Often
times
when
coming
in
the
upstairs
area
is
100
degrees+,
numerous
pieces
of
gym
equipment
have
been
broken
and
unusable
for
OVER
A
year.

out
of
the
8
treadmills
are
broken
and
cannot
be
used,
all
3
exercise
bikes
have
something
wrong
with
them
that
make
them
either
difficult
to
use
or
extremely
uncomfortable
to
sit
on,
multiple
pieces
of
cable
equipment
with
broken
or
frayed
cables.
The
equipment
is
not
maintained
and
is
often
times
very
dirty.
I
personally
have
spoken
with
the
front
counter
staff
on
the
situation
3
times
over
the
span
of
2
to
3
months
and
each
time
I’m
told
there
will
be
a
technician
in
soon.
When
I
talked
about
cancelling
my
membership,
the
gentleman
told
me
I
would
need
to
pay
a
cancelation
fee
of
$30.
When
I
asked
if
I
could
downgrade
my
membership
to
the
single
person
package,
he
told
me
the
same
fee
would
apply.
I
was
never
made
aware
of
a
cancelation
fee
when
I
signed
up
and
when
I
said
something
about
that
he
said
it
was
in
the
paperwork
I
signed
when
I
signed
up.
When
I
initially
signed
up,
they
had
me
sign
a
pad
multiple
times,
giving
me
a
very
basic
description
of
what
I
was
signing.
This
is
very
frustrating
considering
the
monthly
fee
for
this
gym
is
higher
than
most
other
places.
