Panera Bread always gives me a warm and fuzzy. There is nothing like Broccoli 🥦 Cheddar 🧀 Soup 🍲 served in a bread bowl. The food as usual was great, a bit pricey but so are all the rest of the Panera Breads I have visited. There is plenty of seating outside but in 94 degree weather I would not suggest it. The restaurant was clean and the staff very friendly. They seem to hire many teenager's to man the station but still a pleasant experience. If your looking for a quick bite, quiet atmosphere you've landed. Internet is readily available with plenty of seating all around.

See for yourself how pitiful this order is... whomever made these doesn't need a job making sandwiches because this is a TOTAL RIP-OFF...never been SOOOOO disappointed in a delivery order EVER... we get food deliveries ALL the time... the pictures speak for themselves... I do not like doing a bad review but couldn't ignore this one...👎👎with $6 tip... over $22! Not cool😒 (Plant City location)

I've been a long time customer of Panera in general including this location. I have always found the staff to be friendly even in stressful times like these - Bravo guys! The food? That's different. The quality, the portions and the preparations have been so poor the past 2 years that we have decided to only go to Panera for coffee. This is really sad as we had always appreciated the food in years past. We miss what you used to offer.

The meal was real good. I liked the Broccoli and Cheese soup as well as the chicken sandwich. The Blueberry muffin was good as well. It was pretty expensive for what I had (I thought). But, the staff was very friendly and the service was good.

In and out service with friendly smiles!!! One if not the best place i have ever been served by. So friendly and kind. The staff is the best staff ever. Th ya'll so much for being you. I greatly appreciate the amazing services.. Hot Bread will fover echo in my memories of this difficult time in my life... thanks again for helping to make it not so difficult!!

Great customer service, good food, what else can you ask for! Love the Green Tea. NATE is by far the best on the line, his wraps/sandwiches are picture perfect.

I only gave 3 stars fir the Plant City because the customer service was great have they lack in quantity of food. Paid $12 for a steak sandwich it wasn’t worth $5. Same with the Napa chicken. I probably won’t go back especially for a sandwich NOT WORTH IT.

Employees were extremely distracted while talking to some other clocked out employees who were placing an order. They talked for a good 5 minutes (felt lile an hr) while I waited for them to stop making jokes and actually get to the line that had built up. The cashier was clearly aware because she seemed nervous when I got there and wasnt listening closely, probably to run through the line that she created by chatting. She forgot to add the coffee I requested to the order and quickly walked off when I paid before I could even mention it. I was very polite to her despite how inconvenient her service had been. In addition, the salad we ordered had no chicken in it, (it comes with chicken.) Sometimes the employees here are good but today sure wasn't. Hope this Panera can do better.

Hello, my name is indigo This Panera bread is my favorite location for only one reason and that reason is the amazing manager Tamara . she makes you feel like you’re coming home to eat a meal she’s absolutely amazing and just a sweetheart please give this woman a raise. Literally she’s the reason this place is as amazing as it is .I usually order the green goddess sandwich and it’s the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life because she makes it just the way I like it. I highly highly highly recommend this location.

It’s sad that cost is going up and quality is going down. If you want to charge more, at least make it worth the money. Such a disappointment to spend hard earned money on food that won’t even fill you up. I spent almost $7 on a HALF a chicken salad sandwich and $14 on Mac n cheese bread bowl that would fill up a toddler!

A most wonderful young lady took our order and everything came out quickly and was hot. He had breakfast and a hot chai and I had lunch with a cold drink. Hit the spot and kept us fueled for a long day of errands!

I usually have no problem with this location. I got an order tonight and it was missing multiple items. I called the store to speak to somone about the issue, 5 times and no one would answer the phone. I will never spend my money at Panera again! I understand that accidents happen and things can be missed but, the utter disrespect for their customers by not answering the phone is down right un forgivable.

Thank You to the two young women who went out of their way to look up the ingredients on a menu item I ordered. I have a food allergy to onions, tomatoes, bell peppers. They took the time and thoroughly investigated the item. I am very appreciative to the ownership they took to research versus doing nothing. I would return to the Plant City Panera knowing, I can trust the staff in doing what is right for the Customer.

My mom loves their chicken noodle I usually love their cheddar broccoli but for some reason this batch clumped up after I heated it up for some reason 🙃 I wasn't able to eat it right away

Horrible service...ordered curve side pick up because I'm pregnant and with an infant in the car. Long story short I had to go in there with the baby to get the food that had been done for a while Very lazy and uncaring

I like panera for lunch but decided to try the breakfast this morning. Definitely not worth it! I got the bacon, egg over easy, and cheese sandwich on brioche for 6.19. The over easy egg was sunny side up and still slimy. There was 2-3 pieces of bacon thatbis that precooked stuff. My sandwich was mostly slimy egg and bread. I also got the cinnamon crunch latte which was pretty delicious. I finished my 450 cal sandwich in 2 mins and I am still hungry 😭

Clean, pretty friendly. Only reason not giving 5 stars is because of how little cheese they give in French onion soup.

I ordered my food at 1030am... they took it to the wrong place... finally got a replacement at near 1pm, no apology, and they made it wrong... easily the worst food to order in plant city, soup was good though.

Rapid pick up is a joke. You place your order, you drive there to watch them make the order while you’re standing there. The asiago bagels are so over cooked the cheese is burnt on the top and the bagel is hard. One person working the front while 4 others wonder around in the back chit chatting. Another one is on the clock making herself coffee at the coffee bar. If I can help it I try to avoid the Plant City location and go to Lakeland.

really good food but some of the food is out there as in vegan oriented which ids great if you’re a vegan which i am not. the sandwiches they discontinued would get my business with a comeback! lk the smokehouse turkey!

I had the worst experience ever a plant city Panera! First the food was way to expensive! And I had to wait for the employees to take my order due to the fact they are talking with each other in the back! Plus only two people on the cooking station due to the manager having one of them follow them around, how are they suppose to get orders out on time with only two people! I’m not sure what the mangers name was but she needs to get her stuff together!

I enjoy Panera soups and salads. But don’t try the flatbread the sauce is not good. And the pizza dough they are not cooking it long enough.

I had the chicken sandwich grilled chicken without the bun. Put the chicken on top of lettuce with a little bit of I guess mayonnaise or whatever it is that put on it and it was absolutely delicious without the bread. Great staff very friendly. And this was Panera bread in plant City.
