What an incredible experience! I haven't even jumped in the pool yet, I just had to share how great this place is! The staff members are so friendly and welcoming. The guests that I met were from all over the world and so much fun to talk with. The beds are simple and nice. There is a billiards table, table tennis, and board games. There is even a gym! I love this place and will be back soon =)

Came in extremely tired from the parks but this place felt like coming home. They welcomed us with karaoke and a warm smile. We were too tired to join in but the sentiment was appreciated. The grounds are beautiful and there are a variety of space options. We stayed in a double private room for a night and slept like rocks. Would definitely return with all the activities and welcoming atmosphere.

You guys are great! The price is good and the owners are very friendly. For someone who was on a budget, it was really really nice. I have taken two motorcycle trips through Orlando and both times I opted to stay here. Its definitely not the ritz but for the price I found this to be comfortable and friendly! I hope you guys know and read this. Your kindness to me doesn't go unnoticed. I'll see you guys next time!

First of all the positive highlights are, it's cheap and it has got a lake front view with swing, chairs and all. I stayed there for 4 nights in a ladies dorm. It has got 5 beds, one bathroom and a tv. The only negative thing I felt about the place is, in those four days no one came in there to clean the rooms or take away the garbage bags we kept inside. And no instructions were shared with us to where to throw them away too. Everything else was good👍

Wow. Don't even consider staying here. I booked in for a few nights at the hostel so that I could be close to Universal Studios. When I pulled in to the parking lot I was already uncomfortable - the hostel/motel (this is NOT a resort by any means) was sketchy looking and dirty. I immediately feared the nice car I rented would be in jeopardy! I went in to the "reception area" (a small, dirty desk in tiny room), there was nobody at the desk. Somebody in the common area pointed to the couch..and after watching my confused face, they got the attention of the woman laying on the couch. It turned out that was the woman in charge of the desk. She was literally laying down watching TV.....She asked what I wanted (seriously, she said "Yeah?" to me). I told her I had a reservation, but she couldn't even pull up my reservation with my name/credit care. I honestly don't know what kind of business is run without keeping a ledger of guests names. I told her such and she said "we are under new management". (She was also being very rude to another guest while "dealing" with me.) I was frustrated, and after she told me to "relax and not get worked up", I decided I was not comfortable staying in such a place. I told her I would return, but instead I sat in my car and searched for somewhere else to stay and never went back in. I have no idea what the rooms look like, nor can I comment on any other aspect of the hostel. I can only imagine how horribly my stay would have been if I stuck around. I was incredibly disappointed in the absolute lack of any form of service or regard for the fact I was going to be a paying customer who is supporting the business. I emailed the place directly and have yet to receive a response (this was over 2 weeks ago). Don't bother with this garbage dump. I ended up at a motel that was $15 more per night, and although it was no 5-star resort, I wasn't treated as an inconvenience and had a secure room for a few nights.

I have stayed at the Palm Lakefront MANY times. Jerry, the Manager really cares about the property and the Security of it's guests. I loved the atmosphere & even worked with other Hostellers to cook & share meals, host a Barbecue. Kitchen is great (no food allowed in rooms). The dorm beds could use newer mattresses but you get what you pay for. Rooms were cleaned several times during my visit. We had a trespasser on the property trying to sell some things, but Jerry was on it immediately & took care of the situation. Although it's in a BAD area of Kissimmee (beside the notorious Star Motel), I never worried about our Safety. Can't wait to go back. I really miss it! HOME.

It was great. Clean room and great staff. Jerry was exceptualy nice and joked. I'm the same. It was great to meet someone with such a nice personality. The price of the room was a lot more reasonable than some I found in Orlando. I would recommend staying there. I look forward to staying again, but next time do some fishing.

Great place for traveling on a budget. Its the only option I found around the Orlando area that was for dorm style housing. Laid back hosts make the place a pleasure to stay. Beautiful grass area and pool out back which I neglected to take advantage of. Julia and Jerry are great managers and I look forward to staying again while in the area. Hostel room was actually a pretty decent size for 3 bed dorm option with a bunk and queen style bed. Jerry and Julia were flexible with my change of plans at the last second. Thanks again.

I was always told by Jerry that I always had a home here and I was safe, well, he lied. Dont stay here, it's not safe!!! I asked him for a locker and he wouldn't provide me with one, if he had I would still have my clothes and cards!!!...

The were management was extremely nice. The room was very clean and even though it was an older hostel, I felt very safe there. I would recommend this place, it is close to many things and it is convenient to shops and restaurants.
