What a nice and clean gym! There seems to always be plenty of room, no matter how busy they are. As a female, I personally feel safe going here. I always notice other people following the rules (like making sure to wipe machines down) and being respectful. The locker rooms and showers are pretty nice, and they even have a handicap accessible stall. They also offer a massage room too which is great for post-workout! All in all, my favorite PF location!

I was hesitant about joining Planet Fitness, as I had been going to Curves for years and loved it, but 7 months ago I finally joined. I am there 5 days a week on my lunch break and I have never had a negative experience here! I love the friendly management and staff, it is super clean (I have even witnessed the staff cleaning UNDER the machines) and this is my new happy place!!! I cannot imagine my days without it.

Pretty good place for the price a little more packed then I'd like and wish they would be open 24/7 but overall great place. My biggest dislike is several people not wiping machines after using them but no issues with the location itself.

Update from my review from 5 months ago. I am still going to PF just not as frequent due to a new work schedule, but that does not stop Raul from knowing what we are working on next when I do come in. He keeps the workouts affective and solid so that each person is focused on their needs. He makes the people, that I work out with, feel like family. He is great at multitasking and keeping the workouts fun! This Planet Fitness is awesome. They have a friendly staff and a FANTASTIC trainer! They keep all of the guests safe and happy as they workout and not to mention the whole place is cleaned constantly, daily. I work out with Raul daily and he is the best trainer I have had in my life. He listens to your story and designs a program that is right for you. I have even recommended this location to others and they are in the process of transferring over from another PF location.

Came in to see your facility while I was on vacation. There was a very sweet young lady by the name of Lexie at the counter when we came in. She had the sweetest smile and was so very nice and accommodating to help us. She answered any questions that we had and was very knowledgeable.

I travel for work and this is one of the best facilities I’ve been too! Kayla was so kind and welcoming. I thought she would just show me around but she was even kind enough to chat for a bit with me after a rough day. I had just found out my husband was cheating on me with HIS sister and I was just dumbfounded with the information. Kayla helped me plan a workout for that afternoon to get my mind off it all, what great customer service!

I’m glad we have this gym it’s always clean and a great atmosphere. Holly is awesome as well as the rest of the staff they always say have a good workout or have a nice day. It’s nice to have in our city and being a business owner myself in this town that goes a long way. Keep up the good work guys.

This is a great gym! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I love how clean the equipment and restrooms are and there’s lots of equipment so I never have wait. I highly recommend asking for Jackie if you have any questions. She’s amazing!

I have been trying to cancel my membership for over 3 months and am still being billed. I have been in twice and called two other times. To no avail, I am still being billed and almost twice as much now! What will it take to get my account cancelled? I was told that signing a piece of paper is not how you cancel an account…well, then you have employees that apparently follow a different protocol. This is ridiculous!!!!

The free promotion for kids has turned the gym into a hangout/daycare. They move in groups of 10 taking up machines for an excessive time and never wipe them down. As a part of the promotion, they should make the students attend a mandatory training on proper machine use and etiquette. The gym is so packed around dinner time it’s almost too busy to workout.

I went yesterday on a “Design your own Plan” appointment and my trainer was Emily she was amazing! Made me feel very welcomed and helped me figure out how to reach my goals. She even went as far as to show me how to use each machine I will need to use to reach my goals and I really loved that. Thank you Emily!

OTR perspective - awesome gym. Quieter, clean and has good showers. Room in lot at the end by road or behind building for us trucks. Please please keep this parking lot clean so they don’t ban us.

Staff is very friendly. Everything is kept in working order, and the place is very clean. No pressure or hidden charges when signing up either. Daniel and David on the overnight shift are awesome!

With a lot of people in the area working nights and long hours, I’m amazed this PF isn’t open 24/7. This is the first location I have ever seen that’s not. Also, when inside it seems they don’t put the A/C on (or keep it fairly warm)… they use the big fans which are nice but for those doing cardio it’s not safe. I’m surprised somebody hasn’t suffered from heat exhaustion, especially with the older population utilizing this location.

I had came from another fitness center to save money. At the other place I was paying over $70/month. I payed PF $213 (after taxes) for a whole year. Since I was fairly new in my fitness journey, I was intimated and self conscious at first. Upon my first visit, I noticed that their patrons are at various level of fitness. Some are fit and some are early in their journey like me and all seem to mind their own business. I have yet to see them crowded and equipment is almost always available. I am able to get in and get my workout done efficiently. I have yet to try one of their classes, so I cannot comment on that. The staff greets you when you walk in and they are available for questions. They have a new member orientation for those who are unfamiliar with the equipment. The weight machines have pictures to show you how to use them and there is a QR code to scan as well. Had I reviewed them a week ago, I would have knocked off one star bc the WIFI wasn't working. However, it has been working lately.

I've had continuous issues with my account, and despite multiple attempts to resolve them, the problems persist. When I started a new account, I hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Everything seemed fine until I purchased some protein. Suddenly, it became a problem. This happened during my second week, and now I feel like I have to constantly watch my back whenever I go there. It's been a frustrating experience Planet Fitness continues to disappoint. It's frustrating that they won't honor my new membership, instead giving me a deadline for my last day, and then abruptly telling me today is my last day. I have no intention of giving my money to Planet Fitness again after this experience. In addition to my previous experience, now Planet Fitness is asking me to initiate a stop payment with my bank to prevent further charges. However, doing so could result in them sending the matter to collections, just like when I previously attempted to resolve issues with my account. I couldn't fix my account today due to personal financial issues, but they didn't work with me on that. It's a frustrating situation with no easy solution in sight.

This is a great gym! Very easy to get in and out for a quick workout. They have lots of equipment so you don't have to wait for a machine very often. If someone is using a machine you need, it is easy to just use a different one that is available so you don't waste time waiting. Good prices and very clean gym with clean bathrooms and showers and generous open hours every day.

I’ve been having a hard time choosing a new gym, but I’ve made my choice!! Kayla was a huge help with explaining my options, and the building is extremely well-kept and clean. Very happy with this location!

I’m new to this area and have never been a gym member. After speaking with Kayla a few days ago, I think it’s safe to say Planet Fitness is the choice for me! She walked me through the different membership options and helped me figure out which one best suited my lifestyle. Looking forward to joining the PF community! 💪🏼

I started working out with the personal trainer, Emily, and am having amazing workout sessions. Emily is very friendly and knowledgeable and I am enjoying learning the different workouts for the TRX equipment, the 30 minute room, and the 360 burn. I know I'm going to have awesome results working with her and taking her classes.

Worked with Bryce and Reese to tour the gym and discuss plans. They answered all my questions and, in spite of how tiny the gym is, it doesn’t feel unbearably packed. Signed up for the black card membership, can’t wait to start! Update: The women’s SHOWERS. What even do you call those cheap plastic covers you have up? Absolutely no. They flap open when the water comes on in the shower from the air movement and everyone can see EVERYTHING. There is zero privacy. I was mortified. That is unacceptable. Reducing to 3 stars until that’s changed.

Planet fitness is definitely the best gym that I have been too. The employees always fit my needs. Emily is a very welcoming employee and always is able to answer questions! She also is very educated on the logic behind fitness, which has helped me see results.

Stopped into this planet fitness while on vacation and can't say enough about what a great facility it is! All the employees were very pleasant, especially the assistant manager Kayla, she made me feel very at home, like she knew me. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area again!

Been coming to the location in Plant City since November 2022. Equipment is in excellent condition. The facility includes the locker room and restrooms are keep neat and clean.

Honestly my favorite gym! All the workers are very kind and welcoming! Gavin especially always greets me and everyone else I see come in with a big smile and a friendly "Enjoy your workout". We need more workers like him! :)

My home club is a different location but I usually come to this one on Saturdays because then I go shopping in this area afterward. At first glance this club does seem smaller than others but I think it's just the layout. It seems to have everything the other locations have. I like the layout of the locker rooms better than the other locations. This place is always clean, the staff is courteous, and the regular members are very friendly and welcoming. I love coming to this location!

Planet Fitness in Plant City is consistently a great place to work out. There are a lot of machines so that you don’t have to wait on people to finish. The gym is very well maintained and always clean. Bryson was exceptionally helpful to my friend explaining how the membership works and what the different levels provide. Everyone can feel comfortable here no matter what level of your workout. It’s a really great deal with the minimum at $10 a month.

Raul is awesome! I’m so glad I found him. He was so patient with me and didn’t overwhelm me with too much too fast. He really explained everything and made me feel confident.

Love the new massage beds, very much needed and worth it. Love the facility and personal training. Always clean and staff is nice. And Jackie is pretty awesome too. She is always motivating me and acknowledging my hard work during the week.

I’ve been a member here for seven years with no intention of ever leaving. Always kept clean & tidy, greeted every time I walk in the door and equipment is upkept. If there’s any issues just ask the employees and they get right on it. You can tell that the manager Jackie really cares that the members are kept happy and keep coming back. Place is well lit, spacious and maintained. Thanks Planet Fitness!

The gym itself is always clean and in order, all the machines are in working order. That staff are also very friendly. Chris, who works the front desk, is very welcoming and greets you every time you come in and as you leave, and ensures that everyone excited to workout. Overall good place to workout.
