    I’ve called two times and the manager Diane is clueless and does not seem like she wants to learn about any of the products the store carries or help customers. I asked if they had baby water in stock and she told me she didn’t know they made water for babies. I asked if they had a hyper allergenic formula for babies the next time I called. she said we have the pink and yellow kind of formula. She was just describing the color of the package. A teenager could do a better job being a manager.

    Received terrible customer service. I placed an order that morning to pick up by the afternoon for 150 chicken wings after I return to the location to pick up my pre-order and prepaid food they did not have it ready have to spoke with the person she stated to me I can fix it myself. This is unacceptable requested for the manager to call me back and no one ever called me. This is the location that I always go to. I try to be nice and go to them instead of going to Publix.

    The store is well-stocked and the customer service is great. Occasionally there are some back-ups at the registers, especially around 5 p.m. and on the weekends, but there are multiple registers opened so things usually move quickly. The produce is of good quality. The meat department is very nice too. Unfortunately, the meat and seafood departments are combined. I would prefer a dedicated seafood department with a wider selection, but what's available looks good. The deli attendants are also very helpful. I don't normally have to wait too long. The dedicated liquor store next door is also nice. Prices are fair; however, like anywhere else, it's best to shop when things you need are on sale.

    Don't order delivery! It's not through Windixie. Very misleading. Nothing but problems. Manager didn't care at all. Thanks! Gave me the number to door dash and it was just the number for Windixie customer service (closed). All fail. Now.i have a random assortment of groceries I didn't order. Great job Windixie. Great... job...

    The grocery store I visit more than any other in town. Best prices on meat and they have most everything I typically want. We'll also give them credit for having the fastest most efficient check out process in town due to having the best cashier customer ratios.. that in itself makes this the best shopping experience in my opinion especially when compared to Walmart, And any more Publix is not much better..

    If I could give this location negative numbers, I would. It was so nice when it first opened, but the past several times I have been here from the bakery being rude when asked to write on a cake, to the deli worker who got annoyed by my presence bc I intended to buy some sliced cheese, to the managers of the front end who allow their baggers to bag for the express line instead of registers like mine when I purchase over $150 and had a substantial order. Then the cashier apologizing to the woman behind me bc she had to wait for me to finish bagging…. Mind you I had a small toddler with me… so this is not an easy task. I realize that my money is green and good anywhere, I’ll always pay for quality of service and products and will no longer buy from this location, urging others to do the same

    Hey. Haven’t been to a Winn-Dixie in years. Walk in, shop- pain in the butt because you have to belong to their club for discounts. Get the app - wait in line for 5 minutes and the register closes no announcement. Next register same thing. Now 10 minutes in and only one register open and the manager is chatting. I ask her, now that I’ve waited in two lines and now having to go to the last in line of 10 people- if she is opening another. She gives me the evil eye and says “sir, I will in a bit”. They don’t need more workers. They need management.

    This store is different than my regular store so it takes a few minutes to find everything, but they are very freindly, I bought coleslaw, potatoes salad, baked beans,elbow macorni salad, from the deli, and everything was great, fresh and convenient as well, express check out worked great, the regular 10 items or less, a very friendly person checked me and and the whole experience was fast and simple, 5 minutes in and out

    The store was not arranged like other Winn-Dixie stores I have been to, so that threw me off a bit. They were out of several things, a couple of which had been advertised in the weekly circular. The deli counter selection was rather sparse and the person working it was very slow to cut and package the things I was getting from there.

    This is my go to store . Always clean and the employees are always very nice I have even seen the manager out there stocking shelves . It's not often you see that . I love the BOGOS . Overall just a great store .

    Really good grocery deals here. Easily find items needed. Staff is friendly. Only down fall they do not offer to help take groceries out. Have to bag our own groceries often.

    First and foremost their loyalty program is out of this world. I spent $260 the other day, I saved $76 using my card and personalized coupons I printed at the kiosk at the front, and I earned $26 in free groceries on my card! That's phenomenal! Plus they have the best selection of meats in my opinion.

    Shop here for all my meat and stock up on BOGO offers. Friendly staff and clean store makes all the difference. Only complaint is baggers don't ask if you need help to carry out especially when when I when I buy cases of water other than that it's a great place to shop😊

    As an outta town guest things were different than my usual store. But yet I found the things my mother needed. Took alil longer but. I can't believe how much prices have gone up in a short period of time tho. The gentalman who was by the coffee creamer that was restocking shelves. Went out of his way to help me find a special kind I want unfortunately they didn't have it. But he was very helpful even went it the back to find out. Good employee's for the most part. But not everyone can be in a good mood all the time 🙃

    Wonderful helpful staff! They tried to be stopped with as much as they possibly could. But the increase in population in this area is making it hard for food to be available for all. People stop hoarding and start thinking about others. As far as Winn-Dixie is concerned they are awesome.

    I had several platter orders for my Moms Celebration of life. The platters were from Deli, Bakery and Produce Departments. I wish I could have gotten everyone's name but they went over and beyond to make sure all was perfect for my Moms Celebration of life. With my emotions and stress level of losing my mom, Staff from these Depts  was very curtious, professional and the platters turned out great. I would like to express my appreciation & gratitude for the compassionate & great  customer service that so many businesses lack these days. The event was on August 12th 2021. And I hope that Corporate gives them recognition for their great service. Thank You, God Bless ❤Julie Higgins 2022- I found by shopping there recently that prices seem higher than usual. Customer service good but always a couple of bad ones in the bunch. But a on all seems real clean and you don't feel invisible while you are shopping there.

    We do most of our grocery shopping here. Always clean and fully stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful Update 7/17/2022, They need better help in the deli. I order a half pound and normally get at least 3/4. I know not a big deal but they are never even close. Yesterday they charged me for the wrong type of chicken that was $2 more a pound!

    I've never been able to get chocolate chip cookies from this Winn dixie. Always m and ms which is sad face because Winn dixie has the best cookies. Today I noticed the m and m cookie wasn't cooked all the way through. Please someone help the baker cook them through and put some regular choco chip out .

    Seafood dept. Great catches every time I go which is 3- times a week mike always take great care of me and wraps my seafoods with great care, meat Dept. Is good the team in the back are always very helpful ,deli needs some help when I go the girl working on sandwiches never seems to look around to see if someone is at the meat& cheese counter I always have to speak up .cashiers are always ready to check you out . customer service desk is always on the ball they don't miss a thing.
