it goā€ together and Elsa ā€™magicallyā€™ creates snow all over the audience ā€¦was fantastic!!!
