    Just had the worse experience here. I ordered 4 wraps and 2 bagels with cream cheese. There was a guy who came after me and ordered a bagel with cream cheese. While I was waiting for the food, the shift Leader, Hailey took a bagel out of our bag and gave it to the guy that came in after we did. We had already been waiting a while and now had to wait even longer. I couldn’t believe she did that. We came before him and the bagel was in our bag why would she do that! On top of that this is how they made the new bagel. I won’t be coming back to this Dunkin ever again.

    As a reviewer I have to say that this DD location was disappointing. With no one else inside the store, I waited almost 5 minutes until someone came over to take my order. When she did, she just looked at me and said nothing. No "good morning" no "may I help you". My order was an iced mocha, (which was good) and two sausage wake up wraps which were horrible. Looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for days. I didn't realize this until after I left the store and was on the road. Definitely not one of the better DD locations I've been to..

    I asked for decalf, explained to the employee it was for an elderly woman who can't have regular coffee at all because it could give her a heart attack, they made the coffee, gave it to me, I asked again to make sure it was decalf, he shook his head yes, and when I gave it to her she took about 3 drinks of it, and started shaking, it was regular coffee, I wouldn't go to this dunkin doughnuts if you want what you ordered. They obviously don't care. The girl who took my order got it right, but the man making the order didn't care what he gave me.

    Today I went to grab a few donuts for my family for breakfast. I ordered 4 donuts pulled up to the window and heard the cashier ask for the donuts I ordered, which were then handed to her in a bag by another employee. I was then handed the bag and I started my trek home with what I assumed was 4 donuts in the bag.....Well thats what I get for assuming. I get home to find one of the donuts (specifically my son's) was not in the bag. So I got back in the car and drove back up there and informed them I was missing a donut, which the employee running the drive thru did not even hesitate to fix. Its important to note the lady running the drive-thru at this location is the only bright spot she is always nice (sorry I cant remember her name). When I pulled up to the pick-up window a different employee is standing in the window with a coffee which was not mine. I informed her I was getting a donut that I did not get earlier. She turned around grabbed the bag and handed it to me. No I am sorry, no nothing. I pulled forward to look and make sure the donut is right (I learned from my earlier mistake) to find the donut with frosting, is upside down in the bag. Which if course meant half of the frosting was missing from the donut. At this point I was done and just scraped it back on the donut for my son. If this was the first time incident I wouldn't be writing a review. I have been going to this location for a few years and I would say half the time something is wrong with the order I make, for example: Not getting creamer in the coffee I order, not getting decaf when I order it, not getting the right size coffee, among other things. I have even waited 5 minutes before being greeted while picking up a mobile order that wasn't ready (which is usually the case when I order mobile at this location). I have spoken with the DM and the Store Manager at this location more than once. The problems never get fixed. The solution in the past was the store manager offering a free sandwich, which to redeem I had to come into the store and tell the cashier that it was free because the store manager said so.... I have given this location tons of opportunities and I've literally wasted money doing with the amount of wrong orders I have had here.

    The worst of Dunkin Donuts. They never have products. It’s not the staffs fault. It’s the owner. They don’t have the money to keep up with stock. Stay away from this mess. My heart goes out to the nice staff. No old fashions, can’t make bacon, egg sandwiches because they don’t have any, the stock of donuts is alway not fresh. Stay away.

    What is going on here? Let me guess, staffing issues? This Sunday by 9am and there has been other days as well, that a donut store had like 3 flavors of donut. Sold out of everything. How does this happen?

    Ordered the new bacon, tomato guac Sandwich. They gave me one piece of guac toast with bacon on it and insisted that's what I ordered. Didn't offer to fix. I was so aggravated. This is the second time I've had issues with Dunkin Why couldn't they just say... I'm sorry, let me fix that order for you!!!! Because I didn't raise hell, they didn't care. No wonder people start screaming.. I was almost at that point today but I just drove off. Won't go back to that one. Whoever the girl was working on Jan. 28th at 4ish...shame on you!!!!!

    Used to go there 2-3 times a week and didn’t have much problem. Then stopped going for a while due to saving money not due to service and making at home but recently we’ve gone back a couple times and it has been 100% let down. For example. We ordered through the app a couple coffees and the bagel bites. When we got to the window they handed us the coffee and said bye. I reminded them we had food and she said the sandwich machine was broken and just stood there. I asked if we we could swap it for something else or get a refund. They said it could not be swapped and proceeded to take 10 mins trying to figure out the system for the refund and I’m not saying this is the employees fault but there should be better training. She wound up just giving me a gift card for the balance of the items we didn’t get which I didn’t have a problem with. Fast forward a week later we went through to get the coffees and sandwiches. This time the sandwich machine was down for cleaning so I just got one coffee. Went to use the gift card and she says it doesn’t work. We tried to explain that the gift card was from an error they made in our last order. She basically threw the gift card back at us and said it fine just go. Moral of the story is if rather drive 10 miles to another Dunkin than go back there.

    We had to take food back wrong order than they gave us cold food. Talking about partying and drinking out loud no good work ethic. It was a horrible experience and I love Dunkin donuts I go to Bartow Dunkin donuts every day. I'll just make sure I pick my coffee and food in Bartow.

    This location seems to ALWAYS be out of stuff to make what's on the meno. No oat milk, no smoothie mix, no stuff to make the cold brew foam, and the staff acting like they are all stoned. Not good for Dunkin, left and went to starbucks

    My husband and I went here because Starbucks was closed and the guy at the window reminded me why we go to Starbucks. He didn't say one word when my husband said good morning not one word when he handed us our coffee and not one word when we said thank you have a great day. The customer service is terrible coffee isn't bad but definitely didn't feel welcome to come back we felt more like a problem.

    Not befitting of a Baskin Robins store at all. Old, dirty and run down. Ice cream choices not good. Half of choices gone. Seats torn and wobbly. Lights not working. This is a reflection of poor management.

    So rare to find excellent customer service these days but I want to tell you that your employee named Servando is outstanding!!! He went above and beyond to help me order the right coffee for my complicated daughter. She only knew the coffee that she liked from Starbucks. He took his time to make the perfect blend for her and she actually likes it better than the Starbucks coffee that she wanted!! The last time we went to a Dunkin' Donuts (the one on county line) we left before we even ordered because the employees were visibly annoyed that we were even in their store. Great job Servando! We will be back:)

    The coffee was instant not brewed, and stale. The donuts were limited didn't Even have basic glazed and what we did get tasted a week old. This store has a Baskin Robbins and there was no ice cream or shakes, I was told that they didn't have the ingredients and the truck is coming tomorrow. Totally unacceptable

    Call me basic but I get Pumpkin Spice Signature Iced Lattes every time they're in season. I pass this dunkin donuts regularly in the morning. I don't know what the issue is, but they cannot get this drink right. Of course you don't realize it until you're down the road and go to excitedly drink your fall coffee, and it tastes like coffee water with cinnamon. I just stopped going here at this point which kinda sucks because it's the only Dunkin on my route 😩

    I feel like I’m wasting my money half the time I come here. I order online and I order the same thing but the last time it was not coffee. It was basically just water with sugar. And I wouldn’t say anything but this happens multiple times.

    I would love to thank the manager Erica Sexton and the assistant Servando Ruendas, the donuts were good but the staff was better being very personable to me is important it determines if I'm coming back and because of these two employees I will be coming back thank you for excellent service!

    I only went to dunkin bc starbucks was closed. I order a Turtle Iced Signature Latte that I have previously ordered at a different location, what I received was an iced coffee with whipped cream. When I asked about the topping, the person at the window said "it's just supposed to have Caramel sauce" WHICH IT DIDN'T!!!! I left with my whipped cream iced coffee and will not be back to this location!

    I pressed one star because I really need to make this review. I went with my daughter to get lunch at this Dunkin, this afternoon at 1. We waited for our food for 2 hours and 10 minutes. I asked once if our food was ready, and the lady at the front said yes and that they were cooking it. They never brought us the food or gave us an explanation as to why they didn't bring it. I believe that everybody deserves respect just for being a human being. This wasn't good service at all, they just lost two valued customers. All they did was just take our money and I wouldn't like for this to happen to anyone else.

    I only come to plant city on Monday mornings because my daughter has therapy. This is literally the worst Dunkin Ive ever been to. Ordered an iced latte, they made it hot and instead of making a new one they dumped it over ice. It tasted watered down, was still hot and it didnt have the extra caramel that i asked for. I didn’t have time to wait in line again so it was 6 dollars down the drain. Never again.

    This location is the worse, sadly it’s the closest to my house. They never get the coffee right, it’s either to bitter or watery. The donuts aren’t fresh at 6:30 am and I’ve been short a donut the last two times I’ve been there. The Boston cream didn’t even have the filling, I prefer the gas station location on Thonotosassa rd

    I just left from Dunkin’ and let me tell y’all the snackin bacon 🥓 thought it was regular bacon but wow !! The maple on it was super good my blueberry glazed donut was amazing just everything was good !!

    The building needs some updating, I can still hear the Taco Bell sounds as I walk in to the place. The donuts were pretty good, but you could tell they had been sitting in the display case all day. In all fairness it was late afternoon when we visited so freshness was not what we were looking for. Customer service was great, and in this day and age that is rare to find.

    Ordered 2 BEC croissants and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It looked like a plastic square of cheese just sitting on top of egg not even melted. The sandwiches were barely even warm. Come on DD, do better.

    Not my typical location, but when the new pesto sandwich came out; this store was my 1st try. Since than I have had it a few times at other locations. Hands down best location. Plenty of pesto & tomatoes. Nicely toasted. It was everything & more!
