Super friendly staff and members, really awesome equipment, and 24/7 access, every day. There are some notes that are a bit much, like "do not use benches as phone holders, if this happens I will get a call and you will be gone" and those kinds of things, and they're reasonable rules, but it comes off as the owner, whom I do not know, is on a power trip or something. It's the only thing that makes this place from being perfect.

Just started going here and I'm loving it. Its open 24 hours a day and has a fantastic old school iron pit feel to it. An excellent selection of classic machines and benches plus dumbbells that roll all the way to 150lbs a piece.... for me, there's nothing better. Plus you don't have to worry about having some annoying buzzer going off if you are getting to loud or your dumb bells make some noise.... looking at you planet fitness. Bottom line, if you're looking for a gym to actually lift in and truly push yourself then you can stop searching because Power Shop is it.

Best gym in plant city. I was trying to hit a PR on the bench press and i was struggling to get my last rep, closed my eyes(to get more power of course) and a top notch member Ellis had his hand on the bar spotting me. Didnt ask him. The place is full of people who are happy to help. Wish more places where like this.

They have a friendly staff and a FANTASTIC trainer! They keep all of the guests safe and happy as they workout and not to mention the whole place is cleaned constantly, daily.

Open 24 hours. Reasonable prices. At least two of most exercise equipments/weights. Bathroom could use improvement, especially the hand dryer. Overall I would recommend this place.

I've been a member of 8+ gyms in my life and this is my favorite. Open 24 hours, not crowded and the value for your money is incredible. I love too that it's in the heart of downtown PC. LOVE the 70s/80s rock music-NEVER CHANGE THAT! It has an "old school" feel that I love. I've never had to wait around for equipment to free up so my workouts can be efficient, in and out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give this place a try :)

Just a heads up the 24hr door scanner is currently not working.

after almost 10 months working out here, all of the sudden they have an issue with kids sitting on the entrance bench.......new staff seems to have an issue about noise at a gym -.- my bad, I thought I wasn't at planet fitness.....pity year membership non-renewed.....

Personally only been there for a bit and go with a few friends & family equipment seems pretty good and the other gym members tend to keep to them selves but in my short time are quite nice, some people helped with my bench form being new and all.

Like going there for the steel weights never a lot of people there just good clean place staff real helpful and friendly

Best gym i have ever stepped foot in. Faculty was extreemly nice and helpful. Old school style with a touch of some modern machines. The Alley was one of the coolest things to train in as well!

Down to earth, old school. Minimal creeps. Excellent staff.

We are so enjoying our Power Shop Fitness! The workouts are a beast! The entire staff is engaged, they will make you accountable, it’s a community feel from the time you walk in, till you leave all sweaty and feeling accomplished for the day!! In my opinion it is a personal trainer experience at a fraction of the price! LOVE THIS STUDIO, and the staff could not be more amazing!

I work nearby and I cant compliment this gym enough. Its exactly what Im looking for in a workout especially being 24 hours. The staff is always friendly and even though the equipment isnt top of the line. It does the job. After a great workout this place really sets the mood for how I am throughout the day. I will always recommend this place above any gym in tampa
