Orland location. To be fair, I expected a real hostel. Reading the fine print, it says this is a hotel with some rooms converted to bunk beds. No hostel vibe at all. I thought I had the wrong place at first- walked around the building and it was a bit sketchy even in the day time. Just a heads up. If you want to stay at a Days Inn with bunk beds, for the cheap- go for it. I ended up going somewhere else.

I like how the rooms were set up. You have your own bin to put your belongings in, and it was kept very clean. I had fresh blankets, towels and soap everyday. The only thing is that after the first night, they stopped giving me the beige, heavier blanket which is what I needed since it was cold. I'd still highly recommend if you just want a place to sleep at night.

I really like this Hostel, I already stayed there 2 times and I liked it. Unfortunately the bathrooms don't have windows so they stay closed and the humidity causes a lot of problems on the ceiling and on the door. But for a short stay, I liked it. I met really nice people there and it is safe and well connected.

I have stayed in hostels before and I can say this is not like your traditional hostel. It is a hotel that has converted a few rooms into dorms. I booked an all female dorm and was completely thrown off when a man walked in around 10:30 at night and started unpacking his things. I asked him if he was in the wrong room and he said this is what they gave him. I called the emergency number that was provided and shared with him that I booked a female- only room and did not feel comfortable with a man being assigned to the room. His response, “It’s just one night.” I reiterated that he needed to find other accommodations for the man and eventually they did. It’s a good location. However, I would not suggest. If you can spare an extra $10-15, I would just look for a private room in an Airbnb.

I do enjoy the idea of a hostel within a hotel. The accommodations were just like the pictures and the courtyard/pool were great. While the beds were clean and the lockers were secure, there were a few things amiss. There was no communal kitchen and no real hostel cultural experience. We didn’t have a kitchen to cook in nor a real “common” area. And while I realize that $20 for the location is incredible— there were some safety concerns based on what looked like mold and paper-thin walls with not-so-friendly locals (catcalling isn’t how I like to start my morning). I feel like this location has a lot of potential, but a few details to iron out.

Terrible service. Very heavy and dangerous environment. Everywhere in the hostel smells of marijuana. The Staff is not helpful. I had a lot of problems with my roommates, even problems with the police, they took away my bed after I still had 3 nights left, I had to go late at night to another bed. The bathroom could not be used for 24 hours due to problems with a roommate. 5 times I expressed my dissatisfaction with the reception and I always said. They couldn't do anything or relocate or return the money due to disagreement, they gave me a number to call Mr. Marcos and he solved it for me, I called this man and he couldn't do anything either: a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation, there are entrances in several places and no There is no security control or surveillance, all of that is super unsettling. Then I told him that I was going to sue and after having told me that he couldn't do anything and that everything was full and then I told him that I was going to sue him and then it turned out to be another room and that I could change beds. NOT RECOMMENDED AND I WILL DO A LOT OF NEGATIVE ADVERTISING ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA. If you are looking for a place to rest and be comfortable and calm THIS IS NOT THE PLACE, CHEAP IS ALWAYS MORE EXPENSIVE. Too dissatisfied 😡😡

We booked an all male room. We showed up to the hostel having received 2 rooms, one of which was a female room. The hostel was going to allow this but the occupant in the female room made a phone call to the front desk. The owner said we must pack our things and change our reservations, at 1am in the morning. He offered us 1 bed that the 2 of us could sleep in, or one of could sleep on the floor in the 2nd room our party had. This place is a crackden. If you’re expecting any sort of hostel culture, go elsewhere. This is a motel. 0/10. The front desk is apathetic and the owner was a condescending douche. Upon a 2nd phone call he denied ever saying “one of you could sleep on the floor.”

I came to Orlando for a school conference which lasted Valentine's Day Weekend. The hostel pictures are misleading but it is as what I'd expect. The hostel is apart of a chain hotel/motel and there are different room types. When I reserved, I picked an all female dorm and everything went smooth when checking in/out. I didn't have any problems with staff or the room. It was surprisingly a good weekend at this hostel and I even made some friends. The only *possible* downside is the location. It's not as well lit as I'd like for it to be but it is on a main road. Still, I was somewhat paranoid about where my car was parked and if I had locked it several times throughout the night. At night, I would also pass by people who just seemed to stand around or sit in their doorway - it felt unsafe at times. Just for that, I'll knock down a star but I don't have any other complaints. If you're on a budget, this is a good place to stay. Just be careful as always and watch your surroundings! Pros - near everything, lots of parking, large storage boxes (could fit a suitcase) per each bed with a key/lock, clean sheets, around restaurants and other hotels Cons - dim parkinglots at night, possible random shouting from guests outside,

This was a last minute option due to an error in departure day and time. Make sure you identify which bed that you want prior to confirming because it is assigned. Most hostels ask you what you prefer prior to booking. The staff are not the most friendliest or accommodating. You can Not come prior to the time listed even if the room is ready. It is a basic clean. Make sure that you have shower shoes and your own towels and extra blankets if you need them. Dots of mildew or mold was on the inside of the curtains by the windows. I ended up leaving all of my keys, work, home, safe. Called back and of course they magically disappeared. I will never stay at this place again. Stay at your own risk and if it is your very last option. And oh, this stay was at the end of January 2020.

This is one the worst experiences I have ever had with staying at a hostel. On the website when I reserved my bed and room I chose the women’s room option, but when I checked in I was put in a room with two men. I felt really uncomfortable to stay by myself with two men so I went back to the front desk and asked to be moved because I reserved a women only room. The man at the desk explained that the option wasn’t available anymore and I started to get scared and he gave me a number fo call to try and arrange a room change. The woman on the phone told me that the option for women’s only rooms had been removed since I booked and there were no other girls staying at the hostel so that room was my only option. I felt really helpless, but the man at the front desk really pulled through for me and I really appreciate him. After I was finally moved into a room by myself I could calm down a little, but later on another man came to stay in the room. Fortunately he was kind and there was another couple with one girl. I still felt incredibly anxious and uneasy all night and didn’t sleep well at all. I chose this hostel based on its promises of a girls dorm and maybe meeting new friends, but it turned into one of the most stressful days of my trip to Orlando. I do not recommend this hostel to female solo travelers.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Had a horrible experience with very unprofessional management aka Marco. I booked a room online and went straight there because it was past the time check in was available. I was assigned a room and a bed and went straight there showered and went to bed. Then about 2 hours later someone from the front desk knocked on my door and told me that the manager has been trying to call me on my cell. My phone was on do not disturb so only family and close friends calls will come through because i was asleep! I called back the number and he told me that i was put in the wrong room and blamed me for checking in about 30 minutes after making the reservation and not answering the phone. 1. I’ve booked right before checking in countless times and that was never a problem and should never be a problem. 2. I don’t have to answer a phone call on my cell phone whenever i don’t want to especially if I’m asleep, even if i was awake i wouldn’t have answered because it was a Arizona phone number so i would have assumed it was a telemarketer. Also there was a phone in the room and it was 5pm so there was no reason not to call that phone unless this hotel is so unmaintained the phones do not work. I received no apology and was given all the blame. The entire time i talked on the phone with Marco he kept trying to make it my fault. DO NOT STAY HERE! also the ac doesn’t reach 3 out of the 4 beds and the bathrooms were DISGUSTING! Horrible experience, after walking around for hours in the amusement parks i was forced to carry all my luggage back out of my ASSIGNED room back to the lobby and back up to a even further room. If the manager was apologetic at least i would not be writing this, but for the manager to be rude and blame me, i feel no other choice.
