Has downgraded to 0 stars now. I live in Lakeland but drive to visit my grandma who lives in Walden lake with my puppy. Went to the dog park today and there were numerous dogs there playing together and my puppy was dying to play with them. Apparently you have to purchase a membership from the main office now to get in. I didnt know this and asked if one of the people could atleast let me in this time, as the office was closed and our dogs were dying to play with eachother. All 5 people refused to let me in... as if I attended the dog park for my own benefit. I wont be coming back because I'm not paying a membership for literally a tree and shade shelter in a field with a bunch of Karens. I drove 10 minutes to Plant city dog park, which is newly renovated, FREE, and full of cool agility equipment I've never seen at a dog park before! Go to Plant city dog park!!

Well maintained, clean, and ample space for big and small dogs to play in. You do need to register your pup with the Walden Community Association and need to have your pups immunizations and county license. See the community website for additional info.

Cannot get in without a key google sent us you have to live in Walden Lake to use it. Wish we would have known looked very nice.

Nice area. We couldn't get in the actual gated dog park because it says its members only $30 fee for residents of walden lake

Stopped by to check it out. I have friends who live there. Said I could use it. There was one lady there. I walked outside fence to check out a turtle. Her dog ran up to the fence growling. I talked to dog, lady was rude.

Definitely don't recommend coming here. I'm a resident, and they charge me for the key to the gate, which is ridiculous considering our HOA fees, this place should be free. A lot of the time, people will just leave once you get there and a fairly rude. This dog park is clearly for the snobby old folk. Stay away if you want a good dog park experience.
