The worst gym ever. I've had a membership for about a year now. Customer Service is terrible. The upstairs area is too hot! I doubt the AC even works up there. There are some machines that have been broken for as long as I can remember and they won't fix them. It's so hard to cancel your membership and they keep on withdrawing from your account even after you cancel. They don't even have wipes to clean the machine after each use, you have to use this dirty towel and spray. I know $10 membership sounds great, but don't waste your money here.

The staff leave a couple hours before the gym closing. The doors are supposed to lock automatically, allowing only members to come in. Unfortunately this is not the case and doors don't lock, leaving the gym unsupervised. It becomes a free-for-all filled with strangers and minors who workout shirtless, leave machines dirty, take up machines they aren't using, and partake in dangerous exercises that are a lawsuit waiting to happen. This is also a safety concern for anyone planning on working out at night. Machines also break and stay broken for days to weeks on end. I would highly suggest finding a different place. There are multiple in the area *I will gladly rectify my review once the doors are locked or the gym is supervised.

At 6pm there was no staff at the whole place. There was a sign to text them if you needed help. I did and was told no one is there after 5pm and the price to join is sky rocket, they also not linked with Silver Sneakers program. Not a secure place and anyone can go in at their pleasure. My husband was doing exercises and using ther equipments while I was trying to get help and not a person asked him if he was a member, the place smelled bad and atmosphere was not pleasant. FYI...Planet Fitness @ Plant City has a full staff 24/7 and is way cheaper, no contract and a bigger gym with more equipments and even massage chairs and Hydro massage beds, super clean and great atmosphere. Save yourself some money and go to a real gym that really cares for you and your safety.

Overall a pretty good gym. They have a downstairs section for people who use free weights and an upstairs section for cardio / machine weights. The staff is friendly and the gym is kept clean. My only issue is after hours the key tag doesn't always work.

Me and my boyfriend have been members at Limitless since November 2015. I love this gym. It’s a privately owned company, not a franchise. The owner is very attentive and is almost everyday at the gym. This is good because he gets to talk to his members and workout...my boyfriend knows him personally and he tells me that when an obnoxious disrespectful member’s agreement is terminated by the gym, they go on here to slender the owner’s name and his gym....and it is 100% true. I read these one star reviews, one girl is even talking about the owner’s preference in women. How rude and pathetic. We know better about this guy. We love this gym and the owner is a very nice guy and very respectful. The staff is friendly and attentive. Treadmills and the functional training area is where i spend my most of workouts and i love it up there. Bathrooms are clean too. I recommend this gym to everyone

I have been with this gym for around 5 years now and have seen it grow throughout the years. The staff now is super friendly, knowledgeable and does a great job with keeping the facilities clean and updating when needed. Perfect gym for the location it's in. The mornings are my favorite time to go because it's not as busy! If you're looking for an affordable gym with pretty much everything you need, limitless is for you!

One of my favorite places! Very comfortable atmosphere and accepting of every body type. I was always uncomfortable going to a gym by myself but not at limitless. Great staff, the manager is one of the nicest and friendliness people you will ever meet and is very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Limitless is an amazing gym with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The owner works hard and cares about the well being of all members and strives to always be thinking of new ways to better the gym. The environment and atmosphere that is created here motivates all to work hard and get results. Every type of equipment is available to get the top of the line training done. Limitless creates and provides an amazing opportunity to put in all the work you can to get the best health and strength you want out of life. Working hard and pushing the limits of strength and health is for strong confident minded people....and that’s the type of people that appreciate Limitless!

Fantastic gym. I've been here since this gym was Fitness for $10 (was a member three years or so before the change in management) and I've got to say that I've seen nothing but improvements since! I compete in powerlifting meets and this gym has everything that I need, spare maybe a deadlift platform (easy to look passed as you can use the mats that they have). Never had a financial issue with them or trouble entering like the individuals below mentioned - I have to assume that these reviews were written very close to when the door unlocking system was first implemented. Management is friendly and the staff are inviting. 5/5, very happy to be a member here.

Great Gym! Been Going here for many years and love the newer layout they did a while back with multiple additions, like a sled area and ropes. No matter what you want to work out there is a machine or room for free weights up or down stairs. Very clean and the employees are very friendly.

Go to LA Fitness! Often times when coming in the upstairs area is 100 degrees+, numerous pieces of gym equipment have been broken and unusable for OVER A year. 2 out of the 8 treadmills are broken and cannot be used, all 3 exercise bikes have something wrong with them that make them either difficult to use or extremely uncomfortable to sit on, multiple pieces of cable equipment with broken or frayed cables. The equipment is not maintained and is often times very dirty. I personally have spoken with the front counter staff on the situation 3 times over the span of 2 to 3 months and each time I’m told there will be a technician in soon. When I talked about cancelling my membership, the gentleman told me I would need to pay a cancelation fee of $30. When I asked if I could downgrade my membership to the single person package, he told me the same fee would apply. I was never made aware of a cancelation fee when I signed up and when I said something about that he said it was in the paperwork I signed when I signed up. When I initially signed up, they had me sign a pad multiple times, giving me a very basic description of what I was signing. This is very frustrating considering the monthly fee for this gym is higher than most other places.

This gym is amazing. It has every piece of machinery and equipment a real gym enthusiast needs to effectively workout. It doesn’t get crowded with “lazy lifters.” It’s a great atmosphere and employees always have helpful insight for you to break through and get the most out of your workouts.

Great gym especially if you’re going there to workout and no people watch. Has everything a true gym goer would usually need. As far as the hours I’m sure in the future that can be adjusted but in the meantime I would def recommend this gym. I paid for an entire year and do not live in plant city no more but at the same time I have no issue with keeping the membership. God bless thank you Warmest Regards, Rocky

Very clean but not very tidy, some machines do not work properly, very friendly staff, not everyone cleans their machines after using them, they should pay more attention to the machines that do not work, hence everything great!!!
