Brought my truck in to have U joints put on the drive shaft, started down the road 60 miles an hour drive shaft came off my transmission head it towed back to Tire Kingdom my only vehicle to get back and forth to work. Tony said no problem we'll take care of you we got your rental car 1 to 2 days. End up having it for 2 weeks I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on Tony kept reassuring me he would take care of me got a bill for $795 for the U-joints and $1,500 for two week car rental needless to say I got stuck with the whole bill thanks Tony do not go to Merritt Island Tire Kingdom store Tony will not take care of you. Let's see how he replies to this review. Well here we are 6 months later. I go to have my oil change somewhere else and this is what I find transmission hanging on with two bolts broken casing Tire Kingdom assured me before I drove off in it that they went through the transmission to make sure everything is fine.Tire Kingdom you can call me if you want to fix the problem, it's a principle and integrity issue I don't have the time or money to fight with you.

Worst experience ever! 3 full 10 hour days later this is how I get my truck back. Charged me around 700 dollars to unmount my stock tires and rims and mount 4 new previously balanced rims and tires. What a joke, can’t get any help, from management or corporate. If I pay for a service I expect the service to be completed or my money refunded. Working with the bank and lawyers now to get this right. Don’t use this place no matter what, they are clueless. Tire dump should be the name of the place!!

This is the best store with the best staff representing Tire Kingdom. Very honest in every aspect. I have used them in the past but the quality of these professionals NOW is beyond anything I have ever experienced in the past. The shop is clean and the attention to detail made my day! Haley, as the service manager, was both honest and knowledgeable, she quoted a price that was fair and better than any other store. The work performed was of high quality. Lou, as the store manager, made sure I was informed of the all the post repair warranty information. I feel they took a personal interest in providing service above and beyond my expectations. The attention was as if I was family......nice to see old style work ethics. I highly recommend this store and the staff to everyone that requires any automotive work. I feel safe and confident with the work that was done. You could go anywhere but it won't be as good as here! Probably cost a lot more too!

This is the best place that I have ever received an oil change they greeted me as I got out of my car by name explain my services and the price before taking my car into the bay inform me of the wait time which was actually shorter than what they had said also let me know of places in the area that I could get a bite to eat while I waited. Tony C was the gentleman that took care of me and he gave me VIP service he went above and beyond thank you very much Tony

John and the team at this location are fantastic. It gets busy at times, and John can always juggle the interactions to keep everyone engaged. The tech team is quick and efficient. I was towed in for a flat in an EV model with no spare. I made a Sunday appointment and got my car done the same day. I used to avoid TK from experiences 20 years ago. This location has earned my business again.

I had a tire come apart mid day on SR 528 while on my lunch break an after calling around I found that my tire size was pretty much non existent even Walmart didn't have it..I called up Tire Kingdom an sure enough I had a number of options to choose from, within minutes I had a lock on what I needed with help From Hailey an was on my way to drop off an pick up my new tire. In-store was a breeze an I was in an out in under a half hour. Store was clean, MOD was funny an polite and Joey the Tech was quick an on point. I Got a Good Tire For a Great Price!! Thanks again I'll Be Back!!!

Came here on a last minute call with a decent size bolt in the tire. Everywhere else couldn’t get me in, I showed up 30 minutes prior to close and they knocked it out right away. Clean work and excellent service, I’ll be taking my truck here for future service from now on. Need new tires soon for my vehicle and my wife’s. Outstanding work gentlemen

This place is junk. Came in to get two tires. 600 l8r I went to another sister company shop and they said I need another two tires as the ones they moved to the front also needed to be changed and they were unsafe to drive on. Upon calling about the issue, one of the representatives named Robbie I believe was not only rude, but made me feel like that was my problem and fault and ultimately hung up on me on the phone. Screw tire kingdom and especially Robbie whom should be fired.

Manufacturing tolerances on molded rubber products is 3%, according to the RMA Handbook published by the U.S. Tire Manufacturers Association. On a 26" tall tire, that's over 3/4 inch in diameter. Next time you try to intimidate a customer into a sale by claiming wear from not rotating tires will "break the transmission", maybe don't say that to someone who works in the automotive manufacturing industry. But I understand why you got so angry. I'm sure it's rather uncomfortable being caught in a lie.

Extremely fast service! I needed a tire patched, made an appointment and visited the store. They had it done in under an hour. Huge shout out to Haley for helping me out! We were coming off of a cruise and had to drive back to Jacksonville, FL and was nervous to drive home with the low pressure light on. They were very helpful!

Attentive to care of the vehicle which I very much appreciate. It was a very quick and easy process! It shows that they care about the work they do. The waiting area is very nice and clean with beverage options. Highly recommend!

I bought new tires and had a couple service completed. From the first phone call to the completion of my service, Jesse and Cash (? I did not confirm his name, I’m sorry!) not only walked my through every step and got me taken care of for under my budget. I’m am extremely satisfied with my experience. This is the third time I have used this particular location for tires Today I needed 4 new tires and a front end alignment on the SUV. That is my daily driver. I made an appointment in advance. Knowing that the alignment could be an issue. And I am not one who likes to sit and wait. This location has a fairly comfortable waiting room with a nice TV in it and available coffee or water. There are vending machines for snacks and sodas. Though today, the soda machine was not working. I sat in comfort while the news was on and went over my emails. I was exceptionally pleased that they finished the work much faster than I had expected. The pricing was very reasonable on the alignment. They even gave me a discount on the tires in addition to the factory rebate The employees at this location have always been exceptionally courteous and helpful. This is certainly my go to tired joint as long as I live down in this area.

This hands down is the best tire kingdom in the area! I repeatedly have the best experience here. I can not say enough good things about the entire staff and the manager. The front desk girl is so positive and easy to chat with! The manager constantly makes sure you are comfortable and taken care of during your visit. It's extremely nice they have a 'luxury car specialist' on staff to handle all my cars wonky needs. I thought I would forever have to go strictly to the dealership to have my car serviced but they are able to take care of it all. Way cheaper and WAY better service. I highly recommend this store. As a female i feel confident bringing my vehicle here, i know i won't get overcharged or upsold on things i don't need.

I've always had good service here. Today I bought 4 tires and an oil change, and was given some online promotions that I didn't know about, so that was lovely! I needed a battery late on a Saturday afternoon a couple of years ago, and they happily helped me on that day also. I've only had positive experiences here so far!

Haley and her crew were very helpful. They had my flat properly repaired, pumped up and remounted my spare and had me ready to go in a short time. I'm from out of state and I really appreciated the great service.

We got towed there with a flat tire while on our way to a time sensitive appointment. John and the crew went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Would highly recommend them.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from this store. The Oil pan washer nut was never installed causing a leak all over my pavers. This leaks for a month and when I went to store they asked “why did it take so long to come back” I explained that I never saw under my car until I parked in another spot. Not in drive way. They fixed the leak but, offered cleaner for drive way. This did nothing. Now my new paver driveway looks bad. To top it of the over filled my tires 15 percent over max pressure. I asked for district manager and they have not passed info along. I want them to send a power washer to.clean driveway. Received an email that I would get a call from owners or district manager. Still haven’t received a call. Called corporate and still nothing. They know the messed up and don’t want to fix the problem. Stay away from this business. Many other places for tires and service. After they sent one of the tire techs out on his day of with dollar store cleaner the problem is no better. Corp has not follow up with me and basically blew off the problem. My drive way as most people’s should not be oil stained by mistakes that are caused by simply not installing a washer. I would like me driveway corrected!!!

Great prices on tires, excellent Merritt Island location, fast and efficient service, seriously, what's there not to like?! John, Haley and the entire TK team made our Highlander tires and breaks as painless as possible. We'll be coming back as regulars now.

Lou was a huge help! Called in close to their closing in need of a new tire, I explained my situation and how I needed it that day so I could make it to work the next morning. He was very understanding and accomadated my request despite only having one employee working that night. The other employees I interacted with were very friendly and nice as well, great service!

Update: Greg the district manager was willing to listen to my complaints of poor customer service and assured me he was on-site today to rectify the situation, added 1 star. Go to Pep Boys... I had my brakes replaced here 6 months ago for almost $500, and my rear brakes need to be replaced already. I was told firmly that I would still be charged for labor and services if they were replaced under warranty. Less than 6 months ago I had my window motor replaced for $400. It was just replaced AGAIN by someone else for HALF THAT PRICE, same job. When I asked for the service manager's name today I was told I could call corporate and hung up on. 2 stars because Alex at corporate was nice.

We had a tire going down and pulled in at around 4:00pm. They got us in, got it patched, and we were on our way in 45 minutes. Very friendly and professional service!

Had my Truck inspected before a long road trip, They recommended some inexpensive things I could do on my own and charged me zero.

Place is a JOKE!!! Wish I could give "zero" made an appointment 4 tires plus balancing guy there was totally RUDE!!! said you waiting, me yes, well will be 3 hrs, them knowing up front I intended to wait, whats the point in an on line appointment system? will take my business else where!!!!
