    Lazy molasses walking do nothing employees it's been like this for years they have absolutely zero work ethic .. manager should be fired and replaced.. recommend use a different Walmart youll save yourself hours ..

    Wait times wayyy to long and customer service sucks. I've tried to have a tire checked for a leak twice in the past week . Sunday was a 5 hour wait so I was told to come in early on a weekday. Came in at 8am this morning and an hour later my car had not been touched. Walmart has lost my business for good.

    This Walmart is terribly mismanaged. Got here at 7am on a Saturday for an oil change. Was second car in line. The person who checks in cars was over 15 minutes late. An oil change takes 20 minutes with no wait. It's 9:45 and my car is still out side. Was told they only have 2 techs. It appears they are taking cars out of sequence! Looks like a 3 hour oil change!! I wish I would have read the prevous reviews! Walked out after 3 hours. NOBODY was doing oil changes the entire time!!! They were only working on tire orders. The clerk didn't bother telling me. I would have left sooner instead of wasting my time! I figured it out since my car didn't move the entire time. Spoke to a Manager who seemed not to care. Obviously they would rather work on installing tires rendering much higher sales rather than their techs wasting time on low dollar measly oil changes. Like I said there were 2 techs and I was the second in line at 7am and 3 hours later no oil change. Profits first, people can wait. Will never be back!!!

    By far the BEST customer service I have ever seen at any Walmart ever! Got new tires that were special order. They went above and beyond to get me tires on time. Thank you so much!!!

    Same experience as the other reviews. Multiple people standing around in the shop. Was told 4 hour wait on one occasion and at least 3 hours on another. That department needs new management. It is a joke back there. Picked my online ordered tires up and took them down the street to osteen auto, mounted and out in 15 minutes, not even exaggerating. I stood in line longer than that just to pick them up at walmart.

    Ok so I’ll start off with the good: the tech that got me in and took my keys, nice guy, very professional. The Bad: Made an appointment to get tires installed. Came in early, decided to wait for the truck to be done… that was a mistake. Got in at 9:30am (appointment was at 10am). They didn’t get my car in the shop until 10:30, put it on the lift, then it sat there until 12:00pm when they finally decided to start taking tires off the truck. This would be understandable if they were short staffed or swamped with cars, however they are not swamped and there are 4 diff techs stocking oil… what good is making an appointment for a certain time if you have to wait 2 hours to even get the work started?? Needless to say it was less than professional and it will be the last time I take any of my vehicles to Walmart for tires. Should have known 🤦‍♂️.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an appointment at 3 o’clock. They checked me in around 2:50. Received a text message about an hour later, saying that they started on my vehicle. Finished up shopping. Went back there. About 30 minutes later and my car was still sitting in the parking lot not started. Then Ronaldo comes out and tells me I should’ve pre-paid and that they don’t even have my tires in stock. I spoke with two different employees. Neither of them telling me I need to pre-pay anything. Go outside point to the tires that they said were there for my car that he just lied to me saying they weren’t and then an hour after that I could finally leave. The manager Anthony went to go speak with him, but nothing happened. So even if you have an appointment, I would definitely have someone drop you off and have a car because nothing happens quick at that place.

    Went in to get my oil changed closed to when they opened and it took 2 and a half hours for them to finish it, pretty ridiculous considering there was only one person ahead of me and he had to wait just as long as me. There were 3 techs working jor I should say not working with 10 people after me waiting in line. There was only one person working the front desk and she was kind of slow so I wouldn't even give them one star,not acceptable Wal Mart! P,S.had to give them one star to be able to post my comments, but they don't deserve it.

    All I did was call to see if they would answer their phone because l lost my phone in walmart.nobody in the whe store answered the phone when I called except for the vision center.i had to drive back up there from Orlando to see if my phone was there and thank goodness it wS in customer support.

    Had to swing in and get a tire swapped after blowing one driving a friend to the hospital. They did a good job and finished faster than I expected. Good work. 👍

    Had the oil changed The service was excellent. They even corrected the tire gage. The indicator kept coming on , pressure low. Much appreciate the service here.

    I understand you guys don't care about customer service, but, it would be amazing if you could answer the phone when someone calls so you could tell them over the phone that you aren't doing the very job you're open to do that day so I wouldn't have to waste my life driving down there and wasting my life standing in line for 15 mins to be told that very thing. I don't expect much service these days but good gravy y'all...

    Unfortunately we had a flat tire and Walmart Auto Care Center was the only place open on a sunday. The service staff was amazing. We did have to wait 3 hours because there were appointments ahead of us. We totally understand. But when it was our turn they expedited the service and we had a brand new tire! Again Thank you to the Service Staff and mechanics! Well done!

    Literally got sent away because they wanted me to go inside to look up the warranty paperwork for my tires. They said I would need to get behind the 10 car line just because they needed to look up the warranty info.

    I've been going here for years for oil changes and getting tires! If you time it right, you get in and out in a timely manner, or you can just drop your vehicle off. Ordering tires, so I like the process, especially if you can do it online and better through the Walmart app. After you confirm and pay for tires online, they direct you towards scheduling an appt to get them taken care of. Let me tell you, this auto center has come a long way, and there are still times it may be very busy (and that happens), but most of the time, it is very reasonable. I've dealt with the people there like Mike, Glen, Tony, & Lenny,.. all very nice guys.

    My wife went in today for an oil change today at 8 am. At 10:15 she asked for the keys back, as the car had not moved or been touched in 2 hours. The manager(your picture is on the wall dummy) could not be bothered and walked away from her. Terrible customer service. Will never attempt to use this center again. An oil change does not take long, nor was the center entirely busy. Have some pride in your work and concentrate on shop flow. It's not a difficult task

    Came by to get my tire pressure checked and refilled. Waiting for half and hour at the tire garage while 7 other people were at the lube garages. No one could be bothered to come talk to me or even the woman in front of me. Then as the woman in front of me was backing up to get service a worker jumped in front of me with someone else’s car and stared at me like I was in the way. Even though I was in line. I’ve never had this issue with any other Walmart. They are clearly understaffed and rude.

    local. busy. accurate. it seems retailers are holding back on products, services, but charging more; and then blaming covid. i would love to see what products are really being stashed in the warehouse area, as opposed to stocked. it's time to move forward... my opinion ♡

    I like the convenience of being able to bring my car in for service close to the house. The only reason for the 4 stars is they need to give their service drop offs a serious check either by numbers for customers or numbered parking spaces. Otherwise, after waiting an hour on a Saturday morning people just cut in front of you even though you say something to the service lady. We honestly won’t be back unless something is done.

    it was horrible, went in at 10:45 with appointment did not leave til 2. they also did not communicate very well at all. many people aggravated. too expensive to be sitting around all day. not happy.
